[name removed] at this site was so helpful, and attentive, and even took the time to do a personal tour with her phone to send to me so I could see the particular unit, and send it to my mom to view. Wonderful place.

Since moving my mom here about 3 years ago she has joined the choir and has had many wonderful musical programs that she has truly enjoyed. Her room is bright and cheerful and there is Always extra help for just about everything she needs. Her health has declined so much so that she actually needs nursing care, but instead of putting her in a dark dingy smelly nursing home we have been able to keep her in her bright cheery room with full time care. Friends stop by when they can and enjoy the surroundings and visit. Rosewood has been a blessing to me and has kept my moms life as normal and comfortable as possible.

They know their residents and give special attention to those who need a little assistance. They contact family members when necessary.

During the challenges of this pandemic, Holiday has made the right decisions always erring on the side of resident safety. The staff at Fox Run is our second family! They are so loving, understanding, kind, caring Christian people. God brought Fox Run into our lives, and we are so very thankful. God has taken care of us and provided every step of the way. The staff makes sure Fox Run is clean, has a great menu for every meal, plans great activities, and is so personable and helpful! I highly recommend Fox Run!

My dad has lived at Parkview Meadows for a few years now. It’s been working out better than any of the previous communities we have tried before. We like that the rooms are permanently assigned to residents (versus other facilities he has lived in which have shuffled him around from room to room with little notice for various reasons). Their doors have names on them and residents wear name tags because they feel like a community here. I’ve seen staff members that have been there a long while and they are friendly and helpful. I have appreciated special family and visitor events they’ve organized. These not only allowed some fun times with my dad and his grandchildren, but let us meet his friends from his residence. It is well kept and attractive indoors and around the property. I would recommend Parkwood Meadows to friends needing a retirement community in the area.

I know that this has been especially difficult on your staff is they sometimes have to deal with residents that are more like children than they are adults. I appreciate the gentleness and compassion that you have for them. I pray for you and your family during this time of uncertainty. Please stay safe and well because I couldn't do it without you.

My loved one has been at Prairie Rose for over 7 years. There have been several management changes, but the staff that is there today has improved the facility 100 times over. Keep up the great work.

There are approximately 20 employees at Tallgrass. During this epidemic of the virus these employees all of them have worn masks and kept a safe and secure from the germs. I must also mention our activity director [name removed] who has put many puzzles paper activities and kept us all busy when we weren’t allowed to leave our rooms all of the employees should be giving superb stars for their assistance to all of us During this epidemic nobody but nobody knew what to do because it has never been done before and they’re following the guidelines which corporation sent them and sometimes much to our distress but they kept us safe from being sick thank you

I had an incident last week where ALL of the staff went above the call of duty in helping me to stay calm. I so appreciate all of them working at University Oaks! A BIG shout-out to them all!!!

This is a safe, clean, active, caring environment. None of our residents has gotten the Carona Virus, thanks to our staff caring protection. We all wear masks outside our rooms & obey the 6 feet distanceing while we enjoy our activities and meals in the dining room. The residents and staff are all friendly, kind, & caring. If you want to sit in your room watching TV all day & night, this isn’t the best place for you (although you can do that if that’s all you want to do. Our meals are all healthy.
