Everyone on staff is very friendly and helpful. My mom is definitely enjoying her time at Whitney Place. The facility is well kept and if my mom needs more care in the future she can just move to a different part of the facility.

Value for cost - you have to be kidding. What should we expect for $[removed]K+/month. It's laughable, really. The staff is wonderful and caring. The entire industry is troubling, as you know. Room size is more than adequate. Amenities? My mom is in memory care. Can't comment truly.

My Aunt has been at Whitney Place in memory care for 2 months and is doing very well. She likes the residents, says the food is good, and loves the staff. They treat her like family. They hired an Elvis impersonator just for my aunt the first week she was there. They went out of their way to make accommodations for her. The facility is very clean and I have the comfort knowing that she is safe, happy and being cared by kind and loving professionals.

I highly recommend The Willows of Westborough! My grandmother lived there for over 10 yrs and loved it, and because of that immensely positive experience, my Dad has opted to move to The Willows. When my Dad and I toured The Willows, it was quite noticeable how friendly and welcoming the residents and staff were. It was easy to ask questions and get helpful answers. Of special note, each time we asked a resident how the food was, the response was always a resounding “great!”. That was what my Dad was hoping for, since he remembered how much my grandmother loved the food! Now that my Dad has moved in, I’ve dined with him a few times. Wow, the ambiance, food and dining staff are comparable to fancy restaurant! Also be sure to check out the myriad of social activities on the calendar. Additionally, a huge shout-out to the team at The Willows who were instrumental in helping me customize specific care needs for my Dad, who is blind. It is so nice to see my Dad happy again!

We are blessed to have the warm and welcoming atmosphere of Whitney Place, Westborough, as a home for my mom for the last two years. In this specialized memory care community, my mom receives compassionate individualized care in a clean, safe, cheerful environment. The staff is friendly and always accommodating to my mom’s needs. The care teams demonstrate kindness, patience, dignity and respect. A talented engagement team keeps my mom active. The culinary team takes pride in their delicious healthy meals. Housekeeping and maintenance teams are excellent and always responsive. My mom and I enjoy walking around the landscaped property or sitting in the community courtyard/garden when the weather is warm. I would look no further than Whitney Place for a place for my mom.

This place is great!! They treat their employees well and the food is quite nice. The managers are so sweet and understand. They genuinely care for their employees and are so friendly. They make sure everyone feels safe!

As everyone experiences, making the decision to move Mom from her life long home is extremely difficult. Because of so many reasons it became necessary. My interactions with [name removed]from day one was exemplary. She explained things and was very caring, she didn’t even mind when I kept crying! [name removed] greeted myself and 5 siblings each time we came through, making us feel at home. I don’t have enough lines to name everyone, but rest assured they are all wonderful at what they do. They have made a difficult transition much easier and my family thanks them.

5 star living! An amazing place! Staff, Residents , are so friendly… clean, beautiful apartments, immaculate grounds.. safe secure, family friendly so happy my parents choice this place, they are very happy with the move they made..

A few options of apartments available, spacious. Nice kitchens, baths, living rooms. It is a clean, active, and safe community to be in.

My only comment is that the last rent increase was very high and causing a bit of a hardship. But overall, compared to other communities, it is still a good value and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

Whitney Place is first class all the way. My parents live there in the same room and I live out of state. I never have to worry about their safety or security knowing where they are now. The staff is beyond phenomenal! The care, the concern, and the compassion each employee provides is outstanding. [names removed] are so empathic and work hard with families to find the right place for them. I cannot speak more highly about this place and our family is extremely grateful our parents are there.

Our tour set the scene when our guide greeted by name all the people we encountered. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the activities cover most interests, so meeting people and finding friends with common interests is easy. Dinner time is often the time that one person makes up a table to introduce long time residents to the “newbie”. So pleasant!!

The hospital did not catch that my loved one had actually had a stroke the day before they moved her to Whitney Place, even though I told them that something was wrong. The nurse at the hospital would not listen to my concerns. I also told the people at Whitney Place that something was wrong and they worked with us helping to change meds (which I thought at the time must be the problem.) Everyone was kind and compassionate. The PCA was so kind! Speaking softly and encouragingly - when she didn't know I had just arrived and her back was toward me, I actually startled her when I spoke. I was so very relieved to know that when family wasn't around, the staff was wonderful. The nurses kept in touch with me almost daily, giving updates and asking questions. And they did have quite a challenge since we did not know what had brought the change to my loved one and she was declining quickly. I would certainly recommend Whitney Place to others.

The Willows at Worcester community is clean and very well maintained. It has a lively atmosphere with a lot of amenities and activities for the residents to take advantage of. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

It is an active community with lots of social activities to help people meet. My parents felt at home there. It was lively.

The main issue is that, clothes gets lost when the laundry is done. It's a still work in progress. They are very good, and they do what they say. In general, they are quite good and consistent. They are responsive, and they do follow through well. Overall, the facility is well maintained and the food is good. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

We are so happy with the care that my family member gets. The management staff is kind, compassionate and always willing to go above and beyond. The staff of nurses, welcome desk folk and medical professionals are all knowledgeable, kind, and make residents and family members feel at home. Lastly - the food is actually pretty good!

My Dad has been a resident of Willows at Westborough for 4 years. He is very happy at The Willows. He is comfortable there and has made friends. My sister and I also feel good that he is able to be independent yet has access to services if needed.

We chose The Willows at Worcester mostly due to the location - my parents lived in the area for most their life so they wanted to stay relatively close to their friends and family. The apartment sizes are very nice. I have not heard any complaints about the food or activities. I would recommend this facility to others looking.
