My mom is thriving at Brookdale Ridgmar. The first time she entered her new apartment, she was overwhelmed with thankfulness. This is the first time my mom has not lived in a house and she loves the space. One bedroom, living area and full kitchen. The staff were incredibly supportive and helpful in her transition from the rehab facility. The friendly environment has assisted her to navigate throughout the facility on a regular basis. The facility has undergone a tremendous remodel which leads to challenges but the renovation has paid off in the benefits of fresh paint, upgraded carpet and very clean feel. Coordinating all the care my mom required from her surgery was perhaps the biggest challenge but everyone worked together to insure the best care.

This community was a big place and nice looking. It was clean when touring around. I was able to sample the meals, it was good. I was given enough information about the community and the tour guide kept focus on us. This was in an area that my mom was not familiar with.

I had first taken a tour of the community and i really liked it. My loved one would be with great staff and under wonderful care. Unfortunately, things didn't work out and he didn't move here. I would recommend this place they have many helpful services available. The rooms are clean and organized. The staff are all attentive and most importantly my loved one would be in a safe place.

Overall, we have been happy with the care my Mom has received at Brookdale. It did take some time for her rehab to get started because of some paperwork mishaps. The bill for her care was quite a bit higher than anticipated. Explanation of costs was not explained well in the interviews.

I am very happy with this community for my mom. She loves the staff and the cleanliness here. Her meals are good and she likes the variety. I would recommend this to other families.

The community at Brookdale Parmer Lane was very attractive. The community has many windows that let in a lot of light. It felt very welcoming and bright. The dining room is always open and if you want a snack in the middle of the night you can get something. We did not like that the closet was in the kitchenette instead of the bedroom. They have small dorm room type refrigerators that are low to the ground making it difficult to use.

As you may know, my mother Lois Watson was a patient there 7 or 8 years ago. Our family was pleased with care that was provided to her and from our visit it this will be a great place for our father. Dad has no complaints and has enjoyed his stay, the bus rides to the country and the music concerts.

My tour of this community was very nice. This is a good looking community. Everybody was very welcoming and friendly. The community looks great, everything was very neat and tidy. Our tour guide was very helpful and informative. If would had been a little closer to me, I would had moved my mother here. It was a very good tour, I enjoyed it.

Nice facility with extensive dining options. Two story with the dining room upstairs. Lots of areas for activities and family gatherings. Concerned about the lip of the shower being a little too tall for my mother.

Mom is doing pretty good at Brookdale. The staff are good, mom likes them and we have good communication. She likes the food and they do work a little with her diet. They offer a lot of activities at this clean community. I would recommend this community.

This community is clean and well taken care of. The staff are excellent and answered all our questions. They have gone out of their way to be helpful. The food is good. I do think that they could use a few more activities. I would recommend this community.

My mother is still adjusting to this community, it has been a hard process for the both of us. They do have a lovely staff here, they are caring for her pretty well so far. It is a very nice and clean community, it doesn't have a bad odor. A place for mom was great with helping me find a community. So far I feel like she is in good hands, and being cared for well.

My tour of this community was a good one. The only problem my mother has with this community was the stairs. She wasn't very comfortable traveling up and down the stairs. It was a nice tour, every one was very kind and friendly. The staff I met was courteous and informative. This is a nice community, but not the one for my mother.

We toured this community while looking into options for a loved one. Brookdale Willowbrook Park seems like a nice place, overall! The facility is clean and well kept, and the people are friendly, We toured a few Brookdale communities, and in terms of aesthetics I thought this one was the nicest of the ones I saw! The commons areas and hallways were well decorated and gave the place a very comfortable feel!

Brookdale Memorial City seems like a nice place, overall! The facility is clean and well kept, and the people are friendly, My one complaint would be that I think they could do a little more when it comes to decorating the hallways, they can feel a little sparse and institutional. But overall we're very pleased!

Beautiful, modern facility with friendly staff. Each service is an added cost; therefore too expensive.

Brookdale West University seemed dated when I took my tour. This community is only for independent living and was not the right fit for my mom. I just did not get as good a vibe as the one we chose.

If you have to move into a community, this is a lovely community to live. I did enjoy my time here. The staff was kind and friendly. I didn't need much care, but I did enjoy their company. Overall it was a nice experience.
