I choose this community due to the friendliness, cleanliness, condition of the property and knowledge of the staff. They have had some transition and there were times responses were delayed. My loved one seems to be responding well to the food.

[name removed] was excellent. Warm and friendly Personality. I like the way she greets and embraces the residents who also in turn greets her just as warmly. She stops and inquired about their wellbeing. Although the facility is being renovated it us very clean and inviting. [name removed] commented on the lighting which makes the rooms look so inviting. [name removed] addressed [name removed] questions even though he asked the same question multiple times in a short period. The atmosphere is inviting. The pricing seems reasonable.I would highly recommend this facility.

Even though I did not know one person when I moved here, I now have many new friends. I have a beautiful apartment, the grounds are beautiful, all executives and staff are superior, great activities, delicious cuisine. I am extremely happy here and rate it 10 star!!

The residents at Wyndham Lakes are very nice, and the staff members are very nice. This community is the perfect balance between independent living and assisted living. Our loved one has a sense of independence, but still get's her appointment cleaned once a week, which she is very proud of her apartment. Every time we visit even if it is a surprise, her apartment is on point. They have done a great job getting everyone vaccinated, and our loved one has participated in a lot of activities which has been the most pleasant surprise. She goes to mass every Sunday, they take the residents grocery shopping. She plays card games, bingo and listens to the live singing groups that come to play. She does say sometimes the meals are to small of portions, but they also have an alternate menu in case you do not like what the chef is serving for that day.

I am thrilled with the staff, the place, and the amenities. I cannot wait for my sister to enjoy everything in her new home.

We met with the director for our tour at Pacifica. It was an extremely nice facility, very upscale, definitely high end. I was impressed with it, but it was not cheap. Where I came into a problem was it was not all-inclusive. And I knew my loved one was going to need some assistance with a couple of ADLs. So we chose an all-inclusive community where we've been very happy.

I thought Hollywood Hills was a beautiful community. The studio was perfect. The balcony allowed for the perfect breeze to enter the unit. We are thrilled to have our mom move into this community.

The community is nice and we enjoy it here. There is nothing that stands out to me to complain about it. The food has a good variety. They have bingo, exercise calls, Wii bowling, and some other activities available. I wish they had a few more; however, the pandemic has stopped some of these. I like the layout of the building, and on both sides of the community they have a floor to ceiling window with great views. It makes it feels bigger than it is due to the views and windows. This is one of the features that sold us on the community.

I had a close friend living at this community and they loved it. I decided to take a look and everyone is so friendly. We are moving my mother in this week. [name removed] answered all of my questions and made a tough decision much easier.

The Easter festivities on Saturday was super fun. Getting to see my dad and listen to live music while enjoying treats like popcorn and cotton candy was a blast. I brought my 4 year old daughter and she really enjoyed getting to take pictures with the Easter bunny and eating the candy. Looking at everyone's faces you could tell that everyone was having fun with their loved ones.

Very nice setting with plenty of beautiful green grounds for residents to walk through with a gazebo for relaxing outdoors. Clean, spacious, and modern facilities. Pleasant staff. Plenty of organized entertainment for the residents.

Since this whole pandemic started and you were put in lockdown [name removed] has worked extremely hard doing activities for the residents and Facetime and Zoom calls with family members. When the "wall" visits started he coordinated all the visits to give each family special time with their loved ones and still hosted Zoom and Facetime for families that couldn't do "wall" visits. When my sister and niece came from CA to visit he gave her an extra 15 minutes which meant the world to them. He continually sends me (and I am sure other families) pictures of my mom and posts numerous things on Facebook as well (at least I think it's him that does the FB posts). When I arrived today for my visit he had just finished a family visit-returned that resident to her cottage-cleaned the screen and off he went to get my mom. Steve always has a smile on his face when the families are visiting and he truly cares for all the residents and is a huge asset to Pacifica. I hope you will consider him for the next Employee of the Month!
