Our family is so happy to have my mother at The Gardens of Statesville. She is thriving, loves her room, enjoys her friends, and feels so much genuine love from the caring staff. The facility is always so clean and welcoming. The staff is professional and prompt in answering any questions. This place is a gem and so are its people.

Mom said the meals were just okay. She also did not like that they sometimes had disposable plates and silverware. Mom commented the activities were a bit limited, but she didn't participate in many. The caring staff trumped any possibly negative things. They were always friendly and helpful to me and I felt like they valued my thoughts as well. Yes, I have and would recommend Village Cove.

This is a top notch Assistant Facility, this place feels very warm and welcoming. The staff is awesome all the way around, the food is exceptionally excellent, and the different living locations for each resident is amazing with the new and improved renovations

The Groves has been home to my family member for a few months now and I cannot express my gratitude and gratefulness for finding such kind, compassionate and caring people taking care of her and the other residents. There is also so many fun activities, great food, and it’s always clean and smells good. Such a homey environment!

The staff at The Groves are caring, compassionate and dedicated to the residents and their families. As a referral provider in the community they are a strong partner. I would highly recommend the Groves when looking for assisted living or memory care.

Talk with at least several employees one on one, if possible, that will be directly involved with your loved one. It doesn't take long to find compassion and caring..or not!

During the two months that my brother has lived at Revela I’ve seen a courteous, helpful, and generous staff. Starting with the director and including all other staff there has been an outpouring of time given to help my brother feel welcomed. I would highly recommend Revela for anyone looking fora home the next stage in their life.

I visited five other locations searching for the facility that would best suit my sister's needs and happiness. Within the first few minutes of entering Emerald Gardens, it was obvious the residents were happy, content and well taken care of. Emerald Gardens gave my sister that exact same experience of happiness and satisfaction - everything from the care, the activities, the friendships and having the ability to share her Faith with others. I am thankful to have found Emerald Gardens - - as the staff is incredibly dedicated.

The Gardens of Statesville seems like the BEST of the Senior Living communities around! I toured other places and The Gardens of Statesville really had the atmosphere I would want for my grandma. She deserves a clean place, happy staff and variety of food options. I could smell the BBQ chicken cooking for dinner!

I highly recommend this Assisted Living if you are looking for a place! I've toured many communities and this one has the "good feeling" I was looking for. Both the staff and residents seemed genuinely happy to be there.

The facility, administrator and staff exceeded my expectations. They were so kind and accommodating to my Dad. They were genuine and provided excellent care. The community was inviting and beautiful. It was spotless. I loved the fact they engaged residents with many fun activities. And, I can not the staff, who treated my Dad and I like family

What we like the most about TerraBella Morristown is their extremely courteous staff! Caring and thoughtful. Facility is well maintained. Everyone is available to answer questions and provide care and assistance

My mother in law has been at Terra Bella for about two months now and is very happy here. She is 93 and very aware and in tact. She can’t walk and we are working with physical therapy 2X a week to get her legs stronger, They also do speech therapy and occupational therapy . She has a studio apartment and it is very nice. She says it is very homey! The facility is very clean and decorated well. Like home. The food is great!!!! They have a lot of activities they do all week and travel all over in East Tennessee, for outings. They go out to lunch, have barbecues , had farm week, going to Dollywood. They have a spa, a hair salon, devoutions seven says a week. The staff, nurses, Drs. Are all very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I can only say positive things about Terra Bella. We are very pleased with the facility and the caring staff, and most of all my mother in law is happy.

Mom is very happy here! Staff is available and attentive. Very responsive. Clients are friendly and welcoming. The chef takes the daily meals to a higher level. Occupational and physical therapy rate very high from my objective point of view. She is much happier there. The only negative is travel time to get there if you don't live in the immediate area, The only challenge she raised is that she doesn't know how other facilities operate. That's a fair question, given the cost.

We are extremely happy with Emerald Gardens. My mom has been there 3 months now and is very happy. They have so many activities for the residents and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this facility for anyone needing assistant living / memory care.

Everyone has been very nice and the staff that support my mom have been very responsive!! It’s a nice facility and overall leadership seems engaged as well! I don’t think they clean their rooms as well as they could but they will do so if you ask them. Biggest complaint is that my mom loves to play games and they have Bingo a few times per week but no other games. She isn’t interested in making jewelry/painting/etc and those are a lot of their activities. But overall, she is fine here. Since she doesn’t hear well, she doesn’t communicate a lot! Don’t have more to add

The facility is great, always clean and airy feeling. The have several optional, well planned activities throughout the day, such as word games, chair aerobics, music therapy, games, and worship services. They provide in house medical visits and prescription delivery, hair appointments, physical therapy, and optional menus. Every person who has gone with me to visit my sister there has been impressed with their attitude, friendliness, and programs.

My grandma lives at Concord Place and has made friends with many of the other residents. She would not have had the opportunity to have so much social interaction if she was still living at home alone. She also loves the restaurant style dining and multiple meal choices! She loves the staff and I can tell they genuinely love having her at Concord Place! Definitely recommend checking them out for your loved one!
