I have lived here for six years. Next to home, its the best place to be. Nice apartment. Honest good people who take care of you. Line dancing and happy hours are fun. Exercise as you wish. Trips to go shopping, Dr. appts, etc. Lots of card games, bingo, bridge, and very nice neighbors. Good things we have at the P.L. Monterey. Come check it out.

I would recommend this community to you or your loved one. It is 100 percent better than the place that she was in. Its almost like a night and day difference but it is very nice and worth it for my loved one. We are happy that she is here now. The staff were very open to answering questions about how my loved one is doing and very friendly.

The kitchen was clean and the food had a good variety. She is getting really good care. Go, look into it. It's an older facility but it has much more warmth and makes you feel comfortable. The people in the reception area are nice and welcoming as well. If you have a question about anything, someone is available to help you. You put your call light on and they answer rather quickly. They work hand in hand with hospice.
