I attended an event at this facility. The staff was kind and helpful, the residents were happy, and the facility was clean and well-kept. They have elevators and stairs to the second floor. The grounds are nice and well-kept. Every face was smiling. They had a BBQ, and the food was great. :)

This place is great. The staff is always smiling and friendly, the building is clean and open. The place has an overall welcoming and home-like atmosphere to it. The grounds are beautiful. I can't think of anything negative to say at all.

My moved my grandmother to Senior Care Villa since it was so close to home. She needs extra help with dressing, grooming and bathing. She resisted any help from me or my family at home. She likes the staff at Senior Care Villa and is cooperative with them to help her stay sanitary and clean. She is pampered there almost every day and even gets her manicure with her favorite color. It is the little things that make her happy and I was so thrilled to see that they care enough for her to make her happy in such ways. I don’t know how much time I have with her left but I am happy to see her enjoying her new home.

My mother and I toured Senior Care Villa and were impressed with the openness and the décor of the place. It felt really homey and comfortable. I choose this home for my mother and I have been very happy with my decision. She is active and thriving compared to just sitting at home. She enjoys all their activities and good food.

We were so lucky to have found such a wonderful place for our dad to live. The director and his staff are caring people that have made his life so much happier. Our whole family is extremely happy with the great care our dad receives. We highly recommend Pacifica.

The small layout of the community is great for my mom who was easily overwhelmed at her large large community. Sylvan Park in Vancouver has the services and amenities of a large building but the intimacy and convenience of a small home. The nurse is amazing. The entire team is always making my mother a priority and their communication is absolutely the best.

The real value here is that pacifica is able to offer the services of a much larger facility, but at the friendly, attentive care of a much smaller, more intimate group home.

I have been a resident at Pacifica Senior Living in Merced, CA for two years and I have been very satisfied with the staff and the care that I have received while l have lived here. Staff has been very considerate of my needs.

At first, I lived in Santa Cruz. I am 100 miles away. So I did not want to be here. Now, I give it a 5 star rate. I am safe and cared for. The staff is excellent and caring. My daughter toured and round this place

The best place in Merced for your loved ones. They take great care of them. [names removed] are wonderful at taking care of their needs. [name removed] has gone above and beyond to make sure my father and I chose the right place for him.

While COVID has made it challenging for all of us, they do a great job of making sure everyone is safe and healthy while showing us what they can. Answered all of our questions.

They have a lot of activities and volunteers from the Japanese community come out and do things in Japanese for them. They have beautiful gardens, a huge koi pond, waterfalls, rock sculptures, and bonsai trees within the grounds.

Your staff is doing an amazing job! I am impressed by how Sakura is keeping our parent healthy during shelter in place. Thank you so much for setting up FaceTime sessions! And thank you for handling with grace and understanding all our questions.

Sakura Gardens of Los Angeles was a very good place especially for memory care service. They had a private garden for memory care, and the facility was so clean. It's one of the best. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable, explained everything from the monitoring to the menu.

Nice rooms and nice staff. The meals are good and the other residents are friendly.

This community has the best team and residents! Grounds consist of a five-story building with spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments and traditional Japanese landscapes, including a koi pond and a Japanese-style garden.

While evaluating Sakura, [names removed] made my mom and myself feel very comfortable that she would be well cared for. There was transparency and all our questions answered honestly. After being there for about a month, she confirmed that our trust was well founded. She is enjoying her stay and feels part of the community.

The staff is very helpful, kind and accommodating. The property is going through a renovation so it is looking to be updated as are some of the rooms already and they are very nice.

I like this location, like the facility like the staff that I met. This may be the location I go forward with in finding a new safe home for my mom.
