Pacifica is a wonderful facility, have only had super positive experiences with the staff. My only suggestion is that they have more activities, and especially get their senior van ready for use so that the residents are able to get out more. Oh yes I would absolutely recommend this community to other families and I already have! Pacifica is amazing and our whole family is so happy that my mom and the kids grandma is in good hands.

My mom recently stayed at Pacifica for two weeks, to continue her recovery from a trip to the ICU. We had zero experience with facilitues like this, so we were a bit nervous about it. Plus, my mom likes her privacy. The folks at Pacifica were so welcoming! They were friendly and helpful, and my mom settled in really well. They went the extra mile to accommodate her meal requests, and tried to make her feel at home. It was a great experience. We would not hesitate to use Pacifica again.

The staff there is great!! All staff members there are very lovely and helpful. The moving in process was easy. Also, I've seen the meals. They are fine. I would recommend this facility to others. The only thing they need to do is just upgrade a little. It's a little tired looking, but according to the Director, they are in the process of remodeling. Overall, it's a great place.

My mother had a beautiful private room private bathroom lots of staff and activities Doctor came weekly and in a lovely location on a tree lined street in the Burbank hills ... I'm so glad she loved it there.

Registered nurse for hospice - My patients here are well cared for. Staff is diligent and loving. I can trust them to carry through with treatments and plan of care. Good communication and efforts. Residents are happy and their lives extended with love and care.

Always clean; pt's up & about; activities performed; rooms clean & tidy. Staff always able to help; questions asked - easily answered.

What our family really liked the most about Alhambra Senior VIlla was the staff. The staff members were very nice, helpful and friendly. Based on the experience we had with Alhambra Senior Villa community, we would recommend them to other families.

The outside property looked nice and clean. Once inside the front doors the waiting room receptionist area was beautiful and smelled nice and clean and it felt like home. Very nice energy and a lot of natural light in all rooms we visited. The staff we met were all very sweet and caring.

Pacifica at South Coast has such an amazing staff. All the nurses are so kind and helpful, always. Even the front desk staff is so friendly when I come in. Seeing them every month is such a joy. You can tell they really acre about their residents, patients and visitors

My dad is currently a resident at Brookdale Valley View and he is super happy with this facility! Everything has been great for him so far. The staff is friendly and helpful. The meals are fantastic and my dad is a foodie! The staff and the food are both a 5+! The value for cost is definitely more than great! I would highly recommend Brookdale Valley View to others.

All of the staff at Brookdale Valley View, from the top down, are very helpful/friendly. The housekeeping is the one questionable thing for us. I'm not sure if the bathroom in my loved one's room is being thoroughly cleaned each week. The laundry is washed and delivered back to the resident's room. I would like the bedding to be changed weekly, but it is not. The carpet has a stain that has not been removed. Communication with the family is good, for the most part. The move in process was easy. My loved one loves the food. I would recommend Brookdale Valley View to others.

What we like the most about the Pacifica Senior Living community was the staff. They were caring, informative, thoughtful and anxious to meet the needs of our relative. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

The move in was very easy. Easy moving my loved one from Assisted to Memory Care also. Food has been an issue. My loved one does not eat pork, chicken or meat. They knew this going in. The current chef is really trying to make things there better. He has new recipes and I do think the food has been better since he came. Housekeeping is great. They empty trash and keep rooms clean. They do my loved one's laundry (I used to do it in Assisted Living). I think the staff are nice. They probably need more staff, but I think they try. I would like more activities on a daily a basis. Sometimes they have things written on a calendar, but the activity doesn't happen. I do think that it is extremely important for families to visit. Very few residents in Memory Care have visitors. I think they may treat my loved one better because they know my family is there everyday, at different times. I do think they should communicate with families more. They have recently raised the rent almost 10%. That is a lot. But, they have been painting and planting and making the building more inviting. I like the Memory Care Director and the caregivers. It is a very challenging job. The Memory Care Director, [name removed], is always smiling. The new Executive Director, [name removed], is trying to organize and make things more efficient and pleasurable. Overall, I would place my loved one here again, if the choice were for today.
