I toured Bay Lake for my grandmother. The staff was very friendly and the community was extremely clean! During our tour all of the team members were friendly and welcomed us. My grandmother also got a chance to speak to some of the residents who were very happy their. We ate lunch at the end of the tour and the menu options were amazing! I was pleasantly surprised to see the restaurant style menu and all of the choices. Bay Lake is on the top of our list and we were truly impressed with the professionalism and services offered.
