Oak Park Place

Friendly 5+ The friendliness of the whole staff is wonderful – I’ve been in the industry a long time and staffing this good is rare. We haven’t had any trouble with the laundry service. My loved one hasn’t said anything bad about the food and that’s a little surprising. There is an outside area for residents and there is enough parking.

My apartment is lovely, and the folks who live here are very nice. There seems to be quite a few activities.

We were very happy with the tour. A very nice facility. We learned a lot.

This is the very finest we could hope to find. Thoughtful attentive supervised competent staff. The modern architectural design is first class as well is the food and dinning room service is great. Mom is so happy and in not time at all. Everyone went out of their way to help her adjust.

Oak Park Place is a brand new, well designed facility with an excellent staff. What a relief it is to know mom is in now in great hands, and is as comfortable as possible with her mid to late stage ALZ.

From a family members standpoint, they've been very welcoming, helpful and responsive to his needs. I do feel that it's worth the money that he's paying for it. He's doing pretty well, you can never get something for everybody but he has some things to be involved in and the advertising is good. They let people know about them frequently and there's a variety of things for them to do. I have not eaten there but my dad says the food is fine, some people mumble about it but he has his things he mumbles about. I'd put the food as a 3, he has his quirks, like no gravy on anything, but they're coming around to those things. They're being very understanding and very supportive.

This facility and the staff was superb. If and when my mother is ready to make the move, this facility would be our first choice. Thank you.

The Director was a great contact, very informative and friendly. Oak Park is a definite option, seems to be well-tuned to the residents' needs. Definitely in our top two places based on what we think will be best for Mom.

Office and staff are great, plenty of activity, ( I wish mom would engage more... That's on her)...maybe a little more food variety ....seems like high turnover with employees, but that is everywhere. The Front office, knows answers promptly, majority of staff is responsive to concerns and treat mom with dignity.

Oak Park Place is awesome, the community is always so nice and clean. The staff are great, our loved one is really enjoying them and appreciate their constant check ins.

My loved one is at this facility and really enjoying her stay. It has a great community feel and everyone is close knit which she loves. It is on the pricier side, but I would recommend them to others.

My mother has been a resident at Oak Park for over two years. The services provided are very good. She gets the help she needs with getting dressed and other needs. There are plenty of activities such as bingo and crafts. [Name removed] does a great job of organizing them. There is also live music provided at least once a week. There are trips planned to go shopping or just for site seeing. I am very satisfied with her care and services that she receives and would recommend Oak Pack Place.

This community is very clean and they offer two sections. The Arbors is for independent living and Oak Park is more for assisted living. The Arbors does offer two meals a day, however we have not yet tried the food. The staff are friendly and helpful. They offer some nice amenities. I would recommend this community.

I spent two weeks at Oak Park Place on respite. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was impressed they always remembered my name, The facility is bright and cheerful, with wide hallways that encourage walking.The residents were pleasant. The physical setting is beautiful. I would stay therel

So far it has been a good experience for us here at this community. My bother is taking some time to adjust to the community, but they are doing a good job caring for him. The community is very well maintained, they keep his room and the community well-kept. The staff is very kind, they have been very helpful and knowledgeable. There are activities offered, he enjoys bingo. He is content with the food. I know he is safe and I would recommend this community.

It has been as good as we expected it would be at Oak Park Place - Dubuque-.. They have plenty of activities here. Of course getting mom to participate in them has been difficult. Overall the experience has been good.

Oak Park Place has been a heaven sent for my 87 year old friend. The ladies taking care of her in the memory care section are wonderful and caring. From a physically weak woman who was sleeping most of the day she has turned into an alert 'walker'. Everyone at Oak Park is friendly and welcoming and it feels like family. The other positive point I have to make is the cleanliness of the place. It smells and feels like a 5 star hotel! I am exceptionally pleased with Oak Park Place and can only recommend it to anyone!

Overall Oak Park Place Wauwatosa have done very well. They have responded to everything that we have asked and have done everything they can to make things easy on dad. Any time there has been an issue, they do everything they can to take care of it. They are always very friendly and have got my father in law feeling happy and comfortable, which is quite an accomplishment!
