My mother-in-law has been living at Pacifica Northridge for almost 4 years. I can't express how important they are to our lives, making her comfortable, watching over her the same way the family does. We truly feel that her caregivers are part of our lives and they keep us informed about how she's doing every day, and if she needs anything. They've helped us to stay close to her and her to have a full life as she grows older and her cognition wanes. Thank God for Pacifica Northridge and all they do for our family and my mother-in-law.

Beautiful grounds and lovely staff that are very professional and helpful. I enjoy being a part of this community. They even have onsite physical and occupational therapy services which is first class.

The management answered all our questions and truly care! Clean, lots of activities and very thoughtful. This is the best place I’ve found for my parents!

I moved my parents to Pacifica Northridge in September 2020. They had been in assisted living in Ventura County. My sisters and I realized that then needed to be in a community that had a better understanding of cognitive decline. My aunt lived at Pacifica Northridge 7 years earlier and was well taken care of. My sisters and were happy for the day our parents move in. We experience the passing of dad and the staff was amazing. So loving and caring. Mom is missing dad after 66 years together. The staff is there for mom. She can be difficult at times but they make it seem ok. I just love that we moved to Pacifica Northridge and love the compassion of the staff. The transitional assisted living is perfect for those with early stage dementia. Oh yes and the food is really good. Thank you everyone at Pacifica Northridge

My dad has been a resident in the community since 2019. He loves the friendly, dedicated and caring staff. He is well cared for and enjoys the many amenities; the pool, exercise classes, and he has even taken up painting and crafts! It is not uncommon to find groups of residents in the lobby after dinner playing cards or visiting with each other. The residents genuinely care for each other and the staff. This is a special place and I am so glad my dad is here.

I love living at Pacifica Sunrise because I met a great mom who befriended me. We attend activities together and enjoy the other residents.

Since moving to Pacifica. I have made a lot of friends & became more active. I enjoy living here and made great friends as well.

We did a tour with the Marketing Director. She was outstanding. The community was beautiful, clean, and caring staff. Sales Director was compassionate and guided us in the right direction. She is a true asset to Pacifica. I highly recommend this community.

I just wanted to extend my thanks for every staff member being so kind and attentive. I have never been to this location before and when I came to visit a patient, every person I came in contact with was so pleasant, helpful and kind. Thank you so much for having such amazing people in the building. Their care extends beyond the residents!

I live in the Denver area and wanted to take a vacation to San Diego-- my favorite spot to visit, I reside in an Assisted Living Community and was able to make arrangements at Monte Vista Village for a two week stay that met my care needs. I was very pleased with the facilities. The food was good; the Caregivers were excellent; and the grounds were beautiful.

Wonderful facility! Everyone is nice and truly great from touring the facility to move in. [name removed] went above and beyond! We had a unique situation where my loved one was out of state and trying to coordinate calls/appointments were challenging. But [name removed] made it seamless and all possible. Thank you!!!
