I enjoy going to [name removed] groups, she always has fun activities for all the residents, staff and caregivers are always helpful and willing to help out all residents according to their needs. I enjoy living at Highland Manor and I would recommend to other people.

I live here. It is a nice place, good for anyone who needs help with activities of daily living.

Facility provides exceptional care for their residents. The ED is professional and wonderful to work with culturing on environment that is warm and loving for residents. Her communication is consistent and in loving and her background in social work assists residents with a very helpful level of care.

The community is very nice and beautiful but what really sets it over the bar are the people! They are very kind and friendly and listen very intently to the needs of the resident and how they can make them the most comfortable. Not only that, they make sure you feel comfortable with everything they are doing for your loved ones. The residents are also sweet!

I visit my friend often, I find it beautiful that all the residents look out for each other. My friend is very happy since they moved in small and lovely community.

I went to go visit my uncle for the holidays and the environment was beautiful. They has a movie playing with same not chocolate and the fire place. The director [name removed] was such a delight, kitchen served such a great dinner. I am very happy and pleased that my uncle is liking here.

It's December 2024; the sun is brief but beautiful and there is nothing but smiles at Paramount House. When I first found that I would be coming to Paramount the first thing I asked about was a Piano. The staff and everyone here gather around so I can play for them. The best thing about this place is they really make me feel like I belong, and they'll make you feel that way too.

When our mother needed more help we found Paramount House. The staff helped greatly with getting our minds in the right place before moving her. They made her move easy and have worked to integrate her there. The staff is excellent. When issues occur, they correct them right away. We are verry happy with her there. And she also enjoys living there.

Mom was accepted to Paramount House about three months ago. She began to feel safe right away and has been adjusting to the new environment and making friends. All the involved personnel are very nice and helpful. She also likes the cooking!

The Community Relations Director is awesome. She is very caring, accommodating and professional. When I toured the property, she answered all of my questions which helped me make the decision to place my Dad at Paramount. 5 stars in every category!

My father has been a resident at Paramount House senior living for 16 months. He feels safe at Paramount House. I am so grateful for the care and safety the staff provides. Everyone is so kind and helpful.

I love the staff. This place brings a lot of camaraderie. We always have different activities to enjoy and participate in. There are also new and different foods to try. Did I mention I love our care partners?

The staff, servers, med-techs, and caregivers are all very professional and friendly. I like that even when get help here I can still keep my privacy and independence. The Directors are also awesome and always willing to lend a hand.

My mother love's living here she says it's a delight every time. She in activities and she enjoys participating.

Since [date removed]. I have visited and helped my neighbor. 1 to 4 times a week. Everyone here has been warm and helpful including director front desk, bus driver qmaps nurses caregiver fining room.

My experience has been "positive" so far. Everyone that is employee with Woodlake Legacy does their "very best" to provide the care "via" all the their community staff make that happen. Thank you!!! However, I remain hopeful that you facility will have ONLY employee and "NO AGENCY STAFF" one day!!
