Emerald Gardens ALF is the best of the best in every way. I honestly can’t say enough good about them. It’s more like a family. I wouldn’t trust the care of my mom to any other facility. She has been a resident since Jan 2018.

My experience with Medlock Gardens Senior Living has been wonderful. The entire staff has provided our loved one and our family with excellent service. From my initial visit and tour to the present, the staff has been warm and inviting. They consistently provide a welcoming atmosphere. In addition, the administrative team is very informative and helped to make our loved one's move in experience very comfortable. The activities provided to the residents are very creative and engaging and our loved one enjoys taking part in these. The team at Medlock Gardens has met every expectation we had for Mom. They seem to enjoy having her in their community. She enjoys lots of the activities they offer, which was a key feature when we made our search. She seems happy to be there and that makes our family feel great. I would recommend Medlock Gardens to anyone looking for a place for their family member.

My Mom is 101 and has been in the facility for almost 2 years. She's still fisty and the aids love her and stop by often. They are always available to step in when issues of health arise. Her apartment unit is quite large and is maintained well with a balcony, full closet and plenty of room for her furniture and bed. The family visits when we are able with her daughter stopping over throughout the week. The monitoring of guests is managed well and secure. The value for the fee is outstanding and my wife and I recommend it highly. We are grateful that we found Medlock Gardens and Mom is happy there.

I serve as a Chaplain for Agape Care and a number of my patients live at Emerald Gardens, both in assisted living and the memory unit. The facility is clean and the staff does a great job in looking after the residents. A number of activities take place each day for the residents. A number of volunteers come in and sing for and with the residents. The facility also has several local pastors come in and lead devotions for the residents. The facility transports residents to local stores and restaurants. It is an honor to work with facility staff and they are very appreciative of those who come from the outside to interact with the residents!

Great place outstanding hospitality would recommend for anyone well maintained friendly service. Fantastic care for residents. Makes you feel like it’s home. Please come out and join us for a good time

Ever since I moved to Emerald Gardens 2 years ago, I have felt at home and comfortable and safe everyday. I am always doing fun things daily, keeping busy and enjoying new friends and great staff.

I think Emerald Gardens is top notch and standards are very high. I love all of the people and the care I receive is wonderful.

We toured with Concord Place and we really liked this facility. Initially our goal was to find a community that accepted Medicaid in case that became necessary at some point and unfortunately they did not. That was before we found out though that our loved one does not qualify for Medicaid.

We recently toured this facility. It is absolutely gorgeous. Very clean and open. The staff is friendly and lots to do. I asked if I could come for their happy hour, as it looks like a fun time. The kitchen was amazing with state of the art equipment. The menu looks fantastic and kitchen staff is great too. They truly seem to love what they do.

Concord Place gets all 5 stars from our family. The thing that sticks out most about this facility would have to be the staff members. They showed true empathy and understanding for not only my mother, but our whole family as well during her stay there. I would definitely recommend Concord Place to others who are looking for care for their loved ones.

My dad had advanced Alzheimer's and was placed in the assisted living section due to his mobility and ability to do some things for himself. The staff was very kind and caring to him. They have so many activities and outings to keep the residents busy. He enjoyed his time there. My dad was well taken care of by Emerald Gardens and we are truly grateful. It's a lovely facility.

Rivercrest is not only a beautifully renovated community but very welcoming. There is always something going on and everyone is so friendly. I always have the best time when visiting Rivercrest Place.
