My in-laws were among the first to become residents at Palomino Gardens. With our home being right across the street and the folks living an hour north, first seeing the facility being built we were wowed, it just looked like it was too good to be true. Yes, the place is awesome but that’s just the beginning. Every member of the staff is beyond all expectations. We keep looking for something that could be improved upon but so far have come up empty. The icing on the cake is the residents themselves, it truly is one big happy family and no doubt a good part of that is the whole Palomino experience. The amenities, the activities, the sincere concern displayed by every single staff member could not be better. My wife and I are seriously contemplating selling our house and moving in, it’s that good.

Co Managers are almost super human in their daily efforts to make this facility the best in the United States.

I visited several similar residences and was most impressed with River Valley as the person who provided me with the tour was very enthusiastic and caring. She knew all the residents by their name. This was unique compared to the other facilites I visited. The place was very clean.

I had a tour at River Valley and I was greeted by [name removed], the concierge, that really impressed me! My tour was with [name removed]. She was incredible, thorough, honest and funny! I met several of the residents that I immediately took a liking to. The place was immaculate. I loved how new it was. I had the opportunity to eat brunch there and had prime rib along with eggs made to order. The options were endless. Gourmet is the word! The service was wonderful, too. After Brunch, [name removed] came back to us and we started our tour. I loved that they had a bank, gym, salon, arcade room, and a general store. We went to a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. I have a dog and they allow them on that floor. It was absolutely perfect! The walk out patio is easy access for my dog. Full kitchen, full capacity washer and dryer, all appliances are GE and new, closets are large and it includes everything in the rent! It is also month to month. Highly recommend. I signed last week. Can’t wait to move !

My mom moved in to Stone Oak over a few months ago. She is so happy and is living her best life. The management and staff as amazing. They have made her transitions seamless.

Love it here, except for not being allowed to sit with most people. This is our table, this seat is for so and so. Have to really get to know people, worse than High School. Although, most people are friendly despite their seating arrangements.

I enjoy and am very comfortable living at Maple Ridge. My apartment is a nice size and has large closets. My room is cleaned once a week. There are always choices of food at meals. There are many activities like exercise, card games, social events, movies, etc.

I have found the people that are here to be very, very friendly - helpful and kind. I think we are very lucky to have them here - they are so nice and good at what they do for us.

This is very much like being on a land cruise. Entertainment, food, lodging, housekeeping, friendly staff and residents. Enjoy mingling or your privacy and independence. Transportation provided to Dr.

My experience here has been the best. I lost my husband a year after moving in, at time the support and love shown was awesome. I feel safe and very comfortable here.

I reviewed several facilities before I chose Maple Ridge. There is a welcoming feeling just walking in the door. I like the 3 meals a day, buffet style-eat as much as you want. All activities are included in one price. Caring staff.

I have lived here for 14 months and the atmosphere is friendly and happy. Residents care about one another and the staff is fantastic.

I really like living here. It's a place where your mom chooses to live, not where you put her. And Dad is also welcome.

Apartments are spacious -well kept - weekly housecleaning is adequate. I appreciate the privacy. There is an abundance of activities - all on a "if you want to basis" It is a friendly environment!

I have been a content resident at Stone Oak for over five years. I live in the largest of the one bedroom apartments, which I am pleased, comes with a large walk-in closet. There are many activities including movies and live entertainment. I am pleased with the food too!

I enjoy not having to cook my meals unless I want to. The music, movies, games etc that are available to be enjoyed. All residents are friendly

I was one of the very first to move into this community, [date removed] and I am still very pleased with the accommodations, the service, the multiple entertainment options and the staff. I highly recommend to anyone age eligible for themselves or their parents. I didn't give highest rating to meals only because I have digestive problems and cannot expect that to affect their menus. But I never go hungry and am always satisfied so it is just a minuscule out of the perfect 5!

Clean and beautiful. Everything is new. I liked that it is all-inclusive. Residents are so wonderful.
