She went above and beyond normal work hours! Pacifica Riverside is a wonderful home for loved ones.

The staff is very courteous and really show generous care to the residents there. Based on our experience so far we would be more then likely to recommend the Wyndham Lakes community to others.

Coming from a traditional home we were skeptical of using assisted living for my grandmother. But with everyone working and taking care of the children it become harder to make sure her needs were met. Luckily the Gardens have proven very capable of making sure she is comfortable and her needs met. Staff is very kind and patient, haven't had a single complaint and for the price it's worth it. Definitely put my and my family's mind as ease having her here.

Just stopped by to visit my aunt for a bit and I was very impressed by how lively the atmosphere was! All the staff I encountered were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction and seemed happy to help. I thought the place also smelled lovely!

My friend is very happy with the level of care she receives. I felt comfortable going away on vacation for 2 weeks leaving her there. They kept me informed while I was away by email. They are very friendly. I am really happy. It's a full residence location for a person who needs services.

We are moving my mother to Pacifica at Forest trace, the memory care unit. Everyone from the housekeepers, the nurses, as well as the managerial staff, are all knowledgeable, and very kind. They understand that this is a difficult decision when one has to make a decision to move one parent into this kind of community. My mother is nearly 97 and is physically in great health, however she has severe dementia. Because of that she has needed 24 seven caregivers. Because of her dementia, she generally doesn’t want to go anywhere with anyone other than me. This is become quite a lot and I am so looking forward to the activities that she will be able to participate in. The unit we have selected is a one bedroom one bathroom unit. It’s approximately 800 ft.² and my mom will have the view of the beautiful lake. Hopefully the move will go ok. [name removed], the community relations director as well as [name removed], the moving coordinator, has been phenomenal with this entire process!

We had a great tour with Pacifica, it was very similar to the facility that we chose. The staff were all super nice and I would recommend them, the price was just a little higher here.

Very happy with the love & care my friend received while his time was spent at Pacifica. The sales gal made the transition very smoothly and the care staff was exceptional as my friend decided to spend the last month of his life under their care.
