My dad has been in assisted living at Astoria Park for the past 5 months. What I like about Astoria Park is that it is large enough to have the amenities, offerings and activities that one would want, yet it is not too big. Its size allows for a comfortable feel, and for the residents to get to know one another and get to know the staff, without feeling like they are in a massive senior living complex. It has a comfortable and cozy feel. The residents are a nice and friendly group of people. The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. They give a personal touch to care. The staff have some flexibility with the care plans to accomodate differing needs of the residents. The independent hairdresser who comes in to the salon on premises is super nice and seems to have a knack for developing a great rapport with the residents.

We have been looking for the perfect assisted living placement for my Mother In Law and we found it in Sunny Rose Glen. The moment we entered the lobby we knew this was the place for our Mom. We were greeted by staff with smiles and graciousness. It had such a peaceful homey feeling. We have had the pleasure to work directly with [name removed] and [name removed] on coordinating my Mother In Laws move in —they have been very supportive, informative and comforting during this family transition. We are so excited for my Mother in Law to call Sunny Rose Glen Home.

My mom has been fighting cancer and with her treatments she has been struggling with getting to appointments and making her own food at night. We decided to get her some help. Montage Hills sales manager Sydney was contacted by A Place For Mom. [name removed] got us on a tour the next day. Found two choices within my mom’s price range!! Was able to evaluate my mom right away!!! They found her a room to stay in until her perm I ate room was available!!! Allowed my sister and I time to move her into her new room and downsize with no stress and worries about mom’s care!!! Took my mom to her cancer treatment, picked her up, brought her her dinner to her room!!! Everything was easy and stress free!!! Because of their great care my mom has transitioned easily and is already feeling more at home!!! [name removed] is amazing!!!?????? The entire team has a medical plan to help my mom with nutrition, pain management, cancer drugs and my mom doesn’t have to worrie about anything!!! THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!!

The activities are well rounded for all physical abilities. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The dining room offers soup daily and a vast variety of daily specials. They also have a menu for people who just want a cheeseburger! There are at least 5 activities every day which makes for an active, exciting community.

I am very happy living here for 4 years. The activities are wonderful and very enjoyable. The menu variety is very good and delicious. The care service is very good and dependable. The staff is very friendly and easily approachable. Best value!

I definitely would recommend this facility. It's a very nice place. The food is great, I've actually had lunch with my dad several times. The kitchen staff are all so nice and accommodating, you actually feel like you're in a restaurant getting great service. [Name removed] is probably one of the nicest employees there, if you can't get something done ask [Name removed]. She'll get it done right away, she's on the ball. The residents are all very nice. Our family feels very relieved to know that our dad is in a safe place and is fed very well and well taken care of.

When to a Christmas party at the villa had a wonderful time. They make my mother feel very at home there. We live only 5.2 miles from the villa. So we visit about 2 times a week. Always clean always wonderful. The staff top-notch I would recommend them any given day..

Brookdale Chatsworth feels like home. Not only is the staff caring and friendly, the residents reach out to each other. The meals are good and there is flexibility to order "off menu". A variety of activities and outings are available. Residents have input into what is offered. Thursday afternoon themed Happy Hour with live entertainment is quite popular. My mother was quite concerned about moving from her home of 67 years. In a very short time she felt at home at Brookdale Chatsworth.

I have seen such an improvement with my mom since she's been a resident. The staff is so helpful and nice I couldn't be more grateful to have my mom here.

I've been at Santa Anita Assisted Living for a little over a month and I can feel comfortable saying that I've been treated to feel at home here. The nurse and staff are all very kind and caring.

I enjoy living here most of the time. When I wake up, it's hard to stay awake. The food is good. We have exercise and good activites. We have good parties.

The warm staff greeted me to make me feel so welcomed. The activity schedule sounded so fun. Well organized programing and clean. I was so impressed when I came to visit. Highly recommend.
