Shari was very thorough and answered all my questions. The tour was great and found the facility well upgraded and amenities perfect for my mom. A very pleasant surprise and definitely more than interested for my mom.

Our 95 year old mother needed to move from her independent living unit to an assisted living community. We toured three communities and quickly concluded that The Meridian at Stone Creek would be the best fit for our mom. When we walked in, we were blown away by the lodge-like feel. One of the things that makes this community different besides the beautiful building, is the positive and energetic environment. One resident stopped us to sing the praises of The Meridian. Another family member came up to us to share that his mother loved living there especially because of the caring staff. The resident apartments are spacious. We selected an apartment to reserve; however, we think that mom wants to be on a different floor. The Community Relation Director is working hard to find the perfect location. We are so relieved and excited to find a vibrant community for our mom. We want her to live her best life and are convinced that will happen at The Meridian at Stone Creek.

This is a great place for your family member to be. The staff were great at caring for my loved one. They also were attentive to the needs of the residents. The food seemed to be good for my loved one.

I was able to have an in person tour and the staff were very pleasant and helpful and it is a nice community, but in the end I wanted to move back and be closer to my family.

I have lived at this wonderful community for over a year. It is a great place. The food is yummy, staff is friendly, other residents are nice and plenty to keep me busy. I recommend Kenmore Senior Living to anyone looking.

I have been a member of Pacifica Senior living Union City for only a short time. The good people of my new surroundings have made my stay enjoyable one thus far and I am looking forward to a long relationship with all my fellow members and staff here at Pacifica. staff are so wonderful, food is great community is so clean. Big backyard for to enjoying outdoor activities.

My parents moved into Pacifica Senior Living at Union City 8/2020. My mother had Alzheimer's and passed away 11/2020, and my dad has vascular dementia and continues to live there. We chose this facility because the environment was much nicer than other places - patients have their own bedrooms and only need to share a bathroom with one other same-sex resident. The facility is nicely decorated, and my dad and several other residents call it the hotel because it looks so nice. My dad loves the food and even held off on eating homemade cookies during a recent visit because he didn't want to spoil his appetite. He is always happy and clean when I visit him. I had concerns for a while because there was a lot of staff turnover a few months ago, but the new staff seem much better - my phone and email messages are returned promptly, which was an issue with previous staff. The new activity director seems to be doing a lot with the residents - I can see photos and videos of the activities on the facility's Facebook page - and the new memory care director [name removed] keeps on top of everything and was persistent with dad's doctor's office when they took a while to return needed paperwork. He gets my dad's sense of humor and I like the way the two of them interact. Relieved that my dad's needs are being met and that he is so happy where he is.

I had the pleasure of initially meeting with [name removed] to tour Pacifica Forest Trace during the very stressful time of dealing with ongoing health issues with both of my parents. [name removed] was so patient, understanding, and she put my sister and I at ease during the tour. [name removed] went above and beyond to coordinate and facilitate every detail of the move-in process and could not have been more helpful. [name removed] was also quick to respond to my emails and calls and guided my family through the everything. The entire Pacifica staff is very professional, patient and kind. We are so grateful for everyone at Pacifica Forest Trace for providing a beautiful, clean, safe, loving and caring environment for our loved ones. My sister and I finally feel that my parents are safe and being given the care they need, thanks to this wonderful facility! '
