Prosper Life Care

My grandfather moved into Monestary Heights from living in NY for over 30 years. He just lost my grandmother in July and there were lots of changes at once. He really adjusted nicely and all the staff was absolutely wonderful with him. They were willing to help him as much as he needed and were so very patient with him. He's been there for a couple of months now and he loves it. He says the food is amazing and he is making some friends along the way. Thank you again for giving my 89 year old grandpa a place to call home!

My grandmother had a wonderful experience at Monastery Heights. She felt safe and cared for. She really enjoyed the meals, especially the dessert. She made some nice friends too and we enjoyed the family friendly events.

What a lovely facility! An old church building that has been retrofitted to accommodate residents. Some of the stained glass windows & mosaics are still intact. The chapel is beautiful. Clean, friendly; residents I saw seemed very happy. Expensive but engaging.

I thought this facility was beautiful. Much like a fancy hotel. The staff were friendly and the residents seems to enjoy their surroundings. I will certainly keep this place in mind when the time comes where we will need your services.

The nurse's are really good and caring. They take really good care of my loved one. They make sure everything is going good and feel comfortable. Have a few activities. The facility is clean and the rooms are clean everyday which is good. They are really supportive and helpful.

I just have to write a review because I am so impressed with your facility. The first person we met with was Katie and then Sean and both were very friendly and knowledgeable. My sister and I walked in and didn't know what to expect, Katie put us at ease very quickly. Sean was the same way very welcoming and he gave us a rundown of some of the services available to the residents. All kinds of ideas that go on at The Landmark that my Mom might be interested in trying. There are so many things going on and the residents do seem very happy. We looked at the studio and one bedroom units and we were surprised at the roomiest of the units. My Mom hasn't moved in yet but we are actually excited that we found a place with everything we were looking for. She is in a Nursing Home at this time recuperating and then we hope to move her to The Landmark sometime in the next couple of weeks. I just want to say thank you for being so accommodating and welcoming. You really have a nice place here for people who either can't live alone and others who would like their privacy but may need help down the road. Thanks again!

We couldn't be happier with this place! It's a beautiful community, and the staff have been absolutely wonderful. They've got all kinds of activities and amenities to keep people active and busy, and even the food has been spectacular. They've even got a private dining room that residents who have guests can reserve, and they'll cater dinner for a good price! We'd recommend this place to anyone!

This was my favorite, they provide all the services my dad needs. 120 residents, 40 men, 80 women. Spacious apartments with lots of natural light and high ceilings. Excellent common areas. Very lively residents with many activities for all.

My mother has been a resident for 8 months and we are all very happy. Her one bedroom apt. Is very spacious. The service so far has been exemplary. I can attest that the dining room is extremely clean and the food is delicious. There is even a choice of meals. There are plenty of activities if you choose to participate. It's a comfort to know that mom iis safe and her medicines are handled by professionals. I would recommend LANDMARK to anyone.

I had my loved one here for a brief respite stay and I thought they did an excellent job overall. They are extremely personable, and did a great job working with her to make her stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. She was completely against the idea of going to a community for any length of time, but afterwards she said it was very nice. This is definitely somewhere we'd consider as a permanent option when the time comes.

Staff is very considerate and helpful. Before submitting an application confirm there is working heating and a/c in each unit. There has been no a/c since June. And not expected to be up and running until some time in August. My sister just received a window a/c unit just last week! I would recommend this facility as long as the applicant is not fragile and would become ill without a/c.

The staff really cared about my mom. She died there in October, and they were all very kind. The hospice they arranged for us was great. The staff were (mostly) all extremely caring and took good care of her. They genuinely got to know her and were sad when she died. As far as everything else, it's all secondary to that.

Some staff are a little cranky. Makes her feel bad she can't do for herself. Some are lovely. Needs more activities. But it's very nice'. Our families experience is mostly positive. They could use a few improvements. Better meals. But we are happy and the facility is so close we can visit often

My loved one's apartment was painted prior to move in, but never cleaned. I had to clean it myself, especially the bathroom and kitchen. The first or second day of move in, the cleaner came in and took a bin full of tools, extension cords, tape, command hooks etc. but never took the actual trash. We never got the items back, but did get a $150 refund from the facility. They do respond very quickly if someone presses their alert button and communication with the family is good. Despite my disappointments in the beginning, my sister and her husband like it there and are comfortable and feel safe. So, in the end, that's all that matters. I would recommend Prosper at Monastery Height to others.

What our family has found to be lacking at Prosper at Monastery Heights is the building maintenance. Our loved one certainly wouldn't notice something like that. The quality of care there is excellent.

Everyone is so friendly and has taken the time to really get to know my mother at Tapestry Senior Living Wickliffe. This facility is always clean. I would recommend this facility to family and friends!

I think this facility is very nice. The staff are all very nice. The front desk staff really sticks out to me here, they're phenomenal. I've always appreciated everything that they have done. I think if my loved one was more involved here, it would be better for her. But that's her choice. Communication with the family is good. My loved one was in the hospital recently and the staff here was very good about working with us and did really well with that. Housekeeping is once a week and leaves a lot to be desired. Thoroughness isn't the best. The shower schedule isn't always consistent and could improve. A lot of times, my loved one has to search out for help with showers. The food is ok, but the quality and variety could improve. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

This community was okay it was jut not the right level of independence versus assistance for my loved one and what she needed at the time. It was a good tour.

It's my home! I love the residence and people that help us enjoy it!

We chose Tapestry senior living because it was closer for me to be able to get to him if I needed to. Also, the pricing was the most reasonable compared to others we looked into. They have been very good with communication and updates since we are not allowed inside. I would recommend them to other families looking.
