Hi I have a sister working there she loves being back they work with our schedule we take care of our mom and aunt, They have been so helpful to our family she would like to be full-time I know she would be great that's all she talks about is [name removed] And [name removed] how caring and respectful they are towards her and staff and the residents have so much fun every one is well taken care of at Medlock Gardens . In any moment of decisions, the best thing you can do is the right thing my sister made the right decision working [name removed] have fun our family is happy for you.

All of them would get a five. I was very happy with the way they took care of my mother before she passed away. Very nice staff, clean, and proactive with her needs as her dementia got worse. I would highly recommend this place.

I would like to add that I think it is so sad that they do not accept Medicaid and if a resident outlives their monetary resources (like my mom did) I had to uproot her and move her to another facility.

What we like the most about TerraBella Athens is The level of care given that we were no longer able to give. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

I like the quality of care. The staff works together for the best outcome for the client's desired level of care. Yes I do recommend them for senior assistant living care. Even though my sister needed additional care, which is memory care, the staff helped me find the right place for her. The referral given to me worked out well. I appreciate their help.

I have been so pleased and my Mom is doing so much better than living by herself with caregivers. Everyone is always so friendly. I am there everyday and watch the staff and the way they interact with the residents. They treat them like family and are so good to each resident.

Emerald Gardens staff treat you like family very courteous friendly loving and caring. Environment full of love. Each person truly love their residence, love their coworkers and love their job. It is not just a paycheck but a place of ministry of love. Family Love Environment. Definitely recommended this place if your love one cannot stay at home temporarily or permanent then Emerald Gardens is next best place to home.

Every single member of the staff that I've encountered has been excellent. Their high level of professionalism combined with their kindness and compassion is something I've literally never seen anywhere else. I am so thankful to have found them for mom.

It's an amazing place, the staff's very caring and go above and beyond each day for the residents. My sister loves it. There is always something for her to do. She was sick back in December, the head nurse stayed with her for hours until they decided to transfer her to the hospital. It gives me peace of mind knowing my sister is at the Oaks at Evans. They watch the residents closely.

Terra Bella is a wonderful place and they have taken wonderful care of my mom. She has had therapy there and done wonderful. She loves living there. The only reason I am moving mom is because the new place is cheaper and I had already paid a deposit down and I can't get my deposit back. It will save us about [price removed] a month at the new place. That adds up to alot of money over a year. But Terra Bella is a great place. I wish she could have stayed there.

All of the staff at the Groves are very kind and helpful. Friendly staff. Easy to communicate with.

My mom loves living at Emerald Gardens and I have seem her thrive here. There is lots to do and they let residents be active in leading Bible Studies or playing piano for singalongs. I feel like my mom is not just cared for but the staff loves these folks as if residents are family.

My mother moved into Emerald Gardens recently, following the death of my father- her husband of 70 years. It has been a huge blessing to know she has the company of other seniors, three nutritious meals everyday, a myriad of fun activities each week, and assistance with daily living tasks.

Since my Dad moved in the facility in May of 2024, I have found the staff to be excellent. The staff are always courteous and professional, and attentive to the special needs that Dad requires. In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene the staff worked diligently to care for him and keep him safe while we we trying to recover from damage at our own home. I have nothing but gratitude for everyone at Emerald Gardens.

Clean and pleasant atmosphere. Food is tasty. Activities are optional and available every day. Residents are always busy. The room is large and bathroom is big enough for wheelchair or a walker. Take good care of resident when I’ll or recent return from hospital.

Always daily well organized, enjoyable activities. Dinners and events for family to join as well. Rooms are adequate for queen bed , couch and small table. MD and pharmacy services on site very helpful. Recommend as top AL in Greenwood

Emerald Gardens has provided care for my aunt for 4 years. They are very busy and give her many opportunities to enjoy their stay. Everyone is friendly and very attentive. We are grateful for her quality of care. .

After living in 2 other assisted livings. I can tell you Emerald Gardens is the very best! I am so happy and plan to stay here as long as I can.
