I have lived here for 5 months. I really like living here with my wife. I like going for walks in the courtyard. Everyone is friendly.

Great staff, med techs, caregivers, our meals 3x a day are delicious! Fun activities, exercise program every morning.

Welcoming, warm, fun, friendly great people (residents and workers) in a location better than no other. We are so blessed to have our parents here. [name removed] is so compassionate and has a great way with people. [name removed] is so kind and accommodating. Their service is invaluable.

Sister lived there with Mom, until Mom passed in [date removed]. The entire staff has surpassed our every hope with each new challenge presented by ours sisters cognitive decline. Now it’s time she moves to the Memory Care wing and we could not be more grateful. The facility, the food, the care are the best, but the love and care shown by the staff is the most appreciated. Pacificia Assisted Living is not only a wonderful residence, but the mental relief knowing your loved one could not be in better hands is immeasurable. I have lived at Park Lane for 17 years in chalet [unit number removed]. The garden was what brought me here. I have spent many hours and quite a bit of money on plants and outside labor to help make it beautiful. All the furniture, chairs, tables, umbrella, large batch of daisies were all donated by residents who live in nearby chalets. [name removed], who lived here was kind enough to help with the bird fountain, a small circle in the middle of the lawn and planted many things; and carrying donated patio and furniture. I love to water the flowers and lawn and it makes me happy. My years of volunteering in art classes, library, book club are over as I am now [age removed] years old.

Pacifica Northridge is one of the best place for clients to have a good life. Workers are amazing and helpful.

It is a great facility. They are welcoming and nice. Patients seem to love the place. It is their home and they all look content. They have many different activities each day which keeps residents occupied.

The facility is very welcoming with everyone. As soon as you walk in the ambience is warm, very clean, and peaceful. All residents look happy, employees are very patient and happy to assist residents. Enjoyed my time here.

This was the only prospective home for my mother that we felt comfortable with. From the moment we walked in, we could tell it would be a great home for her. The staff are all so nice, and the residents seem truly happy here. We are thrilled to have found this option so close to our own home.

Living here I feel safe, taken care of and grateful. Staff knows me personally and take care of my apartment, linen, and showering.

This has been an excellent experience for me. The staff are courtesy. The community is quiet. If you need something the staff are there to assist me with. The room, once a month housekeeping, utilities, and maintenance are included in the monthly rate. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests such as leaky toilets. The community serves two meals a day, and there are menus to choose from on what to eat. They serve the food to the residents. The meals are able to be delivered to the residents' room for an additional fee. The apartment has a small kitchen and there are laundry facilities in the building.

The love and care that each staff member has for their residents is outstanding. I was able to witness & feel the familial atmosphere open every visit. Each person goes above & beyond to care & support residents & their families I will forever be grateful for the care my mom received here @ Pacifica Millcreek.
