My Brother has been a resident for nearly 6 years, and is very happy and comfortable with his living situation. He has no complaints about the quality of any meal, (and he is really picky). The Staff is caring, and friendly and responsive to any issues that arise. The shuttle is a great addition for any appointments that he needs to get too. Lot of programs to choose from, but the greatest thing is the Culver City Senior Center is walking distance...my Brother uses that facility at least twice a week.

My dad loves Brookdale Valley View. The food is mostly great, and that's coming from my dad, who is a foodie and a tough critic!

The facility was clean and beautiful. [name removed]was incredibly kind and helpful. The food was delicious. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming.

I brought a friend here, to see this place. It was a wonderful, she was not sure about going to assisted living but she loved it.

My father is 87 years old, was in and out of the hospital fulir several weeks, and then wasn't able to walk on his own. Our family needed help and we found it at Brookdale Valley View. They moved quickly, prepared and reviewed all of documents, and answered so many questions. The place is close to so many things, including the VA hosoital in Long Beach, which is important fir my father who is a Veteran. When moving in, we didn't have a bed yet, they let us borrow one. My dad needed different doors on his closet, they changed them. If something comes up, they call us. [name removed], the Director, has been a wonderful person who genuinely cares about what she does. She and I text when we need to and she is always in the know. When I visit, the place is clean and everyone says hello. I'm so at ease having my father there.

There has been a change in management since my mom signed up. The management and staff have been very patient and willing to work with my mom. The ladies who do the laundry and clean are super sweet and friendly.

I wanted to take a moment to let you know that my mom is doing great at The Commons. She has settled in well and seems to be very happy now. Initially, she wasn't too thrilled about the move and wanted to go back to her house. However, I'm pleased to say that things have changed. She's become quite content with her new surroundings. She's been enjoying playing bingo, has made some friends, and seems to have found a comfortable rhythm with everything. Thank you so much for all your efforts in making her transition a smooth one. It's such a relief to see her happy and thriving.

We just moved my mom into studio. Royale and this place is really nice. Good vibes when you enter the building and There is a lot of A life in the residents & staff. This keeps my mom positive and busy.

Nice place. Too expensive for my budget. Need better food options, clean and nice staff. Staff willing to work with you on budget but I just couldn’t afford it anymore.

My mom loves it at Brookdale! The new management has made great improvements. It is a family environment!

This has been an overall fantastic experience. [name removed] has made my friend's life so wonderful. My friend's and I found this place and with [name removed] help, we moved him in. [name removed] made all the difference in the world. She is welcoming, personable, calming, and knows the senior care business. She has made all the difference in my friend choosing to move to Studio Royale Retirement Center. He is so happy, healthy and safe now. [name removed], along with the other staff, have made this a delightful, cordial and welcoming experience. She is the best!

My friend and I found Studio Royale through A Place For Mom. From our first visit, we knew that this was the place for him. He is 84 years old and was reluctant to leave his home for a Retirement Center. [name removed] took us under her wing and just made his transition so easy and manageable. She has helped us with several guided tours, completing admission paperwork, finding movers, decorating his room, calming our fears and doing whatever is necessary to get him happily settled in his new home. He loves it, enjoys all the wonderful activities they offer and is well taken care of by [name removed] and all the staff. We have truly been blessed. Thanks [name removed]!

Studio Royale and [name removed] (who takes care of their marketing and resident intake) have been amazing. It has been a very supportive experience through what would be a stressful time for most. Mom is much happier and doing better than she has done in years. Thank you for helping our family.

MY BROTHER WAS IN RESPITE CARE FOR 14 DAYS. THE CARE THAT HE RECIEVED THAT I OBSERVED EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS! THANK YOU WE WOULD RECOMMEND THE FACILITY FOR ANY SENIOR CARE, GOOD SECURITY PROCEDURES ALSO.

Pacifica is a wonderful facility, have only had super positive experiences with the staff. My only suggestion is that they have more activities, and especially get their senior van ready for use so that the residents are able to get out more. Oh yes I would absolutely recommend this community to other families and I already have! Pacifica is amazing and our whole family is so happy that my mom and the kids grandma is in good hands.

Came for the tour and left with a joyful feeling about this location. The community director is a genuine great character person. Made my family feel that this will be place for our loved one.

My mom recently stayed at Pacifica for two weeks, to continue her recovery from a trip to the ICU. We had zero experience with facilitues like this, so we were a bit nervous about it. Plus, my mom likes her privacy. The folks at Pacifica were so welcoming! They were friendly and helpful, and my mom settled in really well. They went the extra mile to accommodate her meal requests, and tried to make her feel at home. It was a great experience. We would not hesitate to use Pacifica again.

I am writing this review for my Cousin who has been at Studio Royale about 4 1/2 years now. My Cousin had been in intensive care at Cedars for about two weeks and when she was ready to be discharged, she was no longer able to live alone and needed to go to assisted living. My Wife and I went to A Place For Mom and they provide us with about 6 Assisted living facilities to check out. By some act of God we chose Studio as are first place to review. When we walked into the lobby and had our tour, we knew immediately that we did not need to look anymore. My Cousin has had the most incredible and wonderful 4 1/2 years of her entire life. The kindness, care, entertainment, and fabulous food has been amazing. She would call us every week to go over the menus. [name removed] who is the manager and head of Studio Royale is a true God Send. The entire staff is amazing, including [name removed], the front desk and many others . We give Studio Royale a 1,000 rating.

My father, a USAF RETIRED Master Sergeant, has now resided at Studio Royale for nearly a Decade. Recently, Studio Royale has come under new management. The quality of care and attention has improved greatly under the new management. I am happy with the level of care and communication that I receive from the staff and newly appointed director [name removed]. I would recommend Studio Royale for anyone who is looking for a safe and caring facility for their family.

When looking for an assisted living facility for my dad, we searched for months to find a place where the people helping him were attentive and friendly, the environment was clean and attractive, and there were plenty of residents to make social connections and activities to enjoy. Studio Royale had all of that at a reasonable price, particularly compared to many we had seen that were much more expensive with the same amenities. My father also frequently commented on how much he enjoyed the food. Once he moved in and we could see what goes on behind the scenes, everything was still on the up and up, and of the same quality as presented when we were prospective clients. I would strongly recommend this place for others seeking a senior community that provides extra help.
