I am happy to move my mom and dad into Mission Villa it's a great memory care community.

I toured Mission Villa, I'm so excited about moving my mom there, a beautiful community.

Thank you so much for the love and care you provide to [name removed]. Dad will be missed and never forgotten. So many good memories. More than once [name removed] shared how well the staff took care of him. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you all!

Our family had a virtual tour with the facility, and even though it is not the same as an in person experience it was still good. The communication virtually was straight forward with no gray areas or confusion.

From what we were we able to see of the community it was very clean, and based off the menu we saw the food looked to be pretty good. We do believe just based off the schedule and calendar they had plenty of activities to offer. Overall for what they offered and the price that we paid we do think the value was good, and if our loved one was just a little more pleasant and more involved we really think they would of enjoyed their time.

We chose Meridian at Westwood because everyone was friendly and it looked like the lobby of a hotel when you walk in. It was also in a good location. They have been great with communication, they send emails frequently to keep us updated. It is good all the way around I would recommend.

The nurses, the office staff and the front desk that work they love my mother. I don't have to worry about seeing my loved one each day, as the staff are so wonderful. There is always communication with the staff even on their time off.

The community is neat and clean and the other residents are friendly. The staff is also very friendly and the food is good also. Communication could be better and I would like to be more informed about the community.

Let me qualify that we've not had experiences with other communities, and our entire experience at Pacifica was during Covid. But I found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant, especially the receptionists. The director was a good communicator. They were very, very good to my loved ones here. On the memory care side, the aides were very attentive. They continued to have activities in their gathering room to help with memory care specifically. But they were not offering activities on the assisted living side. We didn't have a lot of opportunity to go in, but from what I cold see, it looked clean.

WE chose Atria because it was a very nice environment and the staff members here were excellent, friendly, and they took care of all of my needs. The room sizes here were decent and enough space for what I needed. I was very pleased with this facility and I would recommend them to anybody who needs care.

They have been great from start to finish. We have enjoyed the clean community gracious workers and high-end food. The residents have been welcoming through the process too. We look forward to the continued care for my father at The Woodmark.

I do recommend Pacifica Senior Living for anyone's parents that are looking for a good care and a clean environment to live in. Very clean.

Pacifica Senior Living at Millcreek is a community of seniors that provides a safe and comfortable home and numerous activities to meet physical, social and intellectual, and spiritual needs. One is able to find assistance with demands that are challenging so there is more time spent in activities important to you.

[name removed] was thorough, friendly, and has answers to my questios. Staff I met were smiling and friendly.

Beautiful facility and grounds. Staff is very professional and extremely helpful.

So far everyone has been wonderful. [name removed] was so helpful. The nurses are sport on with my mom's meds. Thank you for caring for my mom.

Park Lane is a very nice facility, it just had a more nice hotel like feel to it and we were looking for something more homey.

My only regret is that I waited 2 years to move to this amazing senior facility!! No matter the time of day, the staff is so special, sweet, and accommodate the elderly with e utmost love, caring, respect as we go through our twilight years!! So much patience I don't know how they do it!! I hope this company realizes the asset they have with such employees!! Thank you all!!

Very clean, great aides. Very nice to my husband. He likes the food.
