Best decision I ever made! I moved here 4 months ago for social interaction & companionship. At Sky Pointe, our energetic Lifestyle Director fills every day with activities & events -- some to exercise our bodies, some to exercise our minds. The ENTIRE staff at Sky Pointe is fantastic. We have terrific site managers & 24-hour front desk coverage. Our chef and kitchen/dining room personnel are EXCELLENT and always smiling. The food is Yummy! Housekeepers clean our apartments once a week. Maintenance issues are handled the same day. What is really incredible -- this amazing team calls all 150 of us by name! We are very well cared for! I explored 5 places before moving here and I thank my lucky stars I chose Sky Pointe.

I was hesitant when I first heard it was an all-inclusive community but that fits. Everything is taken care of. You get cable, internet, utilities, 3 meals a day, housecleaning once a week, and enough activities to keep you busy. There are several healthcare services available and transportation is available within a 50 mile radius. My apartment fits me perfectly. Everyone thinks their's the best. There is a lovely, friendly staff and the residents go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Five stars!

Living at Sherrill Hills is like being on a retirement cruise. Everything is provided and all we have to do is show up, socialize, join in or observe the many interesting activities, and enjoy the excellent meals and service. Weekly housekeeping is great, and the entire staff is friendly and helpful.

It is very comforting for me to have my dad living at River Valley. He has a very nice apartment and 3 meals each day. There are plenty of activities and the people are very nice. I know that if her has any problems there is always someone there to help him.

Our father is a resident and he has a very nice little apartment. He is very well taken care of with all of the amenities available to him. The staff is great and we appreciate management who go above and beyond in all aspects of my father's needs. Thanks for making it a great place to live.

I have lived at Lakeview for fourteen months. The surroundings are excellent and provide such a wonderful living environment. Staff members are dedicated and eager to make our lives pleasant and enjoyable. If only I had known about Lakeview sooner!

If you remember like I do the old neighborhoods with family and close friends you will be right at home. The staff is great and treats you like family the residences are warm and open to all. There is always something to do should you wish but no one pushes you to do anything. You never have to be afraid of being alone should you need help with anything, staff and residence are here for all. FAMILY is key. There are painting classes, exercise, games, drama, bingo, trivia and so much more. Live entertainment and movies all the time. Love it here and think anyone would.

Stone River is a well established and well run Independent living facility where you can leave your mom and know that she will be safe and enjoy her new home. She will make new friends, eat well, exercise and have fun. What more can you ask for?

The food is good, and if you don’t like what’s on the menu, there are lots of alternate choices. The activities director is beyond amazing, constantly creating new fun things to do. I have lived here 3 1/2 years and I am very happy to call it my home. I tell people it’s like a cruise ship that doesn’t go anywhere.

Lots of activities, the people and staff are friendly, the food is excellent. Feels like a family and amenities are great. Very happy overall. Bus service is available for many outings like shop trips and doctor appointments.

I wrote a review in [date removed]…it’s only gotten better. We are still here and lots more friends have joined us. The staff is still amazing, the building sparkles with good upkeep, the activities have increased in variety and are more fun. Chef keeps giving us new and favorite dishes, the dining room staff is a pleasure to know, housekeeping and concierge services exceed expectations. If you are reading this, you really ought to come see for yourself. Meet our wonderful live-in managers! Have lunch with us…we are waiting to share a great way to spend your senior years.

Best retirement home that I have ever visited. The rooms are a nice size, not too big or small Someone cleans the rooms weekly, including the bathroom. Staff is caring and attentive And the food is EXCELLENT!

We have lived here for a year now and are very happy with our choice. We have made many good friends and enjoy the variety of activities and events. Meals are a good opportunity to socialize, and staff members are always helpful and friendly. Our dog adjusted very quickly with a first floor apartment and patio and has made many friends as well. So many pluses about Parkside Village.

After visiting several live in retirement communities (which we found were too old, two small or had too many restrictions) we visited Parkers Bend right here in the town in which we spent the last 47 years. After a short tour and detailed explanation of the fees and the amenities, we knew that this was the place to stay. No buy in deposit was required and the facility was spotless and well taken care of. We have been living here for over 6 months and we are telling everyone who asks all about our new home with lots of enthusiasm.

One terrific place … a 5 star experience! Lots of activities to choose from as well as exceptional staff. People are friendly… place clean and always smells wonderful. Lots of healthy food choices and chef very flexible in making new dishes. Everyone bends over backwards to make your home the best place to age in place!

We moved from our home of 40 years to Red Hills in late August. Our spacious apartment, filled with our furniture, truly is like being at home with the added bonus of no cooking or cleaning! The staff here is exceptional, truly gracious and caring. We have made many new friends already and we love that there is no shortage of activities at any given time.

Hudson Meadows is truly phenomenal! You’re greeted every day with access to a 24-hour soft-serve machine and fresh ground and brewed coffee—need I say more? There are exercise classes five days a week and so many fun social activities, including bingo, darts, happy hours (multiple days), movies in their own 150-seat theater, musical performances, crafts, and more. The residents are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole place feel like a real community. The FOOD is absolutely delicious. My favorites are the fish dishes, shrimp scampi, stuffed peppers, breakfast is amazing and the daily homemade baked goods. I love the once a month fine dining event. The amenities are fabulous—an arcade for me and my grandkids, a general store, and even a bank. I love the one-bedroom apartment setup with a full kitchen and in-unit laundry, which makes life so convenient. Plus, management is onsite and truly attentive. Highly, highly recommend! Could not be happier!

I wasn’t sure if I was ready to give up my house, but one visit to Seaside Springs showed me that it was the perfect spot for me to live. The community welcomed me and my dog and I have never been happier! The food is great and the activities are plentiful. I appreciate the housekeeping services and utilize the heated pool daily. I have met very diverse people that stimulate interesting conversations. Every day is a new experience!

This is the best place I've been so far. I lived 5 years at another independent living community. Everyone has been so friendly to me since day one. The community is also very clean. I wish I could get more of my friends to move here. I have called many of them to tell them to come visit and see what Aspen Trail offers.

A little over 3 months ago we moved into Capital Oaks on Ray Road. We have been on many cruises and living here is a lot like being on a cruise. All meals are included and we can have soft serve ice cream any time. Our apartment is cleaned regularly (also included). If anything needs repairs we just phone the front desk. There are many activities such as card games, book club, knitting/sewing club, "destination" presentations, and outings to interesting places. The residents and staff are friendly and quick to offer advice when we ask. But Capital Oaks is better than a cruise because our apartment is bigger than a stateroom and does not rock so we don't get seasick. Also we have a full sized kitchen with appliances and a full sized washer and dryer. The gym is just the right size. If we need help (health issues, etc.)we just call the front desk or push the button on our "life alert type of device." They have us covered here, entertainment, support for aging, and comfortable living.
