What we like the most about Oak Park is that they take good care of my loved one. The community is clean and the staff are very friendly and nice. Oak Park Place Menasha has been a great place for my mom. Mom is in the Memory Care area and they really do a nice job. I’d like to specifically call out the Activities staff, they really keep everyone involved, mom really enjoys it there. The facility is very nice, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is in need.

Review from our experience in June 2023 - There were multiple changes in management while we were there. The current Director had only been there for a few months before my mom passed, so I don't know if things have changed under her management. Three of her caregivers were amazing, and the activities person really connected with my mom.

It's a nice community with a lot to do if one wants to take advantage. Mom is very happy at Oak Park Place, so therefore I would recommend the facility to others looking.

Oak park was a great place for mom. Unfortunately mom was only there a short while before she passed. The staff there was so caring and accommodating. It was comforting to know they were only a call away.

Loved the professional staff who really cares for the residents.

I would certainly recommend OPP. Overall, I'm very pleased with the staff and admin. I feel as though there is an open door policy in admin. Also, they are very friendly and accommodating. Most of the staff are very friendly and pleasant. My brothers and I are very pleased we chose OPP for our mother's care.

My experience with Oak Park Place has been terrific, from my first tour, through the prep & support for move-in, and to now - the current care and programs for my Mom. She loves the quiet of her apartment, the activities, she says the food is good, and the staff really are there for her when she needs help. The nurse is very helpful when we have questions about medicines, and the facility is clean and modern, with lots of room to roam. Their front desk staff is so friendly and helpful, too. I recommend that you take a look, as they also seem to have great pricing, compared to several others I looked at in the area.

My loved one is a resident at Oak Park Place and overall things have been mostly great for him at this facility. The food varies from good to very good, depending on the day. I would like to see more activities after dinner hours. However, the things that are presented are very good. Our loved one's needs versus the level of care that he is labeled seems high. But we are very grateful for those who care for him.

My mother is currently a resident at Oak Park Place Burlington and everything has been great for her at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff are all great and very friendly. The meals, activities and care services are also great. I think the value for cost is great as well. I would highly recommend Oak Park Place Burlington to others! It's a wonderful place and we are very happy with it.

My mom moved in to independent living at Oak Park Place in Baraboo in November of 2022. She made friends, enjoyed some activities such as happy hour, bingo and some religious activities. She had a fall in May of 2023 and was moved to assisted living. She became more reluctant to join in activities, but was encouraged by the staff to participate. I am truly happy she was at this facility because the staff was patient and very understanding of her condition. In August of 2023 she fell and was moved to memory care. This was extremely hard for me to accept this move as it was for her. The staff and volunteers in memory care are helpful and understanding with these people. I can't say enough about how they go above and beyond to make them happy. Unfortunately, mom passed away [date removed]. Thank you Oak Park for making the last year of her life enjoyable!

I would give everything a 5 except meals/dining - giving that a 4. Both my parents and myself are very happy with Oak Park Place Baraboo!! They love happy hour every Friday night and the exercise classes. They are both in their mid-80s with one having mild dementia and they have nothing but positive comments. They wanted to remain in their home of 50 years. What started as a lot of apprehension immediately changed once they were in Oak Park Place less than a couple of weeks. It's not cheap, but well worth the peace of mind knowing that my parents are not only safe but happy.

What we like the most about the Oak Park Place is that it is very welcoming and the staff members are so friendly. My brother is very happy there. He is enjoying the community and other residents who live there.

We're happy Mom moved to Oak Park there are many opportunities for socializing and various activities offered. I've never walked in without being greeted. All the staff, nurses and even the chef are so friendly. Mom has had a little problem getting the help she need with the broken arm, but other than that she's happy and in a better place.

All of the staff are very friendly and always willing to help at Oak Park Place Oak Creek. The housekeeping and laundry service is nice. The meals are adequate, but often are not what was ordered and not served hot. Mom likes the layout of the facility and that it is a one level building. My only complaint is that there isn't easy access after hours. There isn't a key fob for residents or family, so I have to call every time I visit after hours. I understand it is a security issue, but other facilities have them.

Expensive and did not feel welcoming or friendly. Friend had stayed there and did not like as it seemed there were no activities to do there. Here if you go from independent living to assisted you do not move from your apartment.

I would highly recommend but do your research and investigate several places every person is different. We picked this community, because it was nice staff, and clean people, who looked happy. Dad is doing great, we love the staff, they are very caring, and offer lots of activities.

My dad loved the positive attitude and friendliness of the assisted living staff. He had been on his own for over 40 years, so the move to a facility was a big change, but they were very respectful of his opinions and ways of doing things. When his care needs increased, they were very responsive. This was a perfect fit for him and for us.

Our family member was a resident for several years at the Arbors where the community and the evening meal was greatly enjoyed. A change in medical condition and a hospital error on discharge created a difficult situation. The housing director and the nursing home staff were incredible in assisting us to getting the resident safely placed and eventually transitioned into an assisted living apartment. We are grateful for all the competent staff that made a hard situation much easier. We would highly recommend the Oak Park Community.
