My father was in memory care at this facility and I am very impressed. It is a small facility where the staff and residents are like an extended family. I knew the caregivers by name and could leave knowing my dad was getting exceptional care. My mom has been @ Pacifica country crest for 3 months now. The facility is kept in great shape. The meals seem to be good and tasty with a good variety. I have been here over 2 years and I find it a wonderful place to line, and it has become my home and many other residents have become my family. It has become a much better life then I had anticipated. It is exceptionally clean. The food is very good and I have gained 25lbs in 2 years. There are so many activities that one could be busy all the time. The management is very good. It provided me opportunities to help people which I enjoy doing. At 90 years old I am able to run exercise classes 2 and 3 times a week which I enjoy. My overall opinion is this is an excellent place for seniors to live. Please add one more star.

While looking at different options for my sister, I was impressed with this location. The facility looked like individual condos. They also had a little yard that looked like it was landscaped. The residents are in a safe space because they had security that rides around the perimeter at night. I would recommend this community to other families.

This facility has been outstanding. This was the first community I looked at and the one I kept going back to. I just feel like all of my concerns that I've brought forward, they have been addressed and taken care of. Since my Aunt has moved in, everything is going very well. All of the staff members are friendly and personable. They not only know my Aunt's name, but they know my name. I also like that all of the staff members have been there for over 10 years. The facility itself is very clean and they are actually planning on doing a remodel soon. I would really recommend this facility.
