What we really like about the community is the food selection etc. and activity opportunities were great. I think they experienced a change in staff personalities when the managers changed. I know that is a tough role to fill, but a very important one. Really no complaints overall with her time there

I would recommend it based on our experience so far. Senior Living Consultant [name removed] has been amazing to work with from showings, to moving in and helping make sure you have a great experience after moving in. We picked this community, because it was a 3BR available immediately was biggest factor. It was warm, welcoming environment and building, quality of meals, valet car service, recommendation of people we know who live there and emergency alert transponder for all residents.

My mother is currently a resident at Aspen Trail Retirement Resort and everything at this facility has been great for her. The staff at Aspen Trail is great. The cleanliness and quality of care are great, also. We finally have my mother in a place that we trust. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

[name removed]was amazing! She guided me through the entire process and made me feel at home instantly. She was super helpful with all of the questions that I had and made sure I was fully aware of everything. She’s Oak Park’s greatest gem!

The over all experience was wonderful. Very clean facility, friendly staff. Beautiful lay out of the community.

Amazing staff. all friendly and helpful. Worry free financial management with rent, food, amenities, utilities, etc. All included in single monthly payment. Monthly leases provide great flexibility. Plenty of activities for residents.

Okatie Pines Retirement Community has a terrific staff! The managers and concierge are so helpful. We feel very comfortable with our mom there. She loves the food! It's like being on a 5 star cruise ship at this facility. The whole place always smells clean. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Aspen trail is such a great community. Staff and residents are family. They have a great chef that provides the best quality meals. There’s something going on every hour of the day. The residents are absolutely what make the community. They’re fun there welcoming and they’re great friends.

The community is very warm and Inviting the staff makes you feel right at home .I had the pleasure of visiting a friend & stood for lunch & happy hour the food was delicious. I can see why my friend loves it. I look forward to visiting again

We recently moved our mother from a CCRC facility to Palomino Gardens. In just the few months since our mother has been living at this beautiful community, she has thrived beyond our expectations. The Freedom Dining and food quality is better than a lot of high end restaurants. Our mother weighed 115 pounds when she moved into the other facility, and in less than a year that she was there, she lost 20 pounds. Since moving to Palomino Gardens, she has gained 10 pounds and is the healthiest we have seen her in years. She even invites her friends to have lunch with her often. The staff is superiorly friendly and always goes out of their way to spoil our mother. Our only regret is that we didn't move her to Palomino Gardens sooner. It is great comfort to our family knowing that our mother is well cared for and we no longer have to worry about her wellbeing and safety. We highly recommend Palomino Gardens to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

I have been here at Copper Springs almost since the community opened. We have the best Lifestyle Director [name removed]. I am involved in Hand, Knee and Foot , Mexican Train card games and board games, and Happy Hour.

[name removed] continues to promote additional activities for residents to participate in. I like to play cribbage, go to our Happy Hours with live entertainment. Other activities I like are poker, bridge and Hand & Foot card game. We also have 2 types of Bingo which is alot of fun.

[name removed], our activitiy director makes sure there is something fun going on all the time here. There are card games, Wii bowling, corn hole and we have Happy Hour with music and dancing. I especially like going out to lunch once a month.

I wish that we had a swimming pool here but other than that I like to play Poker, which I set up here. I also like to play Pinochle. I like to go to Hale Theater for plays. There are a few us of who would like to go to Mesa Arts Theatre also.

We have so many varied, excellent activities here. Trips for Lunch and Dinner, plays, games, entertainment, bible study, a movie every night in our large theater, our 2 ladies Tea events per year and our banquet birthday dinners., and more!

[name removed] , Our Lifestyle Director brings in wonderful presenters and programs and gives us an opportunity to go to plays and concerts outside of Copper Springs community. We also have a neat activity about reminiscing where we bring our keepsake items in that bring us memories, and we do a show & tell type activity. We also had a fabulous Wine Pairing event where you could buy the wine from local wineries afterwards the event.

I have lived at Copper Springs for 2 years. Our Lifestyle Director [name removed] is very active about getting residents involved in the activities she plans for us. I was able to update the Karaoke program and now we have many who enjoy this activity.

Our Lifestyle Director, [name removed] is terrific at her job! She is so good at organizing the variety of activities we have here. She cares about the residents here as well. I like Pinocle, Happy Hour with live entertainment and different groups who come to entertain.
