Creek Valley staff has always been very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of turnover in the staff (like everywhere else). The staff have always been professional, but friendly.

I enjoy the activities at Copper Springs. I love our Happy Hour with the ability to dance. Karaoke is lots of fun. What is especially nice is that our activities provide the time to truly get to know other residents.

Stone River Retirement Community is luxury living at its best providing quality independant living. Chef prepared 3 meals daily with other food options available 24/7. Activities and events keep your day busy. Your apartment is even cleaned weekly. Washer and dryer in each apartment. Staff is very welcoming and attentive. On site managers assure your needs are met.

We picked this facility, because it was a new community. Beautifully appointed. Great amenities. Excellent chef. Friendly, welcoming staff. I like the aprtments because, they are brand new, spacious, nicely appointed, with a well equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer, large closets, patios/balconies. I would highly recommend.

It's absolutely wonderful here and like living on a cruise ship or being in an expensive hotel. Three meals a day are included, plus apartment cleaning weekly. We have a nice library, gym with exercise classes twice a week, a pool with exercise classes four days a week, a pool table, Happy Hour on Fridays with live entertainment and free wine and beer. Our Activity Director won a community wide award for her fun classes in the gym, pool, and Happy Hour. She has a great personality, and helps anyone who needs help. Another perk - there are 52 RLC communities in the US, and we are welcome to stay at all of them free for five days as if we lived there with all meals furnished, etc.

I have lived here 1 and1/2 years. I was welcomed and my needs were heard and taken care of. For example I have allergies and need fragrance free apartment. All is fine and house keeping takes care of my needs beautifully!

I was living in another assisted living facility and I was desperate to find an after covid 19 facility. Rock Pointe as described by [name removed] was I deal for me

My wife and I love it here, everyone is friendly and the staff go over and above. The rent is fair but I would like to go down. I think everyone who takes a tour here will agree, this is the best deal around!

Overall RPP is a nice place. The staff is wonderful, very attentive to my needs and very friendly. The special programs and outings are terrific. The live entertainment is very enjoyable - would like more. The lectures are interesting. The organizing staff doing an excellent job! Having my haircut and toes clipped are great - having the salon here makes it very convenient. I also enjoy the gym facility and classes on the premise.

I feel at home here. I don't want to go anywhere else. I enjoy going to the dining room - the service staff is always helpful and eager to help me. They know my needs, they know every detail. I enjoy Friday happy hour with live musical entertainment. I enjoy the company of other residents because of the various backgrounds and experiences they've had. I love the beauty salon - the best!

Great place to spend retirement. staff is friendly, call you by first name and go above and beyond in making you feel like family. Lived her for a few months and plan to stay

I recently relocated from [name removed] after the passing of my wife of 56+ years, The warm welcome I have experience from the friendly executive staff, as well as the current residents has far exceeded my hopes and expectations. Red Rock Pointe is fantastic!

Red Rock Pointe was the perfect independent living community for my mom to move to. She has made many new friends and participated in several activities. It has been so nice that I moved in with her, even though I still work. I love the food and they have great staff.

I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I intended to be. The staff has been friendly and helpful - the residents welcome the new residents and the good is very good. But most of all, I feel safe here

The residents ad staff are very nice. The food is good and served well. It is appetizing. Nice banquets and events. Its clean.

After touring many communities to find a future home for our parents, we are confident that Cactus Valley is the best place for them. They are conveniently located close to St. Rose Hospital and all of their doctor and specialists offices. Transportation is provided to their appointments and all staff is friendly and professional. Food is fantastic with many selections to choose from. Residents seem to enjoy living here, we had the opportunity to meet with several of them over lunch and they loved talking about how happy they are living here.

I'm currently a resident at Coronado Villa Retirement Resort and I am thrilled to be living here. I certainly made the right choice to move here. The staff and the residents are all VERY friendly and call me by my name. My apartment is comfortable and is the right size. The cleanliness is super. They have more activities than I have time for! This is a great place to live and the ONLY facility in Albuquerque in which I would live. If Coronado Villa had not been here, I would still be living in Tucson.

We were looking for a place for our mom to be closer to us after my Dad's passing. We toured many communities and spent countless hours researching. We found that most were lacking the compassion that our mom needed after having gone through such a devastating loss. All of the staff has been extremely helpful and friendly making sure that all of her questions and needs are met. She has made many new friends that she refers to as family. Our family is very happy of the decision we made in choosing Cactus Valley as her new home.

My mother is currently a resident at Shell Harbor Retirement Community and everything is great! She rates this facility at a 5 for everything. We would recommend this facility to family and friends. We're extremely satisfied with everything here at Shell Harbor.

My parents moved to Red Rock Pointe in December and my dad sadly passed away in February. Even though she hadn’t been there very long, the people are so nice and so kind that she has made many friends. The staff are wonderful -also very kind and caring. The food is very good and the place is very clean My mom's apartment is beautiful- large and she has a little outdoor patio with grass, which is nice because she can take her little dog out easily. They offer a lot of nice activities - exercise classes, outings, card games, etc. They put on wonderful banquets every month that are very special and they also make the holidays special. We’re really happy we found such a nice “place for Mom" and we’re grateful to A Place for Mom in helping us find it.
