Appreciate the feeling that the staff guess me of feeling at home. Made valuable friendships. Love that I can still make my own choices. My independence is very important to me.

Over all I am very pleased with facility. If is beautiful and clean. The staff is very professional and caring. I love the modern aspects of the apartments and upgrades to the units.

I love this place. My mom is not too thrilled with it. She is not comfortable and does not know people. Her mind will not allow her to be comfortable. I know she is cared for well and I love coming & having dinner with her.

The food is good and I am able to get help when I need it.

This is the place to be! [name removed] is the best. She follows through when you are exercising and reviews once you are done. She never makes me feel rushed. The food is fantastic. I do not know how they get the taste right for this many people. The food is just out of the world!! The staff and the residents here are very friendly.

My mother-in-law has been living at Pacifica Northridge for almost 4 years. I can't express how important they are to our lives, making her comfortable, watching over her the same way the family does. We truly feel that her caregivers are part of our lives and they keep us informed about how she's doing every day, and if she needs anything. They've helped us to stay close to her and her to have a full life as she grows older and her cognition wanes. Thank God for Pacifica Northridge and all they do for our family and my mother-in-law.

Beautiful grounds and lovely staff that are very professional and helpful. I enjoy being a part of this community. They even have onsite physical and occupational therapy services which is first class.

The management answered all our questions and truly care! Clean, lots of activities and very thoughtful. This is the best place I’ve found for my parents!

I moved my parents to Pacifica Northridge in September 2020. They had been in assisted living in Ventura County. My sisters and I realized that then needed to be in a community that had a better understanding of cognitive decline. My aunt lived at Pacifica Northridge 7 years earlier and was well taken care of. My sisters and were happy for the day our parents move in. We experience the passing of dad and the staff was amazing. So loving and caring. Mom is missing dad after 66 years together. The staff is there for mom. She can be difficult at times but they make it seem ok. I just love that we moved to Pacifica Northridge and love the compassion of the staff. The transitional assisted living is perfect for those with early stage dementia. Oh yes and the food is really good. Thank you everyone at Pacifica Northridge

My dad has been a resident in the community since 2019. He loves the friendly, dedicated and caring staff. He is well cared for and enjoys the many amenities; the pool, exercise classes, and he has even taken up painting and crafts! It is not uncommon to find groups of residents in the lobby after dinner playing cards or visiting with each other. The residents genuinely care for each other and the staff. This is a special place and I am so glad my dad is here.

I love living at Pacifica Sunrise because I met a great mom who befriended me. We attend activities together and enjoy the other residents.

Since moving to Pacifica. I have made a lot of friends & became more active. I enjoy living here and made great friends as well.

We did a tour with the Marketing Director. She was outstanding. The community was beautiful, clean, and caring staff. Sales Director was compassionate and guided us in the right direction. She is a true asset to Pacifica. I highly recommend this community.
