My mom requires a higher level of care while on hospice and they have been able to accommodate her very well. They have had some staffing issues, and we believe it is because the upper management is not too kind to staff and they quit. But it is a beautiful facility. They do not clean my mom's room as well as they should, but that's not important right now. The food has gone downhill considerably since we first brought my mom here in 2015, and she has since lost a lot of weight (not only because of the food, but partly). Many residents are complaining about the food, and my husband and I used to enjoy eating there; we don't anymore. Overall, it is a beautiful facility with friendly staff (management is a little rough).

Great Staff, Building is really clean, fun activities, Every resident seems to be really happy.

Regency Park Place is absolutely gorgeous. When I toured with A lady that said that they had recently been through a remodel and everything looked and smelled really clean. The staff seemed happy to be there and really took pride in caring for those that live there. I really like how they are all on one level so there aren't any stairs to fall down and that also creates less confusion when walking around. The place is really open and inviting. The library there is really a plus since I like to read, and you can even have pets there! Each room has its own patio area that you can personalize and make seem more like home.

The staff listens to us, things happen. The place is neat, orderly, does not have any bad odors. Artwork is good quality, good taste. The fact that my Mom keeps the door to her room open shows how she feels about herself living there. Her own room is not the only thing that is hers, the library and activity room are hers, walking the halls is hers. This is a nice friendly place to visit, not at all depressing. Mom has always been independent, we're pleasantly surprised she enjoys socializing with other residents. She has always been a gifted intellectual. She gets respect at Park Place.

My dad has been here for over a year and I am so grateful that we chose this community, they really take pride in their building. The wellness director(RN) takes a lot of time making sure that her staff knows what they are doing to care for my father. I have a great relationship with all the staff and management. The caregivers are always willing to help my dad out at any minute. I am so Happy that he is their.

Fox Hollow Independent & Assisted Living is a great place really. My mother-in-law isn't always happy with it but she is a strong willed person. She thinks she knows how to run things better than anyone. There is nothing to improve on here that I know of. It is a very good facility.

My mom and I went on a tour today at Parkview. Happy seniors everywhere. The most happiest seniors that I've seen in any one place. Megan was a great hostess and tour guide.

The only improvement they could do is with the food. However I do believe they are trying, but most places like that you get a good chef and they are gone within 3 to 6 months. The one they have right now, he can only work so many days a week and the substitute is kind of weak.

I am very satisfied with The Summit Assisted Living. The facility is very clean. The staff members are friendly. It is a good value. The care is great. It has been a good experience at this facility.

I just moved mom in to the community and everything was a handled very professional. I am so happy that we chose this community, At first my mom was really worried about moving in and now she is really happy that she made that choice.

Our Mother has moved into Regency Fallbrook, and absolutely loves the community and says the FOOD is the best. She states caregiver staff is efficient and very caring. She loves all the activities and outings that are offered. The entire staff is very helpful and always willing to make her happy and content.

All of the staff members are very caring for my loved one over at the Regency Woodland. It is really their friendliness that is what is really exceptional about them as I would have to give it a five-star plus!

We absolutely love it. She is starting to come around, and doing all the activities and things. It's very nice. I have eaten there a couple of time, one time it was way too salty, but in general it's not too bad. It clean, and everyone is wonderful, there have been a few communication issues. I would highly recommend them to others. We liked that they had the pool here as well.

My mother is staying at Regency Woodland and we have been very pleased with them. They have really done a good job taking care of my mother. They have provided excellent care that has prevented us from having to go to the emergency room on more than one occasion.

Everything with Parkview Estates has been very good. They have a lot of good things for my mother in law to do to keep her actively engaged and everyone there is super friendly and helpful. Prior to the move in there she was not too active and she is doing much better now.

Toured the other day the building is beautiful, the prices are great, staff was very friendly, food was amazing. I will be moving my sister in soon, the activities are what we were interested in, looking at their calendar there is always something going on.

They really go above and beyond to make things special for the residents that live there. They make the holidays extra special. I really like the fact that after mom left, they called and checked on her to see how she was doing. She still goes up there to visit sometimes. They did a really great job matching my mother up with other residents that they felt she would get along well with. It was exactly what she needed. She was only there for a short time, but it was as good as it could have possibly been and I very highly recommend The Heights Assisted Living!

We are currently residents at Regency on Whidbey. It is pricey, but I think it is worth it. I do kind of wish there were more activities. The activities that they have are good, but I think my husband would benefit from more. They do a good job though inviting my husband to participate in the activities, and I really like that. They are very courteous, addressing him by name. They make sure he gets all the meals that he needs.

my mother has been at Ochoco Village for a couple years now and she loves it their. The staff their are great with my mom. She loves the activities that they have to offer. She always loved going to Bi-mart on lucky number Tuesday's, and they go out ever week. They also went to the Crook County Fair last year and my mom was so happy that she was able to go and see all of the animals at the fair. They have a newer administrator named Joann who takes time out of her day and has lunch with the residents on a weekly basis and askes them a bunch of questions and listens to their needs and wants and then comes up with solutions based on their needs and wants. Joanne goes above and beyond to make sure that her residents are taken care of. In our last care conference I told her that my mom enjoys going for walks when the weather is good and Joanne told us that she will bring walking shoes to work and she and my mom will go on a weekly walks when the weather turns nice. I thought to myself " that is really going above and beyond to make sure my moms needs are being met. I would highly recommend this place. The food is great, my moms room is always clean. The building is clean and you can see that the girls take pride in their work. The prices are really affordable. If you are thinking of a place to put your mom and dad stop in and take a tour of this building, you will not be sorry.

I am moving my mom in May, the remodel looks amazing. We had lunch their and the food was awesome. The cook came out and asked us what we thought about the meal, that's going above and beyond where she is now. When touring the room it was recently remodeled with nice appliances, new carpet, the view out the window was mountains. The administrator and nurse took time to awnser all of our questions, I even called him back with a few more questions. They gave me a great deal 50% off move in fees and offered to help me physically move my mom in to their community due to the fact that I have a small car. The administrator offered to use their community bus and come and load everything up as long as I had it all boxed up. I feel that they go above and beyond to take care of their residents. My mom hates change but she is super excited to move in to the heights. I would recommend looking here when making a decision. The price I was quoted was over 1000.00 cheaper than what we are paying for now between the price of rent and her points that she is currently paying. It's well worth checking it out, you won't regret it
