Prestige Care

It was as nice as the photos/website but I feel like I was overwhelmed with the process . It has always been nice when I've been there. The staff are helpful. Some times seems to be short staffed. I recently signed up for the menu which looks good and has a variety of offerings. I wish I would have toured the kitchen and talked to the chef. There seems like a lot going on every day. It might be nice to ask the residents what they would like to do and encourage/ explain what's going on. Maybe they do and I don't know. I feel it's it's expensive but there is a lot included in the cost.

The staff at West Hills are fantastic. From the Director, Nurse, caregivers, and maintenance staff- great group of people.

If anyone asks me about Prestige, I would have to say the people/staff are wonderful, and that's what really makes the difference. Also, we liked that the facility wasn't too big and everything was within a short walk. We looked at the Cogir of Glenwood, but it was huge, and my mother-in-law would no way be able to find her way around. So, smaller is nicer. The food isn't spectacular like at the Quary, but they're working on it.

My dad is fairly annoying and difficult, and they have been nothing but patient and kind to him! The location is great! Staff are very friendly and the price is competitive to others in the area.

The staff are friendly & helpful, so far a good feeling about Prestige, clean, good meals. A tour around the area would be fun, to get out & enjoy a change of scenery. As far as cost goes, everything seems way to expensive!!

My mother in law recently moved in and everyone has been so welcoming and helpful and caring. [name removed] is amazing! [name removed] is fantastic! [name removed] is superb! The residents are very friendly. Could not be happier with our experience.

Our experience has been wonderful. My loved one was very happy while he was there. Was doing much better there than he had been at his previous facility.

My brother-in-law has taken care of all of the paperwork, so I can't speak to that end, all I know is, she is very very happy there. I should've mentioned that it is also the place the Social Worker recommended in the category of why we chose it. Excellent recommendation I must say. We picked this community because of the friendly staff, very conscious of the comfort of the residents. We also chose for affordability.

I would recommend this place to others. It is a great environment. Calm, calm, collect and everybody is just wonderful here. It feels like a real home and a real family. I am very happy here. Everyone is wonderful, including the staff who are very attentive and very caring to everybody here. This place is the best place I could have ever been and will stay here for as long as I can stay here

They are very much interested in their clients. And they are very friendly and they also take upon themselves to become family. And they know each person and animal's name including ours as we visit.

My mom received exceptional care. I highly recommend the facility. We picked this community because it was the only one in the area.

You narrowed down our search to a couple sites that met our expectations on all fronts. Not the least of which was cost. We were able to tour sites with confidence that these options were viable and recommended by your company.

I would definitely recommend Prestige Senior Living Bridgewood to others. My loved one is currently a resident there. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would like it if they had an orientation for families and put the menu online. I feel like it's easy to ask questions and get answers. I've eaten there several times and the food has always been good with a variety of choices.

The staff at Prestige Senior Living High Desert are very kind and attentive to my mom. The housekeeper does a thorough job of cleaning. The laundry comes back in a timely manner and nicely folded. My mother only eats dinner in the dining room, but always says that the food is good. There are several options also. When I call to check on how my mom is doing, the staff are great at taking time to talk to me and explain well what's going on. The move in went smoothly. We were able to get in easily to measure the apartment. The maintenance man was quick to change the door swing on the fridge and get the cable hooked up. Both my mom and I are very pleased with Prestige and glad that she's there. It's saying a lot that she likes it since she initially didn't want to move into Assisted Living. The staff make her feel special and even spoil her at times. As for rating the value for cost, I'm torn. It's expensive, but they do a fabulous job of caring for my mom. I would recommend Prestige Senior Living High Desert to others.

Working with you all was a pleasure. I am on a wait list at Monticelllo Park and have placed a deposit for a unit that is coming available soon. Thanks for all your help. My appointment was for Tuesday at 11:00 am. I found out about the unit during an event I was attending with a friend over the weekend The people, both tenants and staff made a great first impression. They are warm friendly people and welcoming. I have loved it there since my friend and I visited for a tour back in March.

The tour was equivalent to all the other ones. It allowed us to see people sitting and moving around, etc. People and frankly the 1 bedroom we preferred to [facility name removed]. But with more activities going on outside beyond the building, more of an independent living than assisted/close to nursing home feel, we chose [facility name removed] One thing that bothered me at Huntington was the med techs who were standing beside three different pillars waiting for the residents during the Lunch Period when they would give them medicine. You saw that and you saw everybody eating and whatever condition they were. When you walked into [facility name removed] on the other hand, the left wall was that of glass and although people were eating in the area just beyond that wall, they were eating in privacy and there were no medtech waiting to give medication. That is done privately at [facility name removed] at all kinds of hours. We almost went with Huntington but they don't offer much outside of the building and I don't know that my brother would want to be that confined right now. Also Huntington appeared very Lily White and [facility name removed] did have a mix of people that more related to the real community of life in Portland.

My husband and I toured this community and were very impressed. The staff we ran into were kind and took the time to speak with us. Everyone was welcoming. We came during a meal and the residents seemed to enjoy what they were having and were friendly to us too! The facility was clean and bright and was refreshing to see. The room we toured was a great size for his mother and seemed modern with beautiful wooden floors. We were very impressed with our experience!

The tour at Prestige was nice. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We felt the community was too big for what our loved one was needing at the time.

Very supportive, caregivers. Management is very responsive to an individual's particular needs.

Great activities program, especially Mind Masters. The kitchen is excellent, and the servers are beautifully trained. The dining room feels like a restaurant. I'm very glad to be here.
