The staff goes above and beyond and are extremely friendly. What I found surprising is that the residents are so friendly and love helping new residents it made for a very easy transition.

My family and loved one had a great experience with the community. The staff treat the residents with respect and kindness. They are professional. Everyone is friendly. The community was always clean when we would visit our loved one. There were meals and activities available for the residents to engage with other residents for socialization. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others.

I would say they should check out Pacifica. I like that the facility is smaller and the location is very good. The staff (caregiver) have been very friendly and caring. One place they can improve is to add an exercise room or individualized classes for the tenants get support to be mobile on a daily basis. Communication is fairly good when we ask questions but could be improved with a status report on a regular basis.

My loved one says they have a good chef, and the food is excellent. They are coming along with the activites, and my loved one loves Poker. They have Bingo, exercise, art/crafts, and bring outside people in. The value for the money is excellent, and it's affordable. They are pretty prompt, if I have any concerns or issues. My loved one has thrived, since being at Villa De Anza. They do laundry, clean the room, and offer three meals per day. They really do go the extra mile.

My father-in-law is very happy at Brookdale. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. No matter who we ask for help, whatever their job title, no one ever says “that’s not my job.” They just smile and do what they can to address the issue. While it’s not the fanciest place, it is the warmest and most caring assisted living place I’ve ever visited.

Overall experience was really good with helpful, honest, and dedicated working from the back to give. The best of the best services to it's residents. Delicious food, and activities and they love it. God bless to each and every working staff from top to bottom does a great job.. Would definitely refer to all my family and friends about this... What more people can expect from the care they get from the workers, I would say it's home for me and the staff care about everyone well being.

Pacifica was the best choice we made for my dad who recently had a stroke. The staff is so caring and patient. I have peace of mind knowing my dad is getting the best care possible.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this incredibly personal clean and. Safe assisted living. I searched hundreds and I knew this was perfect . Mom was used to living very well and it continued until she passed peacefully. She loved the activities and the friends. I visited constantly moving near her so I could see her often . All her many relatives visited and were delighted. I had all her own furniture put in and she had a shower with assistance everyday and help with dressing. I took her to do her nails and hair and the beach. I know she was happy because near the end of her life...she took both my hands to her face and said ...thank you my beautiful daughter for taking such good care of me...I've felt spoiled and loved and safe ...that was worth everything I had gone thru to find le blue chateau...mom is in heaven now but I can thank this great charming clean caring place for making her final years fun safe and happy ones...Love

My brother likes the food. The facilty is really clean. We have had a good experience, and he has made friends. I would recommend to anyone looking for place. The nurses is very good. Overall, my brother is very happy.

When my dad first got there, the manager on-site (he) was very friendly and understanding of our situation. The situation being, my dad leaving another place to come there. They worked with me, they helped me out with moving him in, and they helped me out with his passing.

The point of contact, [name removed], was fantastic. The facility constantly goes above and beyond expectations. The space that my father-in-law has is significantly bigger than we were expecting and we feel very comfortable and confident with them taking care of him. They truly treat them like they are family. They've been able to help with his dialysis needs and make sure he's in good hands.

When Dad suddenly needed assisted living this past December, we did not know where to start. We toured a few facilities and quickly chose Brookdale Valleyview....its smaller size seemed a good fit for our 94 year old father and our first contacts [name removed] and [name removed] were kind, concerned and helpful. They eased us through the initial process and he moved in just after the holidays. The whole staff has been kind and caring and have helped him make this major transition easier. We, his family have peace of mind that when he needs it, willing assistance is close at hand

The team of Pacifica is excellent. All the seniors under their care are taken care of with 5 star excellence. From the first phone call to the tour to placing seniors to the appropriate care, Pacifica South Coast is community to trust.

A lovely residence for the aging population. Great food, fun, games and people. A perfect place to spend your last 20 years of life and for rehabilitation.

My favorite part of living at Valley View is that I am comfortable. The food is excellent and the activities are extra special.

I live with my husband in the community for one month now. First of all facility is warm and cozy. The employees are nice, respectful and very helpful. We are east to get along with never experience any problem with any residents. My experience is nice residents are Happy and satisfied the food is good also.

We had a great tour with The Commons. The reason we decided against this facility was due to the inconvenient parking situation.
