Facility is clean and well-kept. The response time from the staff is inconsistent though positive more often than not. The food is okay and the rooms are of a generous size.

Oakmont is a well-maintained community that provides a positive living environment. The staff I interact with on a daily basis are kind, attentive, and very helpful. I especially enjoy dining in the courtyard while the weather is warm and sunny. Oakmont offers a wide variety of activities, and my favorites include bingo, Deal and Steal, happy hour—particularly the live music performances—and arts and crafts.

Faculty/staff is great. Very positive, friendly, and help whenever needed. The restaurant is clean and the staff helpful and although healthful the food quality varies from day to day. The art activities are wonderful but we wish there was more.

The staff keep the community neat and tidy. The residents are friendly and I enjoy talking to them during meal times. The staff at Oakmont of Orange are very caring; I’m very impressed. The servers in the dining room are sweet and make sure all my needs are met. They have a wide variety of activities. I particularly enjoy doing the chair exercises and going to Karaoke. The courtyard is beautiful, I enjoy sitting out there with my husband.

Oakmont of Orange is a very comfortable place. I’ve had a very pleasant experience here. The other residents living here are very pleasant and fun. The staff are pleasant and efficient. Everything is always done and it’s been quite easy living here. The food has been good, very pleasant and satisfactory. I enjoy partaking in the activities such as the chair exercises and attending happy hour on Thursday.

Everything is very good. My mom has slight dementia, most residents are moderate to severe. I understand having many regulations for safety but it is somewhat restrictive for my mom. They are very expensive and I was told that there is a raise every year. I expect the best for what they are charging. When I moved my mom in, I had a box I left because it was late. I was exhausted the next 2 days so I returned on the 3rd day. I found the box gone. No one had called to ask me what to do with the box. They got rid of it!! I'm still upset about that. Makes me feel like I don't have a say regarding my mom. Also, they were not up front with their costs. I told the representative from A place for Mom that I would consider [removed dollar amount]. It was [removed dollar amount] then the cost for medication distribution and the cost based on the resident's cognitive challenges. They want the rent set up on auto pay. I am not going to afford [removed dollar amount] much longer.

She likes that it's simple, ordinary people. It's not As her person I like that the bill is siritzy, it's homey like she is. She likes the people who fluff her up and spoil her all day making sure she's safe, well, has eaten, and has taken her meds. mple to understand and straightforward. I like that the Bonaventure folks partner with [removed], and [removed] so there is a whole staff of people who can watch over her health and handle the small things without her having to leave home. And we LOVE that she has this amazing little apartment that feels like a home.

Transitioning my mom to memory care regardless of the facility is a challenge as it's a big change for someone with dementia. It's not easy. I felt that we received good support from the team at Ivy Park. They listened to my feedback as they got to know my mom and learned the uniqueness of caring for her. There were some bumps in the road but with good communication we had a successful transition and my mom is now thriving at Ivy Park. It was a great decision to move her there to get the 24/7 care she needs now.

We appreciate Ivy Park and recommend it. The staff is wonderful. I think the room is nice but rather small. The food is nice but the staff is overstretched and it can take a long time to get served.

The staff is amazing. The sales was great but weren't fully transparent on explaining the points etc. the move in was not super smooth or organized but we managed fine. The place is clean and there are activities that my dad enjoys. The food is good. I wish they had a bit more to do post-dinner but I think that's everywhere. My dad is on the more capable side of care. His room is large and well kept. A 2nd floor bright unit.

It has been working out great! They are very friendly and welcoming. Facilities are clean, lovely and relaxing. Everything is well maintained, and she likes the food and enjoys the company of the other residents. The room sizes are spacious, and recently updated so all is modern. The bathrooms are really nicely done. The kitchenettes are also nice and allow for more independence. She also enjoys the large closet.

The caregivers are amazing and really care about the residents. Ivy Park (new ownership) really has taken feedback well and has been working on topics that have been brought up. Parking is amazing for visitors.

Bonaventure was the right fit, location and the level of care required for our family member. Food is ok, but could use a boost in flavor, generally pretty bland. Facilities are maintained well. Management seems to be turmoil, several changes since we've been there.

Ivy Park is a beautiful community. It was an impressive tour and I really liked [name removed] the executive director. You can tell she is passionate about her community. Unfortunately, this community is out of our price range. It would be helpful if communities could be more transparent about pricing before coming in for a tour. As of [date removed] , the fee for the most basic 306 sq ft studio was $[removed] /month, community fee is $[removed] , med fees vary but we were quoted $[removed] (it's $[removed] per point), they didn't give me a quote for care fees, and the estimated price increase per year I believe was 7%-10%. If you can afford it, this would be an absolutely lovely community for a loved one.

Staff is quite responsive and pleasant. The rooms are very nice. My loved one likes it much better than where she previously was

Overall experience has been positive. Food was better when my mom moved in but there was a change in c h ef so food not as good. However, there is a good selection of food. Help is generally good but a little inconsistent. Place is very clean. Activities are generally good but not that much participation in activities. On boarding pretty weak. People are nice and helpful but a little clicky. Apartment size is good.

I like knowing my dad is safe. Staff is very friendly. What I think they could improve on his administrative. They say they'll give you a review and never do it. Emails go unresponded to etc.

Overall Exp 4 Cleanliness 5 Friendliness 5 except for the "new stand-in director" and cooperate has been very present and to me very disruptive! Quality of care 5 but they are now raising their prices and I will have to move my mom after almost 2 years Administration staff 5 for the gals at the front desk and all caregivers and dining room staff! *5+ Refer to above comment for new director and accounting. Food 4+ Activities 3 I love the new gal [name removed] but it was hard to loose [name removed] & [name removed] definitely not enough live entertainment Value was a 5 but now 4
