Dad loves the food! He's afraid he's going to get fat. It would be nice if they had a few more activities he enjoyed like, a fishing trip. The staff is all very pleasant and I think they take very good care of him. I'm 800 miles away so don't get to see it first hand but he always speaks highly of them.

I'm gonna give this place a 5 on everything. I so appreciate this facility. Its very clean and the staff are fantastic. I would very much recommend this facility to everyone. Thanks!

My insights into our beautiful community. I’d say we have the best management team we could ever ask for. The ED,HSD,AHSD,RCC and Expressions Director are an amazing team, they truly get things done not just for their employees but for our residents. Should you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to approach one of the staff or management members. We genuinely care about your loved one as if they were our own. Any positive, negative, or neutral information you may have will be promptly addressed. Prestige is not a community that lacks compassion. This facility has been great to work with from the moment I walked in till present. My Mother loves it! The staff has been great to work with from the nursing staff, caregivers and dining room staff delivering meals.

Everyone at Prestige Senior Living Bridgewood has been extremely friendly and welcoming to our family.

All are 5 except it amazes me how much elderly car costs. Yes, so far we would recommend this community to other families.

We found a consistent thread that was very comfortable. Competent, knowledgeable staff, friendly caregivers, smiling residents all gave us a level of comfort that made it easy to sign up for their wait list

I just want to say what a great community we have! From the entry to the gorgeous building to the beautiful apartments, just a welcoming and great atmosphere to be in. On top of that is the Quality food that comes out of the kitchen, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and the awesome creativity of the desserts!

This place has been one of the best assisted living facilities I have worked at! The manager team here is great at what they do! I have never felt more confident being able to speak up about issues or concerns in the community. While times can be tough, they make it feel a little less when you’re here. Great place to work, 10/10 would recommend..

Arbor is a true gem! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and positive experience. It is well-maintained, clean, and modern, with everything you need readily available. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for top tier experience and care.

Arbor Place has had a recent turn over with new leaders. Everyone is committed to making the community thrive and make it a great place to live at for all of the residents. There has been change and an effort to address all the issues/concerns. There are two great nurses with lots of experience who have joined Arbor Place recently and are committed to the well being of the residents. Arbor Place has improved and I believe it will continue to do so.

The care staff at Arbor Place are truly exceptional, providing outstanding care with compassion and dedication. They take the time to get to know each person, ensuring that everyone feels valued and well cared for. From maintenance to office staff, every team member goes above and beyond to lend a helping hand whenever needed. Their commitment to creating a warm and supportive environment is truly appreciated!

When us boys searched carefully for the best place to move our independent parents, the one that fit best was Prestige Brookwood. After 9 months, it has not been just the best fit, it has been perfect for them. We see first hand the care, love, and passion they have to do all they can to provide a great, safe community. They have embraced our parents and encouraged them to engage with the community as they desire. Dad led a Bible study and mom plays piano. We are so thankful for the Prestige team. Who knows - maybe we will be here some day.

I am just a friend of a resident. It was so hard getting her to find a place. Everywhere we went, they just treated us as a number. From the minute we entered Monticello Park, she felt heard, asked many questions & both the sales lady and director were there to help us with many many questions. We ended up staying over 2 hours and my friend said yes the minute we got to the car. The staff is so caring and the food was great!

I'm gonna say 5s on all items except #2, there were some stains and smells that probably can't really be avoided. I believe there is always room for improvement. I recommend Monticello to anyone I can. They went above and beyond to take in my FIL and his final few weeks were happy. He went from rehab to Monticello and it was like going from back alley care to a 5-star resort. The Place for mom people were also wonderful. All the facilities that then bombarded me with texts phone calls and emails, were not awesome, and I get that same response from people I have referred, whom often confuse the facility people with the place for mom people. Place for mom is a wonderful service and definitely has a place, I just wish we weren't then turned over to the used car salesman like vultures (Monticello not behaving like that is what initially pushed me their way)

I can’t say enough about Prestige Senior Living Bridgewood. I researched care facilities, and this was it. The staff is unbelievable! They are so friendly and accommodating. If you’re interested in games, books, exercise, movies, entertainment or outings, Bridgewood has it all. You will be assured “peace of mind” for your loved one.

From my initial walk through to current day we all couldn't be more pleased. With the walk through I instantly felt a feeling of home as well as compassion. Everyone from staff to residents has displayed a warm sincere feeling of happiness and respect. This was a huge change for our mom (93), and she is overjoyed with her new apartment.

It has been a truly great experience, and his care has been wonderful and I don't have to worry about him there.

Staff very welcoming upon moving in and are friendly. The facility always looks and smells clean. There are a lot of fun things going on. Yatzee, Bingo, nail care, crafts, live music about once a week, outings once a week. Bible studies. Room sizes are about right. The studio is perfect for 1 person and the one bedroom apts are large enough for 2 people.
