DIRTY AND RUNDOWN
My husband and I make a visit in early Feb. we found the place run down and very dirty. The first floor had a very bad smell like rotten trash. We talked to some of the people or residents that was playing card in a large room. out of 7 of them only one seem to be happy. I also saw a resident being yelled at the office by some older woman. People stay away
