Oak Park Place

Oak Park Place is awesome, the community is always so nice and clean. The staff are great, our loved one is really enjoying them and appreciate their constant check ins.

My loved one is at this facility and really enjoying her stay. It has a great community feel and everyone is close knit which she loves. It is on the pricier side, but I would recommend them to others.

My mother has been a resident at Oak Park for over two years. The services provided are very good. She gets the help she needs with getting dressed and other needs. There are plenty of activities such as bingo and crafts. [Name removed] does a great job of organizing them. There is also live music provided at least once a week. There are trips planned to go shopping or just for site seeing. I am very satisfied with her care and services that she receives and would recommend Oak Pack Place.

This community is very clean and they offer two sections. The Arbors is for independent living and Oak Park is more for assisted living. The Arbors does offer two meals a day, however we have not yet tried the food. The staff are friendly and helpful. They offer some nice amenities. I would recommend this community.

I spent two weeks at Oak Park Place on respite. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was impressed they always remembered my name, The facility is bright and cheerful, with wide hallways that encourage walking.The residents were pleasant. The physical setting is beautiful. I would stay therel

So far it has been a good experience for us here at this community. My bother is taking some time to adjust to the community, but they are doing a good job caring for him. The community is very well maintained, they keep his room and the community well-kept. The staff is very kind, they have been very helpful and knowledgeable. There are activities offered, he enjoys bingo. He is content with the food. I know he is safe and I would recommend this community.

It has been as good as we expected it would be at Oak Park Place - Dubuque-.. They have plenty of activities here. Of course getting mom to participate in them has been difficult. Overall the experience has been good.

Oak Park Place has been a heaven sent for my 87 year old friend. The ladies taking care of her in the memory care section are wonderful and caring. From a physically weak woman who was sleeping most of the day she has turned into an alert 'walker'. Everyone at Oak Park is friendly and welcoming and it feels like family. The other positive point I have to make is the cleanliness of the place. It smells and feels like a 5 star hotel! I am exceptionally pleased with Oak Park Place and can only recommend it to anyone!

Overall Oak Park Place Wauwatosa have done very well. They have responded to everything that we have asked and have done everything they can to make things easy on dad. Any time there has been an issue, they do everything they can to take care of it. They are always very friendly and have got my father in law feeling happy and comfortable, which is quite an accomplishment!

My parents have been at Oak Park Place for more than a year now and we are all very happy. My parents are safe and looked after. Their meds are administered daily, they have new friends to dine and visit with. They could have their laundry done, but my mom still likes to do it for herself. The staff is friendly and very responsive to our requests or questions. Our need to move them in was very immediate and it was handled professionally and in a friendly manner. I sleep better at night knowing they are living there.

My experience with Oak Park Place has been a positive one. My father has a condition which has been diagnosed as failure to thrive for lack of anything more concrete. The staff are always friendly and attentive and open to discussing problem resolution with family members. It is a nice facility with a wonderful outside area for relaxation. The activity assistant is always trying to engage the residents. I have been fortunate enough to have wheel chair transport available for doctor's appointments.

The staff does a good a job. Always let me know what is going on. They have asked him about the activities but he hasn't went at all. I think they should have took him to one. The room was nice. I thought I could handle the price but after he was there for a while it was to much money. I would have to work full time or two jobs and this added to much stress to my life.

Oak Park Place has really made my mom feel welcome. Her apartment is a very spacious 2 bedroom with a full kitchen. Having a walk out apartment has been great for her dog. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the choice of moving her into Oak Park Place.

Staff were very helpful knowing answers to questions I didn't even know I needed to ask. The information given helped me figure things out. I would definitely recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

It's good to have a routine but I don't feel substantially safer. It's still better than the other places I toured.

Complete tour, tour guide was distracted, ran out of time to ask all questions. This was our first tour so hard to make comparisons.

It's a nice place - the regular staff are always very nice. A few CNA's were amazing! Skilled nursing. I felt comfortable having my mother in the skilled nursing program. Of course all facilities are struggling maintaining enough staff.

The staff is wonderful! Yes, we would recommend Oak Park Place to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
