The staff are very friendly and attentive to the residents. The facility decorates for holidays and has a homey atmosphere. The activity director coordinated a delicious Thanksgiving dinner for the residents and their families as well as a very nice Christmas party. Everyone always feels so welcome when visiting the facility and the admin staff are always very attentive to any questions or concerns we may have.

The staff is wonderful. They're friendly, they're attentive. My mother loves them. They make the place feel more homey.. I have, myself, hosted a couple of activities, at sage, and had a big turnout, and they all had fun. I think that they are too ready to accept a negative response from the residents without just getting them to at least participate to try the activity. A lot of the residents do have dementia and their first response to everything is no, Just so they can stay in their comfort zone.

it was a beautiful place and a nice location. I just wish they would of had locked alarmed doors for better security in the memory care unit.

Nice place, staff friendly. More impressed with the renovation of new 1st floor memory care area in another building, which will be brighter, more amenities and fresher looking

The staff has done a wonderful job taking care of my mom during these difficult times with being shut down because of the virus. I only wish I would have been able to see my mom more.

This looked like a very nice community when I visited.The people I met were nice and knowledgable. They seem to offer some nice activities. The community we chose had the larger room we were looking for.

I have no complaints on how things are going for my dad since he made the move into this community. The staff have been very helpful with the transition and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing him. Overall things seem to be going well and he is enjoying himself since he made the move. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested.

My tour of this community went well. The community was clean, and well-kept from what I saw. The staff was kind, and informative. It was a nice experience, and everything went well overall.

I have recently moved my mom into this community and I have been very pleased with how the staff have helped her feel right at home especially from the horrible experience she had from another facility. They have a great memory care unit with lots of one on one time with the staff as well as activities and arts and crafts for them to enjoy. So far I am happy with how everything is going and am thankful I found this place,

My first time visiting Prairie Ridge was a great first time impression from my stand point. Staff was very professional and outgoing. The tour was very information answered all my questions. I would recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful care is provided to all the residents. The residents are kept active on a daily basis. Monthly outings occur as well as two yearly resident/family events. Holidays are always celebrated such as the resident birthdays Food is great and the cooks are amazing

The staff that offered the tour of Artisan Senior Living Middleton were friendly and courteous. They were very knowledgeable and were able to address all of our concerns. The community was nicely kept and clean throughout.

BrightStar is a fairly new facility that succeeds in employing people who really care. The food is excellent, and they earn points for checking on residents often throughout the day and successfully encouraging them to participate in activities, which a lot of facilities say they will, but really don't. Caregivers strive to meet expectations and the only area of improvement I can see is that they’d benefit from additional hands-on oversight, training, and follow through (from someone with formal training and experience in medical assisting) to ensure care plans are being followed. Also, there have been times when my mom’s care could have been better and we would have felt more reassured if there had been a floor nurse or MA on site 24/7 dispensing all medications and overseeing and documenting medical issues. Both the director and facility nurse are wonderful, dedicated people, but they wear too many administrative hats already to take on the additional tasks of dispensing meds, hands-on training and follow-through that’s needed especially on the memory care floor.

This is a lovely building and the staff is very friendly. However, they are short-staffed, but I give them A for effort. Meds are not distributed correctly. And maintenance is poor.

So far it's working out pretty well. They seem to be doing a good job. It's still new and I am not there all the time. We do get the occasional grumble about food, but some of that is the adjustment, and getting used to it.

Brightstar is a new Assisted Living community. The staff is enthusiastic and caring. The facility is well suited for mom's needs.

Overall I'm happy with BrightStar Senior Living. The staff is good and they really try to accommodate the wellness portion. I expected more after we moved in. From how things seemed when we toured, they were great and talked up being able to cater and give more one on one care and attention, but weren't able to meet that after we moved in. They really do try though, however there has been a lot of turn over. They have a physician that comes in, which is a large benefit. The activity director is fabulous. They work hard to get people out of their rooms and involved in the wonderful activities. Overall I'm happy with the services and care my mother is receiving.

Beautiful facility, friendly and caring staff. VERY pricey!

It was just real fancy. It was almost like country club living but my dad was past that point. I think the care would have been good. We just went on a tour with a guy. He was really helpful in talking to us about money and stuff. That was a good experience. It was a little further away and it was expensive I think they started at 4500 and then add on depending on what his care evaluation was. My dad would have needed a lot of care.

Artisan was able to offer us different levels of care so that our loved one would not have to move as he progressed. That is one of the main things we were looking for is a place he could be for a very long time and didn't have to move. The marketing person was really nice and they were very responsive. They actually seemed like they wanted us to move in. They returned our calls and provided any information we needed. We would recommend Artisan to anyone.
