99% people here are extremely helpful and friendly. There are some staff that will go out of their way to assist with my loved one's care and getting for them and accommodating the family's requests as well. There are times that I have to remind them to do housekeeping for my loved one, along with some maintenance requests. They send texts and emails with pictures of my loved one participating in activities. This is the best community I have seen around the area. There are all types of meals served each day. The resident is able to request on demand meals as well, any type of meal. The community is very clean and there is never any smell to it when visiting.

I like living at Rockynol the location is good - close to stores & hospitals. Also; close to fitness center as well as here at Rockynol. Also; I feel safe here - that is very important.

I like living at Rockynol. The location is good. Close to stores, medical and hospitals. Also, close to Fitness Center as well as here at Rockynol. Also, close to the fitness center as well as here at Rocknal also. I feel safe here. That is very important.

This has been a good place for my loved one. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are supportive of the family and residents. This is a new community that is clean, and the protocols have been great. They have allowed families to visit the residents during the pandemic.

The facility was very nice and I heard great things about them. They were kind of cagey about answering my questions about the process for medicaid which is why we went with another facility.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Menus are a good choice of food and tastes good.

Of all the places I visited I think that this is the best place for me. They keep us well informed and up to date but communication overall could be better I would recommend this community to others.

Great place to live. Mother had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with dinner included for about $3,800/month. My mother passed away after nearly 20 years there. But be cautious if your spouse or relative passes away while living there. If the monthly rent taken automatically out of a financial account, Breckenridge village will still pull out the rent even after the individual passes. This is particularly problematic if there is a refund due and the estate has been set up in such a way that estate probate is not required. Breckenridge will only return any refund due payable to the ESTATE [removed] The banking system in Ohio snow requires you to open the estate and set up an estate account to deposit and cash the check... Fee of $200 required. No mind that they organization saw fit to withdraw the funds from the deceased's account but find themselves unable to return the same funds to that same account and submit a bill for the actual rent due. Your best procedure is to stop all financial account withdraws or just close the account.

We toured this community for care. We were not happy with the staff.since they could not answer a lot of the questions that we had. The community was clean and we liked the environment for my mom. They offered activities that might have been helpful. We suggest that other families tour this community for the options of care for a loved one

I toured this community for my father, and his. My tour guide was there on time. She was very kind, and helpful. She showed me all around the community, and everything looked good. I did not feel this was the right fit for my father, and his needs. However our tour was a good experience.

This community had a lot to offer when we toured it. The staff we met were friendly and knowledgeable. The community looked clean and well taken care of. This community was just a little to far away for us.

My father is slowly adjusting to the big change of moving into a new place, but the other residents are helping him a lot. They are encouraging him to join activities and have a good time. The staff is very nice as well. The maintenance is very responsive. The meals provided are great, but they only serve 2 meals a day and I wish they would serve 3 or extend the dining hours to better accommodate the resident's schedules.

My mother actually worked as a volunteer when here when she was younger. She was in for rehab and loved it. The place was always very clean and the nurses were very attentive. They would take her to the bathroom when she needed it and helped however they could. We never had any problems, it's a great place.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Dorothy Love Retirement is a very nice place overall, and was definitely near the top of our list. The staff we met were friendly and professional, and the facility itself was well kept and clean.
