My father and mother were both in assisted living in Peoria AZ. Dad became in great need of memory care. Mom was not as severe as dad but definitely suffered from short term memory loss. They had been married for over 60 years and we knew we could not separate them. We did research on memory care living in the area. When my sister discovered Pacific Senior Living we knew our search had ended. Sadly after two years we lost our dad but mom continues to thrive in the beautiful setting amongst the wonderful caregivers of Pacifica Senior Living Peoria. Thanks to their wonderful Executive Director and welcoming staff for all of their help along the way.

My mom has had nothing but great care!! The communication from the Director and Community Relations Director have been phenomenal! My mom settled right in and made new friends right away! The staff are really good to her and the ratios are pretty good which I love! The cottages have a very homey feel with beautiful porches and patio furniture they can sit on and enjoy the outdoors or they can walk around! That was really important to me when choosing a place!! I wanted a place that felt like home and had freedom to go outside! I highly recommend Pacifica Peoria!

The staff was very friendly. Our first impression was wonderful. It seemed like there were a lot of activities, and the residents seemed very happy there. Our family member received great care. She originally went in as independent and ended up having to have assistance with medication, which they did a great job taking care of for her.

This is a building full of love . They have a amazing team right now.

To us the Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley community is just outstanding. What we really love about it is that not only does the staff care for our loved on, they care for all the other residents and even our family. We have not really been there when activities are going on but when we speak with [name removed] she tells us our loved one is participating. Based on our experience so far we would absolutely recommend Pacifica Senior Living to other families.

It was an exceptional living experience for my mother, from the daily care that she received to the meals. I never once heard her complain about the food, and she liked it so much she didn't really even use her little kitchenette. Her apartment was upgraded and really cute. You didn't feel like you were in a nursing facility at all. Her overall care was 1,000%. I was floored with how great Meridian was, especially compared to other places we experienced. I would recommend it to anybody.

Monte Vista Village has been the perfect place for my mother and father who are in their mid 90's and can live independently but appreciate being pampered with delicious meals prepared for them, excellent housekeeping and laundry service, on-site response should they need help, and plenty of amenities and activities to make life fun and interesting. The staff are friendly and accommodating and always respectful. The property is beautifully fashioned after an Hawaiian village with all residences arranged in cottage style buildings. My parents are very happy here and I feel very secure that they are well-cared for.

It is my pleasure to write this review as I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the staff at The Gardens of Escondido. [name removed] was most gracious and empathetic to my stressful circumstances in finding the best community for my 98-year-old mother. She was always available for questions and always had the answers and provided good direction. [name removed] was the first to meet and she was also most genuine and helpful. [name removed]and [name removed], the entire staff was so very helpful and was so with such aplomb. I highly recommend The Gardens at Escondido. Their professional yet passionate manner is most refreshing. Something you simply do not see any many businesses anymore.

Great spot for mom or pop. They’ve somehow managed to take someplace close to everything and make it set back and quiet. Staff is always pleasant, [name removed]& [name removed] are the best but everyone else is equally great.

The overall care was exceptional, compared to where my mother was prior.

I came to Victoria Court to take a tour and I instantly felt like I was at home. Residents and staff all greeted me when I entered. There was a lot going on, activities in the lobby and outside. Everyone was smiling and laughing. I would defiantly recommend this community to anyone looking for excellent memory care.

If you happen to be one of the lucky persons whose family, or you, individually, chose Chesapeake Place Senior Living as your new home, you are in for many great surprises! One of your very first encounters will be in our 5 star dining area. Everyone loves to be able to sit down and enjoy one of the many savory dishes prepared by our experienced chefs.....they prefer to be called cooks. Whatever you call them they know what they are doing. Labor Day, September 5th is a great day for a picnic type meal. Hot dogs, hamburgers, potato salad, and baked beans......and of course you can't forget the sweet tea. I'm a Pennsylvania Yankee and sweet tea was a new drink for me. Up north it was just iced tea. Today's meal for lunch was fried chicken, macaroni and cheese and corn/lima bean veggies with a cornbread bisquit. And seconds 're available....just ask one of the attendants who serve your table. Whatever the meal, breakfast, lunch or dinner I guarantee no disappointments.

Absolutely love the staff at Pacifica. EVERYONE we have interacted with has been nothing short of fantastic. They all have such a caring spirit and genuinely like what they do and the residents they care for. Shout outs go to; [name removed], the front desk, [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and so many others in memory care. …!

It’s a great place, so friendly and clean feels almost like home

We like the fact that it's light and airy. She has a nice view from her second floor window, which was really important to her. She also has an extra room, so she doesn't have to have her TV in her bedroom. She has some paintings hung in that extra room as well, and having that extra space makes her feel more like she's home vs. just living in a bedroom. The staff has been great. They're very friendly and look after her needs. She likes the dining service, although sometimes she gets a little tired of the food. She also likes using uses the hairdresser they bring in on-site.

Reviewed the premises, very well kept/clean. Excellent premises and upkeep.

My contact has been beyond patient with what is a difficult transition. The entire staff has made us feel welcome and made me feel confident in my father residing here.
