The facility is very affordable. The staff is very caring and attentive.

Mom loves the place, although she would rather still be with us she agrees it's a great place. There are quite a few activities, not all for mom, but a decent variety. The staff is great, very caring. I've seen the food and eaten there numerous times and I've enjoyed it every time.

I Visited Tampa Gardens today. They have one of the nicest nurses with tons of experiences, she and her care staff go above and beyond for her residents. The Chef has been there over 20 years! The Director is very welcoming and is very communicative. The renovations of this Community are very bright and welcoming. Highly recommend this Community. I would be happy for any of my loved ones to move here.

I would tell them to definitely visit it and see if it meets the needs of your family member. Overall it has been a great place for my mom. I just wish they would accommodate her dietary needs.

We came to see Pacifica for a relative who may need assisted living. We think she would be very comfortable here and we're glad we did a tour. It was a warm and welcoming atmosphere and we're glad we found a place close to us that our relative would feel comfortable in, should that time come.

We picked this community because, it met my criteria.The intake person, who answers all of your questions was very experienced, and they were able to help me plan on a financial level. Other facilities, don't help with the financial piece, and this person did. I am really happy. I would recommend to other families.

The reason that 4, 5, and 6 are N/A is that my mom never moved in. She suffered a set back and had to vacate her room and go to [community name removed] instead. I would like you to know that I would gladly recommend this community. It was a lovey experience that I enjoyed and I know my mother would have enjoyed as well. Wyndham Lakes provides a great value for the money, especially if you don't need the "shiny" and newness. The sales director that we worked with was lovely. A big plus at this facility is that if your loved one runs out of money, they will transition to Medicaid so then you do not have to move them out.

After my mom was evacuated to another facility temporarily, sales at Pacifica stepped up and arranged for her to live there, since she could not go back to her original facility. Sales staff at Pacifica went above and beyond to mover her, make sure she got comfortable, and took care of all necessary paperwork etc, quickly.

Unfortunately things started to go downhill for me when Covid hit and over the last two years I have gone downhill with my health as well. After moving in with my son for six months we decided that this move to Monte Vista village would be the best place for me. Not have I only found this to be a very pleasant place to live I have also made lifelong friends. It’s not just an over 55+ facility, it is also a place to enjoy special events we go shopping we go out to lunch, our doctors appointments are taking care of three days a week, and much more.

Once I placed [name removed] in Pacifica Springs her health improved tremendously. When she left the hospital I was told she would never walk again and would be wheelchair dependent . After PSL set her up with a visit from the hospice providers she made incredible strides. They removed her from medicines she didn't need and was walking with a walker in 2 weeks. Unfortunately she passed away there but the care and attention they gave her was worth it! I am forever grateful for the help they gave us.

For the time she was there, her room did not have the in-house cable in the contract, so we payed for Comcast. After meeting with the Executive Director, he agreed to move her to another room, but my sister decided to move. Other than not returning voicemails until about the third call, I would give them a 5 in all the other categories. They did refund us as promised under the contract terms.

When we went to first check out the Meridian at Laguna Hills we were very impressed with the community itself - you can tell they keep it extremely clean and well organized. They have different dining rooms and all of the staff are very friendly and do a good job keeping an eye on the residents. Based on the experience we have had so far we would definitely recommend them to other families.

I toured this community and it was very nice. Cleanliness and friendliness were great. I was looking for a Memory Care only facility, so wasn't the best fit for us. But it seemed like a nice place.

The thing that sticks out most to us about Pacifica Senior Living San Martin is just how friendly everybody is here.

The actual tour experience with Alta Vista Senior Living was great, but I was just not impressed with the facility itself.

Kenmore Senior Living is FANCY. It looks brand new. The atmosphere felt a little cold to me, but I didn't tour it long because I knew my mother wouldn't like it.

This has been perfect for my loved and for what I wanted for them. The staff are great to work with. The staff communication was been excellent anytime I have questions about my loved one. Some of the care includes medication management, dressing and bathing assistance, and hygiene care for my loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and there is a menu for the residents to see what is being served. There are activities for the residents to participate in.

Always a great time with our loved one. The staff is awesome.
