This building is beautiful! The staff always has a smile! They (residents) are always busy doing something, or going somewhere. The dining is like a four start restaurant. Great lighting, lovely table settings and often live music with meals.

Beautiful building. The grand piano on the first floor really took my breath away. There was someone playing and the floor was filled with residents and beautiful music.

These girls (staff) are so sweet here! Very helpful.!

I am so thankful for my loved one's care taker. She would talk to me for hours on the phone about how helpful she was, with not only her duties, but would also help with the dishes, cell phone and tablet, when I was not able to be there.

This was a very charming community. Very calm surrounding area being so close to Lutz, which is great! Lovely walking path around the building, taking you along the edge of the nature park and a small pond with turtles!

In the last year, you can see a big change in, not only the building, but the team! They really care about you and your loved one.

My loved one loves this community and I'm so thankful that he could live his last days in such a warm and caring environment.

I can not tell you how great this place is! I've lived here for a few years now and it only gets better. The food is fantastic!

My loved one lives in this community and she loves all of the activity going on. She has been shopping, out to lunch, and the cocktail hour, every Friday. The cocktail hour is always so much fun with the live music.

The care, both emotionally and medially, have been exceptional from everyone at Tampa Gardens. The food and activities are exceptional. The community and grounds are well kept.

The building is set up like a little town. Right when you walk in there are "streets" and then rooms are set up like little buildings. For example the snack room is called the snack shop. They also have a hair salon. It is a great set up! We liked that there were maybe 1 or 2 people who took care of mom instead of rotating staff every single day. She was able to be comfortable with those few people and build a relationship with them. She loved that fact that every time you did an activity you got a snack or goody. She said she had actually gained weight because she was eating so well, she loved the food. If she did not care for what they were serving, there was always an alternative they could make. I would definitely recommend to others looking. As far as cost goes, it was the least expensive of any of the facilities that we toured, the most friendly, and we felt they worked the best with us. When she was ready to go in, she got sick and had to go into the hospital. They actually came to the hospital and met with her and talked with the nurses and held her room for almost a month at the facility, we were so grateful. We were extremely pleased with the whole experience, it was wonderful. When she passed they were so supportive and kind to our whole family. I cannot think of a better place to have a loved one.

It is a nice place, food is good. I love my room. The staff come help me when I need it. I have friends to eat with. It is comfortable. Best meal is ravioli stuffed with cheese, tender ribs, Mac n cheese, chocolate pie. The Administrator [name removed] helps me all the time with different things I need.

I'm very pleased with the help and assistance of the staff in the transition of my loved one to Pacifica.

My mother moved into Pacifica Escondido in October. It has been a hard transition for her but it is now December and my mother is settling in to her new home nicely. I have been amazed with the patient and caring staff. They have bent over backwards to be helpful!

So happy we found Pacifica for our mom! This place has been great along with all of the staff. We couldn’t be happier to have her in a safe happy environment. We also appreciate the amenities in this facility like the salon, movie room and activity room.

Nice place to move Mom into. She has a very nice (and large) one bedroom apartment with a patio and rose garden to work in. Great staff, and management is great at addressing any little issue that may come up. Centrally located yet nice, park-like private yard is the view from her windows.

The facility has been under renovation so that affects the overall feel but the staff has been amazing. As s family member, I appreciate getting messages informing us of anything happening there.
