I like it here a lot especially the staff.

My experiences have been great. I appreciate their concern and I don't want to cause a problem.

All staff are hard workers. They do the best that they can. They are here for us. Just ask!

Activites very good. Have a lot of fun.

The interior needs an update. The experience was better than expected. Based on comparison to other facilities the price was good for what you get. They did seem a bit short staffed. Disappointed they didn't have memory care so we had to pull my mom out. I felt a majority of the residence were happy there.

All of the staff are very nice and helpful to me, makes me happy.

The staff are what stand out about Paramount House the most! I can't say enough great things about them. Everyone treats you and your family like your part of their family. I would not hesitate to recommend them. My mother in law does not speak but they find ways to communicate with her. She is relaxed there. They assist with her eating needs.

Front desk, CG, med techs, and other personnel are very welcoming and professional. Facility is very clean and organized. Great communication, professionalism, and management. Would recommend facility for family and loved ones.

I absolutely love this facility. My loved one has been here since July 2023. I have always been extremely happy with all of the staff in all departments. I would highly recommend to everyone.

The staff in Memory Care are outstanding, very kind, helpful and know how to work with dementia residents. They called me when my husband fell and when he has an outburst etc. [Name removed], the move-in manager, made the move easy and uneventful. The meals and special parties are exceptional. I definitely would recommend the facility to others.

My brother was a resident at Windchime of Chico and everything was great for him. I am so grateful for the care that he received at this facility.

My dad has been in assisted living at Astoria Park for the past 5 months. What I like about Astoria Park is that it is large enough to have the amenities, offerings and activities that one would want, yet it is not too big. Its size allows for a comfortable feel, and for the residents to get to know one another and get to know the staff, without feeling like they are in a massive senior living complex. It has a comfortable and cozy feel. The residents are a nice and friendly group of people. The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. They give a personal touch to care. The staff have some flexibility with the care plans to accomodate differing needs of the residents. The independent hairdresser who comes in to the salon on premises is super nice and seems to have a knack for developing a great rapport with the residents.

We have been looking for the perfect assisted living placement for my Mother In Law and we found it in Sunny Rose Glen. The moment we entered the lobby we knew this was the place for our Mom. We were greeted by staff with smiles and graciousness. It had such a peaceful homey feeling. We have had the pleasure to work directly with [name removed] and [name removed] on coordinating my Mother In Laws move in —they have been very supportive, informative and comforting during this family transition. We are so excited for my Mother in Law to call Sunny Rose Glen Home.

My mom has been fighting cancer and with her treatments she has been struggling with getting to appointments and making her own food at night. We decided to get her some help. Montage Hills sales manager Sydney was contacted by A Place For Mom. [name removed] got us on a tour the next day. Found two choices within my mom’s price range!! Was able to evaluate my mom right away!!! They found her a room to stay in until her perm I ate room was available!!! Allowed my sister and I time to move her into her new room and downsize with no stress and worries about mom’s care!!! Took my mom to her cancer treatment, picked her up, brought her her dinner to her room!!! Everything was easy and stress free!!! Because of their great care my mom has transitioned easily and is already feeling more at home!!! [name removed] is amazing!!!?????? The entire team has a medical plan to help my mom with nutrition, pain management, cancer drugs and my mom doesn’t have to worrie about anything!!! THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!!

We picked this community because of the cleanliness and excellent service from staff was the primary reason.

I have been very satisfied living here for the last 2 years.
