I have visited a friend in that facility and was impressed by the kind and welcoming staff, cleanliness of the place, cozy and warm environment with tasteful decor. The staff and management go above and beyond and do the best for their residents. I would definitely recommend this place for taking care of your loved ones.

We are like many others that wish we could have found Ultimate Care in the beginning. There are no words to say how much we appreciate the kindness of the staff and owners. I can assure your loved ones can get no better care anywhere else.

I had very good experience everyone very friendly

I took my Mother-in law to see this place & we both were very surprised to see that everyone was very helpful, polite & experienced. The home was very clean & had a lot of activities for the seniors. We are definitely planning to keep my Mother-in-law there. I highly recommend this home.

We chose Ultimate Care by God's Providers because it was recommended to us. It was affordable, in a nice area, and it was close to family. His room was on the smaller side, but it is a private home in a subdivision so I was not able to tour and see other rooms. The best part about the community was the staff members, they were very friendly, helpful, and responsive to our questions and needs.

This is the 3rd home and we wish we had found it first. The staff are everything in a place like this and at the home they are exceptional. Smiling engaged and polite to all the relatives and kind, caring and in some instances full of love. Always treated with respect and as a member of the family. Would highly recommend.

They are doing a great job. They have really helped a lot. They know what to give her when she gets agitated. She has a nice room, and they seem to be doing a really good job. They know just what to do. I liked the way the house looked, and I liked Debbie. I liked the atmosphere, and mom says she likes it.

We really like them. It is so clean, and they are very, very friendly. The woman that owns it is a nurse. It's a really comfortable environment. They have a calendar of things that they do everyday. Everyone seems happy and we have met all the families. The food is all home cooked, it's pretty good. They have exceeded all of our expectations.

My grandmother was in this home. The home was very nice and the staff was amazing. Not only did they care for my grandmother with love,, kindness and respect but they were also very knowledgable. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a home for a loved one.

We have been thankful for the caring management and their attention to our needs and concerns. We have had an issue with a staff member, but management has always tried to help and resolve issues quickly.

Things are going mostly pretty good, there are a few concerns though. It's kept very clean, but the staff can be a hit or a miss. It can really depend on the day. It's a small house without that many residents, so they really don't have a lot of activities going on. I haven't heard any complaints about the food at all, they eat pretty good. They could do a better job with communication. Especially communicating their policies and what things they do for the resident up front. Things that I had expected to do, like some grooming things, were done by the community and I didn't know they were going to do those things.

Hi. We were led to believe that they would be getting my father-in-law out of bed and into the main room to watch TV. Instead, since he almost fell the first time, he spent all day in bed. They did give him a TV for his room however.

I had a truly different need than all of the others at the house. The workers there were great but not nearly enough to handle a full house. None of them were nurses (as advertised).

They were not engaged with the patients! They had their family and young kids there. They would leave her sitting in front of the tv and the tv would keep them company. No activities or engaging with client at all.
