The food looks good and healthy. The activities were extraordinary. The value is great compared to other places. We picked this community because when we toured it, they were very friendly, gracious, it was clean, there was no smell and the residents were well taken care of. The care received was amazing. They were attentive, kind, compassionate, and I have nothing negative to say. I would highly recommend. It's an amazing facility.

The interaction with the staff is very good. They take trips on the bus/van to go to other places. Sometimes they have birthday parties, and different things going on for the residents. It's expensive. We picked this place because, it was a better fit for my loved one and because the staff were very enthusiastic. I feel like I made the right choice.

The food is really good here, they try to accommodate everyone. Pacifica is friendly and kind. I really enjoy the activities. We all enjoy when [name removed] our bus driver sings. The programs are great. I would recommend Pacifica anytime.

Excellent food, sometimes even outstanding, sometimes average. Staff ar friendly, helpful, and cheerful. A wide variety of activities is offered to appeal to residents of different levels of physical and mental agility. Socializing among residents is encouraged. I feel safe and comfortable here and cared about and appreciated. Residents and staff are part of my extended family.

The staff here really makes a great effort to make everyone as comfortable. We needed a more functionable sleeping situation and [name removed] and her associates found a bed for us. It's not an easy task to move beds around but the staff made it happen. Very grateful to the whole staff. Thank you Monte Vista!!!!

If you need a place that is a safe haven for when you're old, this is a great place to be. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make the resident's lives easier. The community allows pets. The food is really good, and has improved since other family had been there. There is fresh hand-made soup each day as one of the courses. Breakfast they have a special entrée and then anything you can think of. Lunch and Dinner there is always soups, salads, vegetable dishes and two entrees to choose from. If a resident doesn't like the options there is anytime menu to choose from. There are several activities available for the residents to participate in. There is a Vespers meetings, writer's club, entertainment, happy hour, and more are some of the activities to choose from. There is also a gym to work out in. The community also does have transportation available for the residents to go to the store when needed. The community has free communal laundry areas for the residents to use. There is weekly housekeeping to change the bed linens, clean the floors and bathrooms.

The facility was very easy to get to and the staff were courteous. I was not as impressed with this facility based off of what I saw during the tour. It seemed dirty and was just not on the same level as others that we toured.

One thing I wish is that there were a few more activities for the Memory Care residents. We picked this community because, of cost, location, ease of parking, and expected activities.

My mother has been living here for 8 months. She is very settled in and enjoying life at Chesapeake Place. She especially loves spending time on the porch in the fresh air with the companionship of others. She is very satisfied with the meals and her dining eating in the dining room and interacting with her friends. On Tuesdays she goes to the salon , she uses the library as she loves to read. The best part is the daily care from the staff, they are so pleasant and caring and know her and her needs, which is a real comfort for us, her family. This is the best place to live.

They are very engaging and such a loving staff! It seems very clean and the food always smells amazing! I have sampled it a couple of times and it was delicious! They do have great activities and even take the memory care out on field trips!

My mom is doing pretty well at Chesapeake place. I wish she would do more of the activities but that's on her. Staff seems very friendly and takes care of my questions. I appreciate that.

[Name removed] always helps me with my father and assist us with any of our needs. She goes above and beyond to listen to my dads needs and make sure he is happy at Chesapeake Place! My dad is not always in the best of moods but she willmake him laugh every time. She assisted us from my very first stop to view the facility. Always full of information to help! Pacifica is absolutely a wonderful Senior Living Community. All the staff and nurses are very friendly. The administration office [name removed] and [name removed] are knowledgeable and helpful. My uncle is been taking good care by all the staff. We are very happy to have our loved one there
