The Easter festives on Saturday were super fun. Getting to see my dad and listen to live music while enjoying treats like popcorn and cotton candy was a blast. I brought my 4 year old daughter and she really enjoyed getting to take pictures with the Easter bunny and eating the cotton candy. Looking at everyone's faces, you could tell that everyone was having fun with their loved ones.

Very nice setting with plenty of beautiful green grounds for residents to walk through with a gazebo for relaxing outdoors. Clean, spacious and modern facility. Pleasant staff, plenty of organized entertainment for the residents.

We chose Pacifica senior living because of proximity to what my parents were currently doing at that time and also the staff members. I worked with [named removed] for a year and a half before my parents actually moved into the facility. They are kind, thoughtful, helpful and I did not at all feel pressured and I felt like they really truly cared. They have a pool here and that has been a huge plus and was a great selling point for them. I would highly recommend to others looking.

Since this whole pandemic started and you were put in lockdown [name removed] has worked extremely hard doing activities for the residents and Facetime and Zoom calls with family members. When the "wall" visits started he coordinated all the visits to give each family special time with their loved ones and still hosted Zoom and Facetime for families that couldn't do "wall" visits. When my sister and niece came from CA to visit he gave her an extra 15 minutes which meant the world to them. He continually sends me (and I am sure other families) pictures of my mom and posts numerous things on Facebook as well (at least I think it's him that does the FB posts). When I arrived today for my visit he had just finished a family visit-returned that resident to her cottage-cleaned the screen and off he went to get my mom. [name removed] always has a smile on his face when the families are visiting and he truly cares for all the residents and is a huge asset to Pacifica. I hope you will consider him for the next Employee of the Month!

From our understanding our loved one seems to enjoy the meals, and it really stood out to us because it is memory care only facility. The facility is designed and set up in a way that looks like separate houses, so each residents has their own smaller building with only one level and a staff that is pretty much dedicated to those certain residents. It feels less institutional and more like a home.

Thank you for the care provided to my mother. I wish i could have cared for her myself, but since i could not, i am glad we had all of you to help.

I am so grateful for Pacifica. Trying to get my mother a caring and safe placement during covid era was very challenging. Pacifica's staff, especially [named removed] made the difficulties manageable.

I chose this community for my loved one based upon the individual units, beautiful court yard and setting. The staff is professional, positive to all our loved ones needs and concerns.

The family and I feel very comfortable with our loved ones being at Pacifica Vacaville. The community is fantastic.
