I know you are doing the best you can but for those of us on the outside looking in it is really very hard not to be able to touch our loved ones. I liked visiting in the IL closer to mom and less busy.

Great employees. So willing to help. When I call and Nate answers you feel like he really cares and is always so very pleasant. The ladies that take care of mom treat her so kindly. Thank you.

Thank you for providing the visitation booth. I was nice to be able to meet indoors, but the lobby is extremely noisy. It was very difficult for my mother to hear me through the mask and the glass wall and over the noise of the lobby. Also does not allow for a private conversation...but it's better than nothing!

I really like the activities and know I need to be here. I am thankful for the friends you have here. The workers are very kind.

My sister is well cared for. She is very satisfied here.

I have nothing but high praises for the staff at Pearls of Life. My mama is in the hands of incredible caregivers who treat each resident with dignity and respect. I have never once worried about her care. I would highly recommend Runk and Pratt to any family. I am so thankful for all that they do. The staff and caregivers are truly being the hands and heart of Jesus.

Residents in this community are treated with exceptional care by staff who go above and beyond. Activities are well planned and consistent, led by caring and knowledgeable staff. Family is kept up to date on any concerns that may arise that has to do with the health and well-being of a resident. We made the best decision placing our loved one at this facility.

I'd be happier if we were allowed more time or if other family members could visit but I'll certainly take what I can get! Thank you for all you do!

[Name removed] at front desk is very pleasant and helpful every visit as is everyone. Excellent and professional and take great care of our mom and provide wonderful activities. Family is concerned about Covid fee and that has been mentioned.

Would be better if we could be with our mom. [Name removed] and [name removed] are the best. Love the way [name removed] to take such good care of Mom. [Name removed] is always there to help set up with our visiting times and bringing mom things we bring for her
