I would tell others looking to ask a lot of questions about the place when you come visit, the managers are great! The apartments are smaller which I am not use to, but they are very nice.

I am so lucky to live at Shell Harbor as I watched it being built. I have lived in two other facilities so I was able to compare it well. Of course I did not hesitate to move in once it was built. I got a one bedroom apartment and put in hardwood floors as I am in a wheelchair. I also took off the closet door so I could get in it with my wheelchair. They will do everything they can to make life easier for you. We have a wonderful maintenance worker that is capable and able to help with anything and everything. We have a beautiful dining room that has a great chef with delicious food. You will always have a choice of sandwiches, snacks, a fresh salad bar plus two kinds of soups and an ice cream machine with chocolate and caramel sauces available all day. We all enjoy our 150-seat theater to see entertainment and good movies. Once a month we have special dinners for birthdays and anniversaries. My father-in-law is so very happy there. I can't say enough wonderful things about Stone Oak. The staff was incredible during the process of moving him from Indy to Ohio - [name removed] is exceptional at what she does - and this has carried over to his day to day living.

This amazing senior residence was an awesome find for my dad and his companion. The complex itself is beautifully designed and built to be attractive, warm, welcoming, and ever so pleasing for residents and visitors alike. But once you are within and soaking up the beauty around you, or enjoying the fine dining (TRULY fine!), it becomes impressively apparent that it is the PEOPLE who take Glen Meadows over the top! I have often quipped, more than half seriously, that I am sure people seeking employment at Glen Meadows have to pass a superlative personality test. And IF they can prove they have amazing personalities, they are then allowed to fill out a job application. From the managers to the maintenance people, there is not one who is not smiling, accommodating, welcoming, supportive, caring, and concerned for each and every resident, regardless of age, abilities, or mindset. It is indeed a close knit community and EVERYBODY is fully integrated—including family and visitors!!!

Shell Harbor is beautiful community with a lovely and caring staff. I visit every month as an entertainer and have found the atmosphere to be extremely welcoming. I also have random opportunity to visit with individual residents and I always come away with a happy feeling for everyone living here. I believe it is important to also note that the activities are fantastic and well planned. The calendar is full and resident attendance is very high! This is a premium community and I am thrilled to be part of the community every month. It is very uplifting.

We needed a place for Mom to live where we felt she would be safe and comfortable while able to maintain her independence. We found just that and more when we walked through the doors of Shell Harbor. We had looked at several other places in the Melbourne/Rockledge area and none compared. We along with Mom are very happy with her living in Shell Harbor where she truly can live independently and not worry about things. Each day is a good day for her and her friends. If you are looking for a place for you or someone you love, include Shell Harbor in one of your places to research and check out.

We would like to thank the sales rep, the true gentleman at the community for the way he guided us through our tour of the facility. He was forthright and honest. We never felt as if we were being sold anything and his approach was was with a high level of professionalism and for added measure a great sense of humor. It was time well spent.

Highly impressed from day one. Very welcoming environment for family and friends. Staff is very personable and approachable. My mom has had a couple of health emergencies and they responded to her "button" right away and took care of her with compassion and professionalism while waiting for medics to arrive. Facility common areas and dining room are always spotless. Professional and caring staff from the dining room to maintenance to housekeeping to management.

My 93 year old Mom loves this place. And rightfully so. The facility is beautiful, the food is excellent,and loads of fun activities. Most importantly, the staff is so kind and caring. I highly recommend Vista Park.

Glen Meadows is the gold standard for the independent senior living. They have thought of everything we might need or want to make life comfortable and healthy. The staff are awesome, kind and caring. Food is excellent and there are many activities available for us.

I am currently a resident at Bradford Square and overall things are good here at this facility. I would recommend Bradford Square to others.

If we could give Vista Park Retirement Community a 10 we would, they are an excellent facility. It has been a great experience since [date removed] The community has wonderful staff and the place overall is just fabulous and centrally located.

Smooth move in experience. Residents very friendly. Food is terrific and plentiful. Lots of activities to engage in. I love the flexible dining experience. And if you want a cup of coffee or a soft served ice cream at any time, it is available. They have a wide range of games, religious functions, choice of movies in the theater, football games (complete with popcorn) in the theater. They have 135 TV channels if you want to relax in your own room. The individual thermostat lets you set a comfortable temperature for you. The apartments are virtually sound proof. They provide unlimited hot water. I love not having to pay bills. The taxes, and utilities are included in the rent. Maintenance, yardwork and house keeping are provided. I raised a family and waited on them. Now it’s my turn to be pampered. Red Hills is a great place.

Our loved one did say that the Christmas Brunch was delicious. She is getting acclimated to Pebble Springs and comments on how pretty the facility is and how nice the staff is

My experience has been absolutely positive. I have been uplifted and brought to greater heights and the opportunity to develop my in born talent have been unlimited.

Very welcoming. All the staff have been very helpful and pleasant. They go overboard to help in every way they can.

So many things to do from main street - theater to catch live performance or catch a movie. The lobby off main always has fun card games, karioki, just visiting with friends. Meals comes off of main with servers to help, with such good. Food all smile face.

I would definitely recommend this facility to others. It's very nice with large apartments. The people who work there and the residents are very friendly.

The meals need improvement per my mom and several of the residents I have spoken with. Meat is tough to chew and needs more variety. I plan on speaking with the management there about it. I'm sure they'll work the food part out. We did eat Thanksgiving brunch there and it was great. We will also be eating there for their Christmas Eve brunch as well. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far. Spacious and very clean apartment's with large dining room, activities/bar area, and the largest theater of any of the 7 properties we toured before making a decision. Large comfortable library with several rooms for small gatherings. Friendly staff and housekeeping gets an A +!
