We are excited for mom to return to her friends at Pacifica. We moved her home when COVID happened. We were happy with the team at Pacifica that we didn't need to look elsewhere when it came time for her to return. Looking forward to all the fun we will have again.

[Name Removed] was very professional and accommodating. Ascend Hospice was here to do an inservice on bloodborne pathogens. Staff is very friendly and receptive.

Review of Pacifica Senior Living Peoria
Since this whole pandemic started and you were put in lock down Steve has worked extremely hard doing activities for the residents and Face time and Zoom calls with family members. When the "wall" visits started he coordinated all the visits to give each family special time with their loved ones and still hosted Zoom and Face time for families that couldn't do "wall" visits. When my sister and niece came from CA to visit he gave her an extra 15 minutes which meant the world to them. He continually sends me (and I am sure other families) pictures of my mom and posts numerous things on Facebook as well (at least I think it's him that does the FB posts). When I arrived today for my visit he had just finished a family visit-returned that resident to her cottage-cleaned the screen and off he went to get my mom. Steve always has a smile on his face when the families are visiting and he truly cares for all the residents and is a huge asset to Pacifica. I hope you will consider him for the next Employee of the Month!

Review of The Park Lane
Location in Monterey is very convenient. The surrounds are beautiful with nice big windows and most rooms have a view-some of the bay. The dining room is cheerful and my mother-in-law enjoys the food. The staff make take the time to get to know you and are helpful.

My mom has been a resident at Pacifica for the past 2 years. From the first day, we walked in for a tour and ever since, I haven't seen my mom this happy in years.
