I had my Mom move in with me after her husband passed away..she lived with me nearly 2 years..I loved having her but I couldn’t be all that she needed.. When I first approached her with moving to a senior living facility she was not to happy with me or the idea ! It took some talk and time but she agreed and now she is so Happy! Mom is making new friends and loves having her OWN apartment.. She enjoys the Bistro with is warm fireplace and coffee.. She looks forward to meeting friends in the Dining room for meals. The Living Room for all the social activities…and the Library with its fireplace and Sitting area reminds her of the library she had in her home.. Oakmont is warm and welcoming! In addition it’s beautifully decorated and clean!! The outdoor courtyard is awesome..not to mention the Movie Theater and the Craft Room where she can work on her Hand Made Quilts! The ENTIRE Staff consist of Kind, Caring and Happy People ??

Toured and very impressed with friendly staff. I met some that have been there for 8 years. Residents were engaged with live music. Apartments are perfect and they are experts on all things Alzheimer's. Concierge was friendly too!

Crescent Landing Santa Ana is a beautiful community!! They have wonderful and caring employees who have a huge heart for their residents. I highly recommend this community!! [name removed] is their amazing Sales Director and is the best!

I'm very happy to support Oakmont. We were very pleased with the care [name removed] received from Oakmont of Torrance. Very good service and nice facilities. Bit pricey

Oakmont of Folsom did a great job on the tour. They were very accommodating. It was just a smaller facility with a smaller, less active population than we were looking for. And it had fewer activities (and no art class, which my loved one wanted in particular).

The one thing we weren't aware of is the traffic noise. They didn't warn us, and when we toured, we didn't notice it. But my mother complains about the traffic noise at night. There have been a few wrinkles with her medicine and daily routine. After some persistence, those things were fixed. I think that was just an initial calibration of them getting used to her needs. Things have been smooth since. The facility is good, and she has a pretty big apartment, which is nice. She seems to really like the food, although I've overheard some people say they serve too much chicken. But I imagine that's a pretty common comment you might get anywhere.

I had found Crescent Landing after searching 11 other Memory care facilities around LA & OC for my mom who has Dementia/Alzheimer’s. I knew instantly that this was the right place for my mom. I was able to speak with a few family members of some residents that happen to be visiting (all good feedback and they told me of their experience) The staff is excellent & the residents were happy. They recently had a makeover but it still has that warm “home-like” feeling. Very welcoming over here. Right away my mom made friends with the residents and staff. And they all know my mom! They know mom for her dancing and would encourage her because they saw how happy it made her. Mom always looks put together and cute in her outfits. They get really good meals and snacks, daily activities etc. Cute courtyard and garden. I would highly recommend Crescent Landing in Santa Ana to anyone that is going through the difficult search of looking for a good Memory care facility for their loved ones!

We are so happy to of Found Westmont of Milpitas, and the community is very clean. We really like that there is a washer and dryer in every unit - that does not always exists in all the communities. The value is reasonable and we would recommend this community to other families.

So far they've been okay other than the fact that they requested a portable toilet be next to the bed, and they didn't even put it together when they got it. It took them several days to get that done. And then my family member had an accident and fell in the middle of the night trying to go, although fortunately she wasn't seriously hurt. Another area of frustration is they weren't upfront about initial costs, including a considerable community buy-in fee. Also they tried to charge me for rent and care for the time BEFORE she moved in, "to keep the room for her," which again was never communicated to me. They finally agreed to deduct the care part of that equation but did deduct the rent part.

They are so friendly. We've eaten there ourselves and they give you three choices. The food is good. They take y loved one on little field trips. I really can't say enough. They're a great place. We picked this community because, of the friendliness right from the start. The way the rooms are set up. We felt very welcomed from the get go. I'd encourage any one looking for a place please check it out. The scenery and location is beautiful.

The food looks very good. They have a lot of activites such as bingo, and entertainment. They are reasonably priced for similiar facilities, and they were the cheapest. It was the nicest community, the place is very lovely, and the grounds is beautiful. The offer low-income grants as well. The staff is very nice. For the money, it was the best facility.

What we really like about Oakmont of Pacific Beach are the helpers who come assist her w showers, etc. they r all very kind and friendly

5 stars all the way, we cannot say enough good things about the facility. Great staff who are polite, efficient, and caring. They have good food and huge bright rooms. IT is just fabulous all around. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Also good price compared to other facilities I viewed. We recently even received a stunning bouquet of flowers from Oakmont .

This felt like a large hotel. They had a lot of state of art technology. It was more than we wanted to spend and too large for my loved one.

My mother has lived at Cottages of Carmel for approximately 9 months and has never been happier. She enjoys the surroundings as well as the staff, food and activities. She always has something fun or interesting to do if she wants or is able to spend time in her studio apartment which is comfortable, light and airy. This community was an excellent choice for her and I'm so pleased that she is enjoying her life here so much. We were very fortunate to have found this home for her.

The staff is great. My loved one likes the food. We picked this community because of the people that my mom met, and the reputation of the community.

I have had my mother here since April 2019. The staff has always been very caring a responsive. The activities are designed from research and science on how to keep your loved one engaged and stimulated. There has been an ownership change and some staff changes. It seems for the better as all the rooms have been remodeled. What I really like about the location is there are lots of skylights and glass doors. Other places I have visited were dark and claustrophobic. Cresent Landing is open, airy and lots of space for my mom to walk around. The outside gardens are well maintained and inviting. I'm happy she can be in such a loving space!

We really needed a place for my mother to stay. Crescent Landings staff has been nothing but helpful to us. [name removed] (Executive Director) addressed any concerns we had, made time for us and our concerns talked to us at length about thing we didn't know or understand. [name removed](Receptionist) is always cheerful and ready to help in anyway she can if she doesn't have the answer to our question she finds it. My mom eats really well and the meals are well balanced. She is able to do crafts, sing, dance (in her wheele chair) and just enjoy herself. We are able to come see her at anytime and it feels great for us to know that she is clean and safe and well taken care of. The grounds are beautiful with trees and flowers, there is a gazebo if you would like to sit outside with your loved one. Or you can walk and find a bench. It has been newly remodeled and looks great inside and out. We are pleased with the facility and glad we have her there.

Lots of Great things happening here..Chefs menus are delicious- servers know everyones needs-do they need extra water? Do they need a napkins at all times>> It is the little things that make the Facility like a Loving Home.. The physical space is well designed- lots of yard, grass and all safely controlled. The TV room is comfortable and the dining room is large so everyone has space to move around- with or without a cane, walker or wheel chair. You always feel welcomed when you come to visit your loved one..Thank You all for dedicating your time for our people that are in such need..

We made the difficult decision almost a year ago to move our loved one into a Memory care facility. As difficult as it was we knew for safety reasons that it was time. Our experience at Crescent Landing has been an extremely positive one. After just a couple of weeks our loved one felt at home. In fact, now when we go to visit her and take her “off campus” for a few hours she’s always ready to go home to Crescent Landing. She is happy, healthy and thriving in her new environment. She tells us she loves living and working on campus! We are thankful to have found the perfect spot for our loved one.
