We looked at a few other places and chose Pacifica because we liked that it was a relatively small facility especially in memory care, and all of the people that we spoke to were great. The staff is very responsive, if I ever call they call back immediately and the lady at the front desk has been very helpful. I would definitely recommend to others.

Mom: Really like - closer to budget

My father, who had been living at Brookdale for a couple of years, had surgery which landed him in a rehab facility for nearly 5 months. At [age removed], he was in pretty bad shape but the staff at Brookdale didn’t hesitate to take him back. The management, medical team and the entire staff from the aides, the kitchen and housekeeping made sure he had everything he needed. I wasn’t surprised by all their concern and kindness because the staff at Brookdale truly treat the residents and their relatives like family. And despite all his doctors’ predictions that he would never recover, my dad flourished in this place that literally loved him back to health. You hear all these horrible stories about Assisted Living facilities and I thank God everyday that I found Brookdale. Knowing he is cared for and cared about took away all the stress that comes with having an aging parent. Honestly, I don’t know where I’d be or how I would cope without them! They are truly my Angels!

Our family had an in person tour and the experience was amazing. It was really up to date and a nice facility. It was beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. We did visit awhile ago so we don't remember the cost but the facility is just beautiful. There was not a lot of outdoor space, but they did have great activities.

I'm very pleased. I think the staff are fantastic. They're just wonderful. They stay in good communication with me and send me pictures. When my loved one had some medical issues, they took action quickly and contacted us immediately. They just have a really good staff. My loved one loves the food. She says it's marvelous, and she can be pretty picky. I know her health has improved since she's been there. I think it's a great value.

My experience at Pacifica Senior Living has been by far amazing. It always smells great. The food is very tasty and made from scratch.The staff is very friendly and caring. They make sure residents feel safe and at home. I recommend this place.

We toured this community and we really liked it. The community is pet-friendly, and it is a smaller community. We would have picked this community but the location was not where we needed it.

We did not get much time to get a feel of what the facility was like just because our experience was so short. When we was here though the care they gave him was great. Even before we got him here, they did everything they could to make sure that he was comfortable. They were very helpful and it was a good experience for us. I would a recommend them to others looking.

My dad recently moved into Brookdale Senior Living Alhambra and from day 1 this place has been first class. Brookdale is a clean, well organized senior living community. On the day my dad moved in, my family and I were treated to a delicious meal. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very professional. I look forward to my dad calling Brookdale his home.
