My mother has lived at The Gardens for over a year now and it has been a blessing. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help and she enjoys having meals available, activities and friends to talk to. I have a peace of mind with her being in a secured building. She likes being able to venture outside and loves the view from her window overlooking the river.

I have recently moved into this community and so far I am pleased with how things are going. The staff have been friendly as well as attentive to all of my needs. I also liked the meals and activities that they provide us throughout the week. The social environment is great and all of the residents have been welcoming to me in this transition. I would recommend it to anyone.

The tour staff at The Gardens at Jackson Creek were very kind and friendly. The community is very beautiful and updated throughout. It is well kept and clean. They offer a variety of activities for the residents to enjoy. The meals are not made on site they are catered in which limits the variety to choose from at meal time.

This is a great place with nice amenities. It is always clean and nice here. The staff is so professional and always nice. There is a great sense of community here. The residents are so nice and treat each other like family. The food here is great too.

Our first impression of this location was excellent and the people are so friendly. We are still considering this location but must wait to hear the results of medical testing for my wife. We hope to close this program sometime in October.

My Father lives here and seems to love it here.I can't rate the activities because I am not sure about that area. Overall, The Gardens at Jackson Creek is a great community with great services. I am glad that my father is comfortable here.

So far she seems to be doing very well there. It was very clean, the apartment was ready for her and neat. I haven't heard any complaints since she moved in. She is all moved in and settled. I would rate them pretty highly so far.

I would recommend to others. It was friendly, clean and a good value. The tour was thorough and informative. We picked this community, for our loved one because of the affordability and value.

We picked this community, because of the central to family members and price and cleanliness. The experience is good. They offer breakfast through the week, activities, lunch to purchase, trips to Walmart and store.As of now, no issues andmy loved one s happy with her transition and move to an apartment.

Our loved one seems to be happy there, and everything seems to be really good with covid. However, there are sometimes we do have a concern that some residents are not wearing their masks when in the common areas and hallways. Also they have a nursing service room that offers a few services for the residents, and some times those health care workers are not wearing the masks correctly,.

I chose The Gardens at Jackson Creek because the sales rep was very professional and personable, the affordability, and the location. The apartments sizes here are very nice especially for the price. I am in a 1 bedroom and they have a large kitchen and fully equipped with appliances. Full size washer and dryer are also provided as well as a spacious closet. They do have it where you can sign up for lunch and dinner, they cater from different restaurants around and you sign up the week before if that is something that you want to do. They also have a therapist that comes in and does your therapy in your apartment so that you don't have to leave which is very nice. On Mondays and Fridays they have set trips you can sign up for and they will take you to let you do your grocery shopping. Tuesday and Thursdays are for doctors appointments. Overall, I have had a great experience here, they have been extremely accommodating.

I would say to go somewhere else, to people that ask. There is nothing to do, due to COVID. The staff is young and not experienced in working with older people. I don't feel the community is being managed very well.

I am a 100% combat disabled veteran and as a result I don't do well around other people. My experience here has been very encouraging to me. The other presidents have been helpful in helping me to get to know the various services that are available to me here. I look forward to my continuing improvement.

My mom has lived here for two years. The apartments are spacious and efficient. The common areas are comfortable and clean. There are many inclusive activities. The shuttle service is helpful. The staff is caring and attentive.

It is a nice facility, well cared for. The staff is very friendly and seem to be interested in residence. They have shopping and restaurant outings. The only thing I did not like is a charge for checking on residence well being.

My mother and I toured this facility. It was nice but my mom is just not interested.

I went on a tour here. A volunteer manned the desk on the weekend. The rooms here were spacious and I liked the setup. The pricing here was a little more than I thought was reasonable considering only 1 meal a day was provided. It was more of an a la carte set up where you could buy extra services, meals, etc. if you wanted them. This senior apartment building is probably more for those seniors who may not need much assistance. They didn't have on-site nursing available.

This community seems to offer some nice activities and amenities. The community looked clean when we visited. The people we met were nice. The community we chose was in a better location for us.

I really like the apartment my grandmother has moved in at this community. It has a lovely kitchen that is the perfect size for her and lots of room so she was able to bring all of her belongings with her comfortably. They have a great activity center where all of the residents go often to enjoy different games including her favorite bingo. Overall things are going well and we are pleased.
