The interior needs an update. The experience was better than expected. Based on comparison to other facilities the price was good for what you get. They did seem a bit short staffed. Disappointed they didn't have memory care so we had to pull my mom out. I felt a majority of the residence were happy there.

The staff are what stand out about Paramount House the most! I can't say enough great things about them. Everyone treats you and your family like your part of their family. I would not hesitate to recommend them. My mother in law does not speak but they find ways to communicate with her. She is relaxed there. They assist with her eating needs.

The staff in Memory Care are outstanding, very kind, helpful and know how to work with dementia residents. They called me when my husband fell and when he has an outburst etc. [Name removed], the move-in manager, made the move easy and uneventful. The meals and special parties are exceptional.
