After touring many communities to find a future home for our parents, we are confident that Cactus Valley is the best place for them. They are conveniently located close to St. Rose Hospital and all of their doctor and specialists offices. Transportation is provided to their appointments and all staff is friendly and professional. Food is fantastic with many selections to choose from. Residents seem to enjoy living here, we had the opportunity to meet with several of them over lunch and they loved talking about how happy they are living here.

I'm currently a resident at Coronado Villa Retirement Resort and I am thrilled to be living here. I certainly made the right choice to move here. The staff and the residents are all VERY friendly and call me by my name. My apartment is comfortable and is the right size. The cleanliness is super. They have more activities than I have time for! This is a great place to live and the ONLY facility in Albuquerque in which I would live. If Coronado Villa had not been here, I would still be living in Tucson.

We were looking for a place for our mom to be closer to us after my Dad's passing. We toured many communities and spent countless hours researching. We found that most were lacking the compassion that our mom needed after having gone through such a devastating loss. All of the staff has been extremely helpful and friendly making sure that all of her questions and needs are met. She has made many new friends that she refers to as family. Our family is very happy of the decision we made in choosing Cactus Valley as her new home.

My mother is currently a resident at Shell Harbor Retirement Community and everything is great! She rates this facility at a 5 for everything. We would recommend this facility to family and friends. We're extremely satisfied with everything here at Shell Harbor.

My parents moved to Red Rock Pointe in December and my dad sadly passed away in February. Even though she hadn’t been there very long, the people are so nice and so kind that she has made many friends. The staff are wonderful -also very kind and caring. The food is very good and the place is very clean My mom's apartment is beautiful- large and she has a little outdoor patio with grass, which is nice because she can take her little dog out easily. They offer a lot of nice activities - exercise classes, outings, card games, etc. They put on wonderful banquets every month that are very special and they also make the holidays special. We’re really happy we found such a nice “place for Mom" and we’re grateful to A Place for Mom in helping us find it.

Mom moved in 3 months ago, It was a big adjustment for my mom who is very independent and had her own very comfortable home in New York Now after her moving in she says it was the best decision she made and she is happier . No longer does she worry about home maintenance or paying bills and food shopping. Now everything is taken care of with one monthly payment and she has no stress. The staff is really caring and so patient with the residents. The apartment is more spacious and has more amenities compared to other communities in the area My wife and I will most likely come to Red Rock Pointe when we too need downsize from a large home and need just a little m roe attention.

All the staff are very nice and caring. The rooms are very comfortable, We love it here. Everyone is like. Family. Most of the time the food is good but I have a sensitive stomach. I can’t have tomatoes and onions. We love [name removed] and the team Thanks for fixing the ice cream machine. The movies are good but I don’t appreciate the R rated ones. I was a resident at Ashwood Square Retirement Community. I enjoyed living there. The apartments were nice and the people were friendly. Everything was acceptable, but the price was a bit high for me.

We will be moving into Daniel Pointe Retirement Community by the end of this month. Everyone there has been great. We are looking forward to being able to participate in some of their activities. My treat will be not HAVING to cook every day!!!!!!! We did have a meal there on our last visit. The dining staff was very accommodating. My husband has a walking disability and they made us feel very welcome and helped with the lunch tray for him. [name removed] is a treasure, [name removed] has answered my questions and [name removed], who started out with us on this adventure, has been wonderful. All this being said, I am sure you do not question my rating at a 5+.

My parents are VERY HAPPY with Palomino Gardens. They have said it has been the best decision for them. They have felt and continue to feel very welcomed. I would HIGHLY recommend the location. Very pleasant and friendly staff. After several appointments with other facilities, this one was an absolute breath of fresh air. Priced exceptionally reasonable for all the amenities included. Very very clean and inviting. Such a relief with some excitement for my brother and I to see the positive improvement in my parents mental health and happiness they are experiencing on a daily basis.

Staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful, the most outstanding factor here, for me. Communication has been easy, pleasant, and rewarding. Activities are so-so, but they respond to suggestions. Also, bus service for errands etc. could be more frequent. But not all folks are like me and most love the food, for instance. All in all, I’m glad I moved here, especially since I didn’t expect to like it much. What sold me on the community was that it was new, and that the terrific sales representative said it would be run like a family and spoke so well of the corporation. I felt like I was getting a personal recommendation and not just a professional one. I highly recommend Brier Pointe.

Mom has been living at Chenal Pines for six months. We couldn’t be happier. She loves her living arrangements and more importantly all of her new friends. We so wish we had made this transition much sooner. Mom is 98 years old and looking forward to many more years sharing activities and stories with her new community. She is blessed!

My Mom moved to Chenal Pines 3 months ago and it has exceeded our expectations! She was hesitant about the necessary move, but now she is so happy with her HOME! She calls it "worry free" living. All of her meals are provided, her apartment is cleaned weekly, transportation is available, all utilities are included. It's also "worry free" living for me because I know she is around people and she is safe! She has gone from living in a house by herself to spending time with friends throughout the day ... however, when she is ready for her alone time, she can go to her apartment knowing she will not be disturbed. And there is always something fun going on for her to join. The residents are all very friendly and welcoming as well as the staff! This has been a wonderful move for my Mom!

They give the residents privacy, but are there when they need them. My Dad really likes it there. There is plenty of room. He does wish that he was able to get a garage. But it is nice, the apartments all have patios or balconies attached to them.

The staff is so willing to help in any way. Moving in they provided us dollies to bring boxes in. They explained everything to Mom and even had her paired up with a resident to help her adjust to the new environment.

Daniel pointe lifestyle director, [name removed], is awesome. Everyday she has an activity for the residents. On Fridays she takes them out of the community on a lunch outing to the local Charleston restaurants. Great fellowship!

I like the staff! I have only been here a little over a month. So for me, I feel like I've gone away to "grownup camp!" Which I think is a fun way to look at it. [name removed] , the sales person, is sharp. She has all the answers and she seems to genuinely want what's best for each person she meets, whether that means a new resident or not. The concierge team, headed by [name removed] are very kind, knowledgeable and fun. The Managers are new, very likable and other residents have said that they are a positive change. But what makes this place is the residents, as a group, I think they appear to be happier and more welcoming than the residents I saw at another location. Housekeeping appears to be fine. I came here after two months of hospital care, the food is 100% better than that! I am pleased with the quality and availability of the food, I do miss home cooking. I would recommend Evergreen Crossings to anyone looking for Independent Senior Living.

My mom moved in at Cahaba Ridge and she loves it. She's 93, and although they aren't an assisted living facility, they provide group activities and many conveniences for their residents. The food is incredible always. My family couldn't be more pleased with the quality of life she is having at Cahaba Ridge. Not one complaint from her or our family.

I love it here. The meals, Friendly people listening staff cleanliness washer and dryer in our beautiful apartment they have a gym and library the apartments are cleaned every week it's actually very delightful here I could walk to target and to the grocery store and to Goodwill. We have help with everything we need in the apartment like hanging pictures emptying the car loaning of us beds and wheelchairs and things until we can get our own stuff just it's just a delightful place

I absolutely LOVE it here! I have a lovely 2 bedroom, bath apartment with a full kitchen. I have a nice living room with a garage available. The community has a full theater, activity rooms, but the only utility cost except cell phones. Everyone here is friendly and happy. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would absolutely recommend Lakeview Retirement community to other families.
