I thank this community so much for looking after my parents and keeping them safe. I am grateful for their staffs dedication in guiding our family members through these difficult times.

Visiting Brookdale Alhambra was very helpful. The environment and staff really convey a welcoming and warm community environment.

While is is not quite what I am looking for, it is very nice and would be great for someone looking for that style. I appreciate the time and care given in showing me around.

The concierge at Brookdale Alhambra are informative, knowledgeable, and very good communicators. They have been very friendly and supportive of my father's needs. They have a vibrant social calendar and our family was included in the veterans day celebration via zoom. Brookdale has a safe, comfortable, and independent life style in spite of the pandemic. They protect the health of the residents with masks, sanitizing and no visitors. The staff is caring, passionate, and dedicated to giving residents the dignity they deserve.

I would like to commend the resident programs coordinator on how efficient and creative she has been. I recently saw the post and picture on honoring the veterans which was so heart-warming. Thanks to the residents programs coordinator and volunteers who coordinated this effort. I love it!

I would like to take a minute to mention the job well done by the staff of Brookdale Alhambra. They have been a Godsend since day one.

I want to drop in a few words to let you know that the associates at Brookdale Alhambra have done just an amazing job at keeping our loved ones safe during this difficult time.

The community is close in location which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and very caring. The med technician who gives out the medicine, is very personable and friendly. She called me right when our loved one moved in to go over all the medication and insurance.

Garden of Palms community is absolutely lovely. The meals and dining service is excellent, and they activities they have for the residents are also excellent. We would absolutely recommend this community to others.

they have a very caring and helpful staff, and they take care of all her medical needs including transportation, and medication management. Room sizes are nice similar to a large studio apt, I loved the food and thought it was tasty. I would recommend this facility to others.

We were not happy with Villa De Anza at all. I had my stuff moved in and I had to end up going to the hospital and I had to move into a nursing home after surgery. I never slept here and they charged me whole month of rent. They assured my daughter we would get a refund and that has never happened. I would never recommend this facility to anybody.

The staff is so caring and their new Director and Resident Programs director are amazing! They truly value their residents and want the best life for them. Hidden gem!

I meant to leave a review for a long time. I'm not one who does these type of reviews and etc. I felt I should share the experience. My grandma and my mom both lives here. Grandma have been there close to 4 years and my mom has just recently moved in maybe close to 7 months. If I was so unhappy here, why would in the world I would bring in another love one here. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The very first time my mom and I came to tour was for my Grandma. My mom and I were trying to help to my grandma out of the car. One of the worker saw us, she stopped to ask us if we needed help. She noticed both grandma and mom have a hard time standing and walking. She told us to wait by the car while she brings assistances. She returned back shortly with 1 other worker plus 2 wheelchairs. They offered to assist us. To me... just the small helpful kind gesture did it for us. They made my grandma felt very welcome and comfortable. She was very nervous with the changes from living at home to living at an assisted living. She is very happy here and so as mom.

I’m well impressed with the staff here at Lakewood. My uncle who got sick few months ago and refused to go the hospital due to the fear of higher risk of tracking Covid. The staff there took care of my dad and made sure he was back to health. My uncle is very happy with the care services. Highly recommended!

My father has lived here for years! He started off independent but now requires full caregiver assistance. The increase of care was met by the great and supportive staff working here. Administration is also involved throughout the community which I think is nice.

The care staff member here go above and beyond. I have peace of ming knowing my parent is cared for here. I am happy that he gets treaded with dignity, respect and top care here. Very satisfied. Highly recommended to all families looking.

I toured this facility and I really liked the cleanliness from the inside out. The lobby area is inviting, second floor family room is a great open dining space and the third floor entertainment room is homey, great place for residents to spend time and play pool, bowling, darts, watch movies, etc. The best facility visited by far!

Overall very satisfied! During this pandemic I must say I was very nervous and had a bit of anxiety thinking of how I would keep in touch with my mom. Lakewood Park Manor provides alternative visits, which has made it easy to keep in touch with my mom. Friendly staff, great environment and most importantly happy residents.

I am very happy with my aunt living here! The medication staff are always on top of making sure she has her medication on time and refilled promptly! Any questions that I have they answer to the best of their ability and if they don’t have the answer for me they are quick about communicating with my aunts doctor and I will have answers by the end of the day. The facility is peaceful and clean and my aunt has had such an easy transition into the facility! Keep up the great job guys!!
