Having checked and looked for almost a year, my daughter found the villas. I walked in the door and was welcomed with smiles and a feeling of sincere welcome. I'll tell anyone this is my home. 5 stars to the staff, each and every one of them. This is truly a place for this mom.

My client is a wonderful 75 year old lady who is highly educated and respected in her community. Unfortunately she was terribly injured and requires some extra assistance in her activities of daily living. She was staying at a skilled nursing facility for her injuries, but their treatment had completed and she had nowhere to go. We called Astoria and asked for an emergency housing for my client. In less than two hours, Astoria Park made arrangements for my client to become a new resident and seamlessly integrated her into their program the moment we arrived. My client was provided a large, clean, and presentable room. The other residents all came to greet my client and made friends with her. Its a very welcoming community and the facilities are top-notch and high quality. It felt like we were in a resort/hotel. There are multiple lounges and patios. I highly recommend this community.
