Me and my wife live at the Oaks at Eagles Landing. We are so happy to call it home. The staff is amazing, people are friendly and food is great. Glad to call it home.

I moved into the Oaks at Eagles Landing in April and just love the community. Everyone is friendly, the community is beautiful. Food is amazing!

The Oaks at Eagles Landing offers independent living cottages. Beautiful! These cottages are amazing with two bedrooms, two baths, and one car garage. This side of town has needed a community like this for a long time. It comes with a club house and amenities. I good to live care free and enjoy life. Definitely a must see!!

I toured the community looking for Assisted Living and was amazed at all the amenities they offer. The staff was very friendly, community very clean, food was out standing. I have toured other communities in the area and this one is the best. Signed my mom up and looking forward to her having a wonderful stay.

My mother-in-law has resided in the memory care unit of The Oaks at Hampton for many years and has received wonderful care. The positive attitude of the staff starts at the top and filters through to the entire staff. The facility is very well maintained and many activities are hosted for the residents. Special events to include families are held several times throughout the year. We checked out other facilities when the need arose. This one was the obvious best choice and we have never felt a need to look anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I think this is a great place for my loved one. The outdoor section is very welcoming for the residents. The community has a pleasant smell. They are making changes with the employees in the memory care as well as the community overall. The community is very clean. The staff overall is very nice and friendly. They even took photos of my loved one and sent them to me to allow me to see what my loved one was up to, since I wasn't able to visit for a month. They were very helpful in getting insurance set up for my loved one to be able to pay the bills.

The staff has been really friendly and have made my mom feel really welcome. She raves about the food as well. The facility is clean and the couple of maintenance requests that she has had was immediately taken care of.

This community was not as clean and did not smell very good at all. It smelled like a hospital and just did not give us that feeling that we were looking for. The tour was great and they showed everything and made sure we had all of the information that we needed. Everyone was nice and things were great we just didn't get the right feel for it and my loved one liked another community.

The staff have been excellent, the administrator there has been very helpful with us and any needs. I would highly recommend this community. So far we have been very happy with everything here at this community. They have activities like going out to supper, they had an Easter service that they invited the family to with a resident choir that sang. They also have bingo and other games to keep the residents busy and active in the community. Everyone seems to be very happy here.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience, the community was very clean and the staff were all super friendly.

My Husband and I moved into Hampton to be closer to family and get stronger with the rehab that they offer at the community. The atmosphere here is like being at home for us. The Staff truly cares and wants to get to know you and spend time with you. Even if they are not helping take care of us, they take the time to visit and say hi. There is always something going on and we never have a dull moment.

I was in long term care as an administrator for Alzheimer's for years and the one thing that sticks out about this facility since I have the experience is the staff members. They are the best that I have seen and really take care of their residents. I have never been there when I have seen residents poorly taken care of. They are great with communication, if anything happens they make sure to contact me immediately and always keep me well informed. I would absolutely recommend Oaks at Conyers to others looking.

Great place but too far for me.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked it but it does have 6 different buildings so if you wanted to go to the main building for activities you would have to walk completely outside.

A few weeks ago, I called the Oaks at Acworth and spoke with [name removed] who I believe is the Ex Director. My father had been in the hospital and I was informed that they were going to be discharging him. Based on his condition, I knew he couldn't return home where I would like and was scrambling to find a place for him to go. I was frantic and didn’t know what to do. I was a mess and I'm sure it came across when I called The Oaks at Acworth. [name removed]took the time to explain the steps needed so I wasn’t just calling anywhere dad wasn’t qualified to go. [name removed]was very informative, kind, and genuinely seemed to care. Sadly, my dad didn’t qualify but I had the right tools to move forward to find the appropriate facility that could meet my father's care needs. Thank you, [name removed], for being so compassionate and bringing me back to ease to continue my search with knowledge. I leave this review in hopes that anyone else that might be in my position calls and asks for Becky!
