My friend is doing good at this community. He gets helpful staff who are attentive to his needs. The community has new beds and he is happy as can be. My friend likes the meals they serve him, he has said they feed him too much. They offer activities for the residents and my friend gets visits from friends. This is a very clean community.

My in law's is doing very well at this community. They are doing a good with caring for my in law's. The community is very nice and clean. The staff is wonderful, they are very helpful. I am very pleased with their willingness to help. They have tired some new activities and the food is pretty good. They have really stepped up and helped us when we needed some extra help. I would recommend this community.

My mom has lived at Parkview for 4 years. We do not share the same experience of the previous poster. We are quite happy and most importantly so is mom. My mom talks all the time about how Parkview has a variety of selections for them to choose from. They have menus like a restaurant. It is also my understanding that they sometimes have corn dogs and other non conventional items at times per the residents request. These residents have every right to ask for corn dogs and other "goodies" from time to time if that makes their day so be it. My mom also has a good time with all the activities, especially bingo. I think Parkview moves in a lot of nice people and my mom thrives on that. This place is always clean and tidy too. We don't have anything but good things to say and would recommend Parkview to anyone.

My mother has been at the Regency Fallbrook for over four years. She loves it! The staff, facilities, and personalized care are amazing. My mother loves the activities. Her favorites are bingo, flower decorating, music, bingo, fireside reading, cooking class, daily exercise class, and don't forget bingo! Needless to say, even though she is in a wheelchair, she stays very active. The meals there are wonderful. Although my mom really likes to eat at certain times, the kitchen is open to serve meals all day. She is quite a picky eater, but always clears her plate. That should tell you how good the chef really is! There is a wonderful menu to choose from along with their daily menu specials. Also, looking good is very important to her. They have a full service salon that she visits every Friday. And she receives a manicure every other week. As you can see, she is very happy there. To put a twist on an old saying, "When Mama's happy, everyone is happy!"

So far it's great! She likes it. It's clean and the staff is friendly. She hasn't had complaints about the food, or maintenance or anything. I would give them a five across the board, we are happy with them.

Redmond Health Care Center is Amazing ! The nursing staff, Office Staff, Activities Coordinator, CNA Care Team, dieticians , everyone that works there, volunteers there, are wonderful beyond words. Everyone plays a part in the residents care . You never hear " that's not my job " as you might in other senior care environments . My Mom who is a handful ;) , is the luckiest person to be cared for and loved by such a truly engaged, caring and dedicated group of people. Thanks to all for providing support any time of day and night for our family.

This place seemed like home. Megan, who showed me everything, was genuine to me and in her interactions with residents. The light in their eyes and smiles told me much about her honest friendship and their contentedness. Several places I viewed, the residence were not in common areas. I wondered if they were more content behind closed doors. At Parkview many were in groups, talking and out in the open. Probably the telling point for me was the vendor selling cosmetics who whispered, "I go to all of them and this is the nicest." Great unasked for comment.

Looks great! Has respite care but no memory care.

My mom requires a higher level of care while on hospice and they have been able to accommodate her very well. They have had some staffing issues, and we believe it is because the upper management is not too kind to staff and they quit. But it is a beautiful facility. They do not clean my mom's room as well as they should, but that's not important right now. The food has gone downhill considerably since we first brought my mom here in 2015, and she has since lost a lot of weight (not only because of the food, but partly). Many residents are complaining about the food, and my husband and I used to enjoy eating there; we don't anymore. Overall, it is a beautiful facility with friendly staff (management is a little rough).

Great Staff, Building is really clean, fun activities, Every resident seems to be really happy.

Regency Park Place is absolutely gorgeous. When I toured with A lady that said that they had recently been through a remodel and everything looked and smelled really clean. The staff seemed happy to be there and really took pride in caring for those that live there. I really like how they are all on one level so there aren't any stairs to fall down and that also creates less confusion when walking around. The place is really open and inviting. The library there is really a plus since I like to read, and you can even have pets there! Each room has its own patio area that you can personalize and make seem more like home.

The staff listens to us, things happen. The place is neat, orderly, does not have any bad odors. Artwork is good quality, good taste. The fact that my Mom keeps the door to her room open shows how she feels about herself living there. Her own room is not the only thing that is hers, the library and activity room are hers, walking the halls is hers. This is a nice friendly place to visit, not at all depressing. Mom has always been independent, we're pleasantly surprised she enjoys socializing with other residents. She has always been a gifted intellectual. She gets respect at Park Place.

My dad has been here for over a year and I am so grateful that we chose this community, they really take pride in their building. The wellness director(RN) takes a lot of time making sure that her staff knows what they are doing to care for my father. I have a great relationship with all the staff and management. The caregivers are always willing to help my dad out at any minute. I am so Happy that he is their.

Fox Hollow Independent & Assisted Living is a great place really. My mother-in-law isn't always happy with it but she is a strong willed person. She thinks she knows how to run things better than anyone. There is nothing to improve on here that I know of. It is a very good facility.

My mom and I went on a tour today at Parkview. Happy seniors everywhere. The most happiest seniors that I've seen in any one place. Megan was a great hostess and tour guide.

The only improvement they could do is with the food. However I do believe they are trying, but most places like that you get a good chef and they are gone within 3 to 6 months. The one they have right now, he can only work so many days a week and the substitute is kind of weak.

I am very satisfied with The Summit Assisted Living. The facility is very clean. The staff members are friendly. It is a good value. The care is great. It has been a good experience at this facility.

I just moved mom in to the community and everything was a handled very professional. I am so happy that we chose this community, At first my mom was really worried about moving in and now she is really happy that she made that choice.
