Things are going well. Very well. So far, we are having quite a pleasant experience at Brookdale. We have not had any problems or immediate concerns with the facility or the staff there. We appreciate the concern.

I highly recommend this facility The people who work here are very kind and also very professional. The executive director Lourdes is committed to providing the best possible care of all of the residents The building is beautiful and well maintained The food is gourmet quality. Brookdale Riverside is one of the nicest places I have seen and believe me my sister and I look at over 12 facilities for mom. It is very clean and the entire staff is super friendly. Moving in was a breeze. Mom loves the activities and the food is delicious as well-quite a large variety to choose from.

There really is nothing to improve on for them. My loved one enjoys the caregivers that are there and they help him to get out more and participate in activities when he can. They have worked with him very well.

I think it is an especially warm environment at the Brookdale Valley View facility. They foster an inclusive, family atmosphere and that has made for a really smooth transition into the place for my loved one.

From the very get-go they were just very nice. When we did the tour they were very helpful and also during the move-in. I know that my loved one is very pleased with the food service they have, she loves it.

My mother moved in there a month ago from another assisted living. The staff is very friendly, the interiors are beautiful with granite counter tops and everything is updated. It has much more of a hotel feel than a nursing home. The only complaint I hear from my mom is that the food service is terribly slow, but she is happy with her room, her activities and everything else. Also, the location is great. So close to the freeway and plenty of shopping.

One area where they could improve would be to listen more to feedback of the residents. Everything else has been really good. The meals are good, and the staff is excellent.

It is a very nice place. They have a problem with their billing but that is all.

Due to a need to move in quickly the apartment available was too small for my parents needs but we really liked the facility and the.staff. Pam was very knowledgeable and gave us some of the most helpful advice in the process.

Well they were very accommodating and very easy to work with when we put my mom in there. They are friendly and tried to work out the best possible deal according to her finances and helped us out a lot with that. I really enjoyed dealing with them.

We're very pleased with how things have gone with Meridian of Riverside! The people here are so friendly, and so helpful! We really have no complaints! The facility is clean and well kept, and they do a great job looking out for the people who live here!

Well, I placed my loved one at Arcadia Retirement Village about two months ago and their care has exceeded my expectations and the staff is very attentive and they all seem to know what they are doing.

My loved one said it was great and met our needs.

The people there at Brookdale Valley View are really great. We transferred my father here from another Brookdale in Idaho which was bigger and nicer than what this one is. This one is not as nice or spacious. The people there are really great though!

Wonderful facility. I look forward to placing my dad into respite care there soon.

I had to give everything a 5...Villa Rosa Memory Care is always the best, the care is wonderful, they keep me informed of everything that goes on and they have a very caring, loving staff.

The people who work there at Villa Rosa Memory Care are simply outstanding! That is what makes or breaks a place like this, and they are just phenomenal. The one thing that they could improve is the food. My dad was living at a place before that had super high quality food, and Villa Rosa has more general food. Other than that, everything (especially the people there) have been great.

This is Elliot Borska. My mother Lorraine has been in the facility for about 3 weeks. She loves every aspect of life there. Her room is beautiful and the place is clean and the food is great according to her. I am so happy. She is happier than she has been for year. The staff is also amazing. Christian and Didie and Chnthia have made my mom feel so at home. All of the staff has been great. Thank you all so much. Words can't express my gratitude for all you have done.
