Daniel Point is a lovely place.Lots of activities and wonderful food. It's the perfect place for an independent senior to develop a community. The staff is friendly, kind, and responsive. My mother has been very happy there.

Stone River is an exceptional facility as compared to the others in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The facility is safe, clean, and well maintained.

Not much to say, it is a very social, community environment. My 92 yr. old father is there. His opinion too, is very positive. There is a “General Store” that is cute, yet well fortified. They are also associated with a pharmacy that will deliver prescriptions. Nice theater Exercise room Food: it’s not bad, but their supplier is Sysco. So, take that for what it’s worth. If you are reading this and are unfamiliar with the food service business, well, Sysco does not reach too far up the bell curve. The facility’s people are top notch and I’m sure the expenses of running such a facility are enormous. The kitchen staff really care and must consider many diets and needs in this community. Maybe I’m a food snob. Sysco’s best is probably what they buy, sincerely.

We are relatively new to Cactus Valley, we relocated from Sun City Anthem and have really enjoyed ourselves since we moved here last fall. Our apartment is very spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer/dryer, and large closets, I was not sure my oversized bedroom set would fit, but the room is plenty big with room to spare. My husband enjoys the breakfast each morning, although he may be over-doing it with the bacon, sausage, and made-to-order omelets! We enjoy socializing with the other **tenants*** (what do they call you?), at meals and the other special occasion events that Cactus Valley offers throughout each month. We have found a community that we thoroughly enjoy and have recommended to many of our friends.

Shell Harbor is truly a place like no other! The location is gorgeous and always decorated to the nines! There are always so many events and activities going on that there is never a dull day here. There are even therapists, services, doctors, & a pharmacy that come on site to help provide a stress free life! Everyone really goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are living their best retirements possible.

Hi I’m Noreen I live [Date Removed] with my Dog Roxie and two cats Willie Nelson and Tom Sawyer. My Dog Roxie since passed away she was eleven . I really like it here, people are nice 3 meals a day plus snacks and ice cream machine. Plenty to do, games, movies, prayer, grief sessions , exercise morning and afternoons walking club, pharmacy for buying small things. Happy Hour every Friday with a singer or DJ , l Love it here,

We would both recommend this facility to others. The staff is amazing - kind, caring and on top of things! Our Siberian Husky traded in her 6-1/2 acres for living here and even she loves it! Lots of people to make a fuss over her! A few even ask to walk her!

I have no regrets with my decision to live here! The staff is great. They are very pleasant when I have a question or need help. Once a week, a housekeeper comes into my unit to mop/vacuum the floors, clean the bathroom & kitchen, change the bed linens and dust the furniture. I especially like the meals, they are healthy & tasty. The chef has monthly meetings with the residents to address their requests and needs. There are card games almost every day. There is also a theater that shows movies and hosts religious services. They also have a gym with lots of exercising equipment. There is a in-house pharmacy and small store. Needless to say, there are many amenities available, too. I would definitely recommend Emerald Oaks. I have spoken to many of the residents who have lived here a long time and are still happy with their experience.

Shell harbor is a place I would highly recommend. Entering into the building you find a sense of comfort. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is homey! To know someone is always there and what matters the most! You can relax knowing your loved one is in great hands! The staff is always holding activities to keep your loved one involved as well! I highly recommend and encourage you to check them out!

Pricey but worth it. I picked this community because of the quality of life.

Deerfield is always clean and smells refreshing. All of the employees, from the managers to housekeeping, are the best. I would definitely recommend Deerfield Springs. I recommend them every chance that I get.

Cactus Valley is an independent living facility that is perfect for retirees who like to leave their worries behind and find new friends for sharing activities, meals, and good conversation. My apartment has everything I could want for my comfort. The place is beautiful and nicely decorated. With everything positive I could say about Cactus Valley, maybe the best thing is the people. The residents, the staff, and management are very friendly and helpful. I have been living here for almost 3 years now and can't imagine going anywhere else.

Cactus Valley Retirement Resort lives up to its name. This 55+ well appointed community is made up of caring and friendly staff and residents. My husband and I stopped by to review the facilities and sent the details to my mom who was living out of state. She decided to move in and we couldn’t be happier! She loves living independently, has many new friends, and we all love her decision to join the Cactus Valley family! My mom’s all-inclusive monthly payment means just that. Her rent includes everything: all utilities (including internet and cable), gym classes, activities, movie theater, and the Cactus Vally bus service. She is served 3 healthy and delicious meals each day, with the option of ‘grab and go’ meals. My husband is a major fan of the coffee and soft serve ice cream. The rent also includes a handyman and a weekly housekeeper! Most importantly, the attentive staff is lead by [name removed], and [name removed], managers who truly enjoy what they do. I would recommend Greenway Square. My father-in-law loves it there. It's beautiful, clean, the food is good. It has a family environment. He couldn't be happier with his decision to live there.

I am blessed to be living here at Coronado Villa. I consider it my forever home. I know I made the correct choice when I decided to move here. If Coronado Villa had not been here, I would still be living in Tucson waiting for something new to come along. I'm glad I didn't have to wait.

We are so happy here. Daniel Pointe was not on our list initially. When we entered the doors for the first time, after looking at 8 places, it just wrapped its arms around us and said this is your new home! We moved in the last week of May 2023. Upgraded to a two bedroom apartment in early December.

I visit Shell Harbor 4 days a week as I have a client who currently lives there. It is hands down the nicest I have been too. Very clean and spacious, the apartments are so nice. The staff is always so helpful and so kind. And it's always decorated so nice and very welcoming.

As an agency and coming to this facility to visit residents I’ve never had a problem or issue at Shell Harbor retirement Community. Wonderful employees and great residents. This is a very neat and clean facility. This facility is always decorated for holidays. Easter has wonderful decorations up.
