My mother-in-law loves to go on the outings, and she likes to participate in the group activities inside the building. She doesn't really need much assistance, but they do help with meds. The food is probably around a three, could be just our taste, but it's just ok. It is just really a good value. She has her own one bedroom apartment with a beautiful view. We shopped around on Oahu and there were places double the price that seemed to be otherwise the same. They have really worked with us - they let one of my brother-in-laws stay with her for a month in the community to determine if she was a flight risk. They really go above and beyond.

Fox Hollow is one of the best places in Bend. It's a good place but I'm not sure if it's the best for someone with dementia but I think that they are growing their ability to care for dementia. My mom has dementia so we've had to work with occupational therapist and with teaching the staff how tot work with people who have dementia. The staff is amazing. They've had the same person running the facility for seven or eight years. They have the normal amount of turnover, like any place, but everyone seems to be very kind and the food is excellent! We toured all the places in Bend and Fox Hollow was the only one that made sure we ate there. I'm hoping that as my mother progresses in her dementia they will grow in their ability to care for her.

Facility was impressive and the tour was comprehensive in order to get enough information to make an educated decision.

Parkview Estates has been a superb placement for my mom. She needs some care yet they afford independence for her. Beautiful facility, Excellent meals, activities and caring personnel. They take time to learn about the person who lives there and their family. They make special accomodations for the family if there is a special occasion. Housekeeping is excellent. Always ready to answer questions and correct things that are not right. I would highly recommend this facility. It is almost like living in a hotel.

Parkview Estates is a very clean community that offers good prices which they can adjust to try and help your needs. They have a lot of activities to keep the residents busy if they choose to participate. The staff and residents are friendly and helpful. The residents seem to really be happy and several months later they are still happy. It is in a good location and is really a very attractive community. They have two small flower gardens outside and the interior is very nicely decorated. They also have nice places for residents to walk so they can get some exercise. We are very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.

We are so, so happy! The staff is probably the main reason we chose Parkview Estates. They are so helpful and so kind. It's beautiful and very clean. She has a third story room with views of the hills and sky.

It is a good place for someone that needs this type of care. They are currently under the pandemic restrictions and they are handling it well.

Parkview Estates community is very clean, and the staff members are all very friendly. The meals here are wonderful considering how many residents they have to feed. They are very accommodating and will even bring the food up to your room if you prefer. They have some activities, today we actually are playing 5 cent bingo. I have a nice lady who does my laundry for me, so they have that service available if needed. They also let me bring my cat when I moved in and other residents have dogs.

I've been very pleased with the care my mom gets at Sun Terrace. Prior to moving into Sun Terrance, my mom didn't have much social interaction and was having trouble remembering when she took her medications and keeping her nutrition up. Sun Terrace has filled those needs and then some! She is now involved with activities, crafts and refers to herself as being on the welcome committee to help those who are just transitioning into assisted living. She doesn't have issues such as dementia but does have significant mobility issues and they are there to help her. Sun Terrace has her weight up to a healthy range, helps her watch her water/kidney function and ensures she is taking her medications properly and eating healthful meals. I'm thankful we've found Sun Terrace!

Sun Terrace has gone above and beyond for my mom. They are always friendly and kind to my mother even when she is having a bad day. The activities are wonderful bingo and the ice cream socials are her favorite. I feel better knowing there is help close if she needs it. As a family, we like to go in and have lunch with her. I would highly recommend Sun Terrace for anyone looking for a caring home for there parent.

My mother is doing great. The staff are helping my mother feel comfortable and try to motivate her to be a little active. She eats very well. I feel confident with her care and safety. Everyone is doing the best they can to help make things better.

We needed respite care for my Mother and Regency Woodland was one of the places that had an apartment available at that time and would charge on a per day basis with no minimum. Mom was there 5 days. Mom's comments were that "she was at peace in this facility". It was like a cottage atmosphere. Lovely grounds. Lots of flowers, A water feature. Also, benches and Big trees. And, best of all a kind and caring staff. Hats off to all those who work there. We'd go back again if necessary. I've recommended it to others.

Need to get my parents to eat more care staff of dining room needs to improve that. The overall facility is ok parents seem happy as they can be.

We are satisfied with the community. Our family that lives nearby says it's going well.

This place is very clean, and the staff are all very friendly. They are always willing to assist with anything needed. The food is good as well. They just recently lost a long term chef, but we've eaten there a couple times and thought the food was good. As for their care, they do what they can do. My loved one has made vast improvements since being here, and may not need this much care anymore. Most of the residents are in wheelchairs or suffering from mental impairments. The building itself was designed by a nurse, though, so it's very accomodating to needs and has things like bathroom storage. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

What I have so far is they've taken good care of mom. I'm not real sure on activities because mom likes to withdraw, they're bringing her out a little bit but as far as activites I can't say. She's unhappy, but that's just mom, she has said that they're taking good care of her. I think overall, they're pretty good. We chose them for multiple reasons: 1. Proximity to our family. 2. Their ability to work with us, they're just very accomodating as far as being able to get mom in promptly and getting her to where she's taken care of. It's not just a 9 to 5 job to them, it's a calling.

My husband was there for respite care while I was on a trip. There bcc are only a few rooms available for respite. The other rooms are for more permanent residents. The respite units are furnished and include a refrigerator and microwave plus a kitchen counter and sink. The administrative staff were all very nice but sometimes when he needed something done in his room, it took awhile to get someone to help. They charge by the level of care needed for the client/resident

All of the care staff are very helpful and kind, I haven't met anyone that doesn't seem like they don't enjoy being there. The food is good most of the time, but sometimes it's not. They do have a nice a la carte menu though. If families are looking for a place where religious groups meet regularly, this is a great place. The activities director is super great, always a lot of activities going on. I wasn't sure how to answer the value for the money question. Admin has been changed since she's been there so this girl is new. The Food is good. There are not very many activities. The care is great, all the girls/guys are very nice. Sometimes goes weeks without housekeeping, seems like they have trouble keeping people. It's expensive, but it seems they all are

It was the only one available in Prineville. They have a lot of different activities for the residents.
